When I attend jiu-jitsu classes I try not to stick out: “keep your head down, don’t get choked” is at the top of my agenda, there.

But when I overheard an outspoken woman talking to the coach about coronavirus vaccines, trouble was guaranteed.

It turned out that she is one of thousands, probably tens of thousands, of citizens overwhelmed by the corruption and tyranny but not sure where to turn.

She knew to look into vaccines and quickly found streams of skullduggery.

She asked me, “Did you know that Raggedy Ann is the symbol of the ‘anti-vax’1 movement?”

Surprised, I said, “No.”

I looked it up and the internet is filled with denials that yet weren’t definitive.

“Snopes”, the sycophant syndicate for the Satanists, calls the contention “Mostly False”.

“User-edited” Wikipedia is more bold in its denial and explains the spin this way: Raggedy Ann’s creator, John Barton “Johnny” Gruelle (born on “Christmas Eve” in 1880) had already submitted for a patent months before his daughter died of a “tainted” vaccine in 1915.

Gruelle did not create Raggedy Ann as a tribute to his daughter following her death at 13 from an infected vaccination; [Gruelle biographer and Raggedy Ann historian Patricia] Hall notes Gruelle’s May 28, 1915, U.S. Patent D47789 application for the design of the prototype that became the Raggedy Ann doll was already in progress around the time that Marcella fell ill, and the artist received final approval by the U.S. Patent office on September 7, 1915, the same month as Marcella’s death. Nonetheless, the anti-vaccination movement adopted Raggedy Ann as a symbol, though Marcella died from an infected vaccination, not from the side effects of the vaccination itself.

Another source, the blog Epidemic Facts, also uses Hall as a source and states this—

Raggedy Ann was actually a symbol for the anti-vaccination movement in the early 20th century. Raggedy Ann’s creator Johnny Gruelle, created the character after the death of his daughter Marcella. Marcella was vaccinated for smallpox, but the school nurse said the vaccine didn’t “take” and gave Marcella a second vaccination without her parents’ consent. Over the next few months, Marcella became progressively sicker and finally died in 1915 at the age of 13. The loss was devastating to the Gruelle family.

Today, many people say that vaccination could not have killed Marcella. Most say it was an unfortunate occurrence, but hardly the result of vaccination. In fact the death certificate, states that the cause of death was valvular heart disease of several years’ duration with a secondary cause of edema lasting 90 days. One theory is that an infected needle gave Marcella an infection that took hold on her heart and that was the cause of death. (The medical name for this condition is bacterial endocarditis.) …

One of the interesting things Patricia Hall’s book brings up is that ten days after Marcella’s second vaccination, she came home from school complaining of pains in her legs, one of the first symptoms of Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS). After that, the disease quickly became so bad that Marcella had to stop going to school. This fits with rapid weakness and paralysis that accompanies GBS. And while heart disease is listed on the death certificate as the cause of death, GBS is known to cause cardiac and respiratory problems, even death from these complications.

The medical community has been trying to distance GBS from vaccination lately, but the fact remains that a strong association has existed since the 1976 flu vaccine was found to cause more cases of GBS than normal. In fact, almost every vaccine package carries warnings about GBS. So while we don’t have a complete picture of Marcella’s symptoms and early twentieth century medicine was little aware of the possibility of severe reactions from vaccination, it is possible the Guillain-Barre Syndrome from a vaccination killed Marcella Gruelle.

It took a concerted effort to use the date of the patent application as an excuse to dismiss the facts of Marcella Gruelle’s tragic sickness and death.

In the light of tragic reality, the lifelessness of Raggedy Ann / Raggedy Andy dolls is moving.

“Journalists” on the dole of a Machine intent on continuing the billion-dollar Big Pharma business, resort to name-calling with the word “creepy” topping the list.

I didn’t have a Raggedy Ann doll when I was little, but I had Raggedy Ann books, written and illustrated by one Johnny Gruelle. The one I especially remember was called Raggedy Ann’s Lucky Pennies. What I mostly remember about it was that it was dark and deeply weird. …

That’s really creepy. No wonder the books were dark!

“Orthodox Jew” Tevi Troy is the President of the “American Health Policy Institute”. He was also the “Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services” for Skull and Bones President George Bush (#43).2, 3

Troy reviewed two books for the “Hudson Institute”. One was from medicine apologist Robert Goldberg4 and the other was from Paul Offit.

Over the last few months, we have seen the final and decisive disavowal of the work of Andrew Wakefield. Sadly, the damage this man has done is almost incalculable.

More than a decade ago, Wakefield set off a frenzy of fear when he presented “data” in the British medical journal Lancet that cast doubt on the safety of vaccines. Lancet eventually retracted the article, and only recently it was revealed that Wakefield may have had financial incentives to publish his spurious findings. Unfortunately, uninformed citizens, sensationalistic journalists, and opportunistic celebrities continue the momentum of his discredited work — endangering individual lives and our public health. As vaccine advocate and expert Paul Offit has said, “You can’t unring the bell.” …

Offit also tells the tale of the creepy and iconic doll Raggedy Ann, which was created by cartoonist Johnny Gruelle after his daughter Marcella died following a smallpox vaccine. According to Offit, Raggedy Ann’s floppy arms and legs were supposed to signify a child harmed by a vaccination, despite the fact that “the medical report stated that the child had died from a heart defect.”

If it seems like all of these poison apologists are reading from the same script, you should stop by my Odysee channel and look up my examples of local news scripting.

But the bottom line is, one of Big Pharma’s biggest cheer-leaders did, in fact, contradict Snopes, Wikipedia and the platoon of poison propagandists.

Anti-vaccine activity in America also produced a popular icon. In 1915, Johnny Gruelle, a cartoonist and illustrator in New York City, watched his daughter, Marcella, die following a smallpox vaccine. Even though the medical report stated that the child had died from a heart defect, Gruelle blamed the vaccine. In his daughter’s memory, he created a doll with red yarn for hair and floppy arms and legs — a symbol of children harmed by vaccines. He called it Raggedy Ann.5

Troy must’ve missed this exposé by CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson exposing the millions of dollars from Big Pharma that prop up the propaganda of Paul Offit.

Sharyl isn’t Jewish, though. She’s a courageous Catholic.

The power of the vaxxers to promote poison and pervert the past is so pervasive it’s… “creepy”.

* The “May 1996” (still searching for the exact date) interview of Mullis by Gary Null is permeated by Mullis using “examples” or metaphors focused on Rome.

[Not available on Null’s YouTube, taken down? Mirrored on my Odysee.]

* First question by Null at about 2” [close approximation]—

NULL: Have scientists become our arbiters on what’s right?

MULLIS: Science in a way—it led to the decline of the Protestant Church—

[What he’s trying to say is that the Catholic Church had a comfy niche on nebulous “religion” until the Protestants fucked it up.]

MULLIS: —the Protestants got too involved in history and left themselves open for scientists to come in and debunk [my favorite word] Christianity…

* “Learning Against Learning: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!”: “Christianity” has been “debunked” by “science”. If you want to go back and have your “religion”, you might as well be Catholic.

* At about 1:23:xx Mullis regurgitates the propaganda that “science” has nothing to do with “belief”, that “scientists” are “too ornery” to just “believe something”. In fact, the absolute reverse is true and all the harm that is being done to us comes from “doctors” and “scientists” who have allowed themselves to be in-doc-trinated with lies and bullshit, a.k.a. “scientism”.

MULLIS: You “believe” in something like “God”. Catholics have sort-of forgotten that so they took a hit from [“]science[”].

* The sense I have is that this section of “user-edited Wikipedia” is pretty accurate.

After receiving his doctorate, Mullis briefly left science to write fiction before accepting the University of Kansas fellowship.[10] During his postdoctoral work, he managed a bakery for two years.[5] Mullis returned to science at the encouragement of Berkeley friend and colleague Thomas White, who secured Mullis’ UCSF position and later helped Mullis land a position with the biotechnology company Cetus Corporation of Emeryville, California.[7][5] Despite little experience in molecular biology, Mullis worked as a DNA chemist at Cetus for seven years, ultimately serving as head of the DNA synthesis lab under White, then the firm’s director of molecular and biological research; it was there, in 1983, that Mullis invented the polymerase chain reaction.[15]

Mullis acquired a reputation for erratic behavior at Cetus, once threatening to bring a gun to work; he also engaged in “frequent lovers’ quarrels” with his then-girlfriend (a fellow chemist at the company) and “nearly came to blows with another scientist” at a staff party.[16] According to White, “It definitely put me in a tough spot. His behavior was so outrageous that the other scientists thought that the only reason I didn’t fire him outright was that he was a friend of mine.”[17]

After resigning from Cetus in 1986, Mullis served as director of molecular biology for Xytronyx, Inc. in San Diego for two years. While inventing a UV-sensitive ink at Xytronyx, he became skeptical of the existence of the ozone hole.

Thereafter, Mullis worked intermittently as a consultant for multiple corporations and institutions on nucleic acid chemistry and as an expert witness specializing in DNA profiling.[14][5] While writing a National Institutes of Health grant progress report on the development of a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) test for Specialty Labs, he became skeptical that HIV was the cause of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).[18] In 1992, Mullis founded a business to sell pieces of jewelry containing the amplified DNA of deceased famous people such as Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe.[19][20] That year, he also founded Atomic Tags in La Jolla, California. The venture sought to develop technology using atomic-force microscopy and bar-coded antibodies tagged with heavy metals to create highly multiplexed, parallel immunoassays.

* The “user” who “edited” that last sentence needs to be slapped repeatedly.

* Null said the media had lambasted Mullis for a proclivity towards recreational drug-use and “womanizing” — probably an exaggeration meant to point towards the “erratic” [volatile] “relationships” as opposed to Don Juan working his way through Earvin “Magic” Johnson’s black book.

* The Georgia Tech “Tech Notes” Alumni magazine of 1994 had this quote on p. 27:

“If there is anything that I look at as a religion, it’s science. Things as unreligious as general relativity or Newtonian mechanics or geometry are places from which I draw a lot of inspiration. When I see something really elegant in science, I get the same kind of feeling as, say, a devout Catholic would feel — it’s a faith in things.”

“There’s something there that makes me feel like I understand who I am.”

How ironic: Einstein’s “theory” that encourages you to ignore your perceptions and have faith that we’re on a giant ball spinning faster than the speed of sound and Newton on the “gravity” which keeps atmosphere from being sucked into space or planes from losing their position in relation to a giant spinning ball helped Mullis “feel like [he] understands who [he] is” just like a Catholic would “feel”.

SIDENOTE: at around 46 minutes, Mullis states that Montagnier and Gallo get a $1 kick-back off of every HIV test.

Null: The French “virologist” credited with doing what Gallo couldn’t (show that a “virus” causes “AIDS”), Luc Montagnier, has openly admitted that he never isolated the virus.

Luc Antoine Montagnier, “Nobel Prize-winner” who “abandoned” his Catholic youth for “science” (and AIDS fraud).

* You can’t even see a “virus” without an electron microscope, no less prove it is the cause of a specific malady.

Roberts: after the release of the “Gallo papers” the American media universally reported that HIV was spread by sex. I can not find those papers. … I think it was spin, done “off camera”, because they are not in the academic papers.

Null: When AIDS was first diagnosed I had already been working with people in the field, including one of the leading “gay physicians” in New York City, treating gay men with a special kind of gay bowel disease, Doctor Stephen Caiazza.

The New York Times, Section D, Page 27

Stephen Caiazza, 46, AIDS-Care Specialist

21 March 1990

Dr. Stephen S. Caiazza, a physician who had dedicated himself to the treatment of patients with AIDS, died of complications from the disease on last Wednesday at Cabrini Medical Center in Manhattan. He was 46 years old and lived in Manhattan.

Dr. Caiazza was chairman of the New York Committee of Concerned Physicians and had been president of New York Physicians for Human Rights, organizations that dealt with AIDS patients.

He was a 1975 graduate of New York University Medical School and was affiliated with Cabrini Medical Center. He had been with New York Infirmary-Beekman Downtown Hospital in lower Manhattan.

He is survived by a daughter, Nicole, and a son, Andrew, both of Acton, Mass.; his mother, Marion, of Stoneham, Mass.; three sisters, Marianne Agostino of Chelmsford, Mass., Rosemary O’Brien of Reading, Mass., and Joanna Bell of Groton, Mass.; and four brothers, John, of Lynnfield, Mass., Matthew, of Chelmsford, Nicholas, of New Brunswick, N.J., and Donald, of Wakefield, Mass.

Null “on site”: West Village, Christopher Street—the heart of the homosexual “revolution”.

Stonewall riots: Wikipedia

Null took “hundreds and ultimately thousands” of reports of homosexuals living “arguably an unhealthy lifestyle”.

Null was given a tour by two homosexuals—schoolteachers.4

They filled themselves with penicillin in a medically-illogical attempt to “pre-empt” venereal disease. This was encouraged by “gay doctors”.

Many of those Null interviewed stated they had had 15 to 20 (anonymous?) sexual encounters.

Null asked his interviewees: “How are you able to physically have sex (erection through orgasm) 25 times a weekend?” The answer was amyl nitrate, also known as “Poppers” (often sold in small bottles that “popped” when opened).

The number one side effect of “huffing” amyl nitrate was also the number one diagnosed condition of “AIDS”: Pneumocystis Pneumonia (PCP) (a serious infection that causes inflammation and fluid buildup in the lungs).

Amyl nitrate is also a muscle relaxant and is used to induce opening of the rectum but anal “intercourse” still causes tears in the colon lining which mingle fluids, condom spermicides, lubricants and feces into the bloodstream leaving the participant open for serious septicemia (“blood poisoning”). Such practices still spread, in massive amounts of contact, gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes. Many of those interviewed by Null had had four to five bouts of hepatitis in a single year.

Like penicillin, many homosexuals were “pre-empting” hepatitis with a new Hepatitis B vaccine. They believe this significantly accounted for their compromised immune system problems.

Added to this was smoking, alcohol, sleep deprivation and large amounts of cocaine (also seeing a massive surge at this time).

Cocaine was also used to aid in sleep deprivation to maximize the number of encounters.

Many of these men had “massive” numbers of parasites and infections such as yeast.

Null had worked with Caiazza to encourage lifestyle changes and the slightest deviation from the above produced increased health.

Null: could only find a single “journalist” interested in this story; Tony Brown.

The lifestyle changes Null and Caiazza were recommending achieved full reversal of those diagnosed with “AIDS”.

_____________________

“Act Up” (the homosexual “advocacy” group which recommends homosexuals make themselves as much an annoyance and impediment to society as possible) labels Gary Null an “AIDS denialist”.

“user-edited Wikipedia” calls Null an “advocate for pseudoscientific alternative medicine”…a.k.a. real healthcare.

* the founding of this school is overwhelming with Roman insurgency

> Anglicanism (Catholic Lite) used as a front for the Papists
> Freemasonry used as a front for the Papists
> Catholics at America’s founding were supposedly downtrodden and terribly prejudiced against yet Carroll (acknowledged wealthy enough to own his own town) was purely magnanimous in creating a “non-Catholic” school and welcoming all

St. John’s College traces its origins to King William’s School, founded in 1696. In 1784, Maryland chartered St. John’s College, which absorbed King William’s School when it opened 1785.[8] The college took up residence in a building known as Bladen’s Folly (the current McDowell Hall), which was originally built to be the Maryland governor’s mansion, but was not completed.[9] There was some association with the Freemasons early in the college’s history, leading to speculation that it was named after Saint John the Evangelist.[10] The college’s original charter, reflecting the Masonic value of religious tolerance as well as the religious diversity of the founders (which included Presbyterians, Episcopalians, and the Roman Catholic Charles Carroll of Carrollton) stated that “youth of all religious denominations shall be freely and liberally admitted”. The college always maintained a small size, generally enrolling fewer than 500 men at a time.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._John%27s_College_(Annapolis/Santa_Fe)#Old_program

* notice how Vati-pedia connects “St. John’s” to gnostic Freemasonry without calling it Templar Johannism (refresher: “Johannism” is the worship of John the Baptist as the “true” Messiah and hatred for Jesus of Nazareth as an imposter)

* remember: a central pillar of Papist propaganda is how thoroughly at war the Vatican is with Freemasonry

> this gives yet more evidence of our accusation that Freemasonry is the Protestant (“non-Catholic”) pawn of the Papists

* “Guatemala syphilis experiments”

> erased from history because there is no racial smokescreen of cover

The syphilis experiments in Guatemala were United States-led human experiments conducted in Guatemala from 1946 to 1948. The experiments were led by physician John Charles Cutler who also participated in the late stages of the Tuskegee syphilis experiment. Doctors infected soldiers, prostitutes, prisoners and mental patients with syphilis and other sexually transmitted diseases, without the informed consent of the subjects. The experiment resulted in at least 83 deaths.[1] Serology studies continued through 1953 involving the same vulnerable populations in addition to children from state-run schools, an orphanage, and rural towns, though the intentional infection of patients ended with the original study. On October 1, 2010, the U.S. President, Secretary of State and Secretary of Health and Human Services[2] formally apologized to Guatemala for the ethical violations that took place. Guatemala condemned the experiment as a crime against humanity, and a lawsuit has since been filed.[3]

Beginning in 1947, syphilis prevention research was being conducted on rabbits through injection of penicillin.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guatemala_syphilis_experiments#Historical_context

* once again, we see animal experiments as a gateway to Mengele “medicine”

* a quick look shows no obvious Jesidue around Cutler but these are take-aways—

> he was a United States government “medical” official
> he obviously rose to his position because he had no normal ethical morality (proof of the corruption of so-called “medicine”)

Dr. John C. Cutler was a monster. A monster who died after a long and successful life in government and academia, with scholarships and lectures created in his memory. As readers may know, in the mid-1940s he experimented upon poor Guatemalans, including mental patients and orphans as young as nine, trying to find a cure for syphilis. …

Cutler went on to work on the notorious Tuskegee experiments before becoming assistant surgeon general and then a professor at the University of Pittsburgh. And died at an advanced age, full of honors.

* “trying to find a cure for syphilis…” … “1946-1948”: Roosevelt’s Jesuit-trained Surgeon General made this his top priority [“government biography” link taken down]

Dr. Cutler sent his Guatemala reports to only one supervisor, but Dr. Gutmann said they went up the chain to Surgeon General Thomas Parran Jr., a favorite of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. According to a government biography, Dr. Parran was famous for his long campaign against syphilis, which was then a major public health problem but could not even be mentioned on the radio.

[New York Times]

* Freemason Franklin Roosevelt was “disabled” because of syphilitic paresis, not “polio”

* while simultaneously covering for the fact that Roosevelt was an extreme sexual deviant, fear was hyped in the push for a “vaccine for polio”

FDR’s love nest in the park: How president took FIVE ‘mistresses’ to country getaway (including his COUSIN, publisher and wife’s social secretary)

* “journalists” and “historians” are letting slip portions and versions of the truth that are still heavily manipulated for propaganda

Franklin Delano Roosevelt probably didn’t have polio after all

* “doctors” and the United States government tortured and murdered the innocent, vulnerable and helpless to find a “cure” for a venereal disease

* 60 years later, there was a “panel”, chaired by the Jews and Catholics of the University of Pennsylvania: JUSTICE SERVED!

Gruesome details of American-run venereal disease experiments on Guatemalan prisoners, soldiers and mental patients in the years after World War II were revealed this week during hearings before a White House bioethics panel investigating the study’s sordid history.

From 1946 to 1948, American taxpayers, through the Public Health Service, paid for syphilis-infected Guatemalan prostitutes to have sex with prisoners. When some of the men failed to become infected through sex, the bacteria were poured into scrapes made on the penises or faces, or even injected by spinal puncture.

About 5,500 Guatemalans were enrolled, about 1,300 of whom were deliberately infected with syphilis, gonorrhea or chancroid. At least 83 died, but it was not clear if the experiments killed them. About 700 were treated with antibiotics, records showed; it was not clear if some were never treated.

[New York Times]

* let me make it “clear”: the Mengeles absolutely kept specific victims untreated as a contrast group

* the official government title was “The Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male”

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuskegee_Syphilis_Study

* in fact, “treatment” was an afterthought!

As a measure of “goodwill” toward the Guatemalan government but also to promote the prophylaxis study, Cutler initiated an STD treatment program. About 820 subjects received some form of treatment for their infections; more than 650 of these individuals were in the deliberate exposure group.

https://www.britannica.com/event/Guatemala-syphilis-experiment

* there was absolutely nothing altruistic about this agenda: it was pure evil and it is dismissed as “oh, that one time at band camp…”—so says the female Jew “Amy Gutmann, the chairwoman of the bioethics panel and the president of the University of Pennsylvania”

“This was a very dark chapter in the history of medical research sponsored by the U.S. government,” Amy Gutmann, the chairwoman of the bioethics panel and the president of the University of Pennsylvania, said in an interview.

[New York Times]

* little Amy Guttman says “we did a REPORT so that this ‘dark chapter’ will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN”

“The problem in 1946,” Dr. Gutmann said, “was that ethical rules were treated as obstacles to overcome, not as fundamental bedrock of human dignity. That can still apply today. That’s why our panel is doing our report.”

[New York Times]

* this clearly wasn’t achieved but perhaps injecting all involved with disease “in their eyes, urethra and rectum” until they die writhing in pain might make a difference

President Obama apologized to President Álvaro Colom of Guatemala for the experiments last year, after they were discovered.

[New York Times]

* all “white privilege” Protestant Americans should get behind their Jesuit-mentored black Communist teleprompter-reader and grovel before the corrupt Catholic Guatemalan government who invited the Mengele’s to Guatemala City: we should thoroughly mortify our flesh in proper accordance with Vatican dictates

Since then, the panel, the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues, has studied 125,000 pages of documents and has sent investigators to Guatemala. While the panel will not make its final report until next month, details emerged in hearings on Monday and Tuesday.

[New York Times]

* whom the Guatemalans groveled to is not mentioned, even though they gave these monsters full access to their most vulnerable citizens

Directing the research was United States Public Health Service (USPHS) scientist John C. Cutler, who had been involved in the Terre Haute study and who later was one of the leaders of the Tuskegee syphilis study. Cutler and USPHS colleagues collaborated with local Guatemalan physicians and were granted access to public health centres, government hospitals, mental institutions, and orphanages as a result of negotiations between the Pan American Sanitary Bureau (PASB; now Pan American Health Organization) and the Guatemalan government.

https://www.britannica.com/event/Guatemala-syphilis-experiment

* Rome and Guatemala were happy to have today’s puppets and monsters take full blame on behalf of the American people

On October 1, 2010, U.S. Pres. Barack Obama, having been informed of the Guatemala experiments, contacted the president of Guatemala, Álvaro Colom, to apologize for the unethical nature of the research. Likewise, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius issued an apology to the people of Guatemala.

https://www.britannica.com/event/Guatemala-syphilis-experiment/Study-flaws-and-ethical-considerations

* the “panel’s” “report” was a pivotal moment in 2011: remained in the news cycle for …

The most offensive case, said John Arras, a bioethicist at the University of Virginia and a panelist, was that of a mental patient named Berta.

She was first deliberately infected with syphilis and, months later, given penicillin. After that, Dr. John C. Cutler of the Public Health Service, who led the experiments, described her as so unwell that she “appeared she was going to die.” Nonetheless, he inserted pus from a male gonorrhea victim into her eyes, urethra and rectum. Four days later, infected in both eyes and bleeding from the urethra, she died.

[New York Times]

* remember: a “doctor” and representative of the United States government

* he was given many accolades and pushed to teach other “doctors”; he died at the ripe old age of 87, as clean of blame as Jimmy Savile

In 1967 Cutler was appointed professor of international health at the University of Pittsburgh, where he also served as chairman of the department of health administration and acting dean of the Graduate School of Public Health in 1968–1969.[1] He died on February 8, 2003 at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh.[1]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Charles_Cutler#Bioethics_violations

The Guatemala experiments remained a largely unknown event in U.S. medical history until the early 2000s. Following Cutler’s death in 2003, American historian Susan M. Reverby initiated an investigation of Cutler’s original documents, which were housed at the University of Pittsburgh, having been donated to the institution in 1990 by Cutler when he was a professor there. Reverby reported her findings in 2010 and subsequently shared them with David J. Sencer, former director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Following a review of the documents by the CDC, the materials were transferred from Pittsburgh to the federal government.

Poor, handicapped or imprisoned Guatemalans were chosen because they were “available and powerless,” said Anita L. Allen, a bioethicist at the University of Pennsylvania’s law school and a panelist.

The panel’s hearings also brought to light that a local doctor had invited the American researchers, and that Guatemalan military and health officials had initially approved the work. In 1947, an international conference on venereal diseases — based on the experiments — was held in Guatemala City, according to Dr. Rafael Espada, the vice president of Guatemala, in remarks quoted by the Guatemalan news media.

* Mahoney was another monster and his entry is nothing but ebullient! NOT A SINGLE NEGATIVE COMMENT [“USER-EDITED WIKIPEDIA”: WHO CONTROLS THE WORLD AGAIN?]

In 1946 Mahoney was one of the first winners of the Lasker Award. In 1948 he was Chairman of the World Health Organization Expert Committee on Venereal Diseases at its first meeting in Geneva. In December 1949 he retired from the Public Health Service. In 1950 he was appointed Commissioner of the New York City Department of Health, serving until 1953.

Dr. John F Mahoney lead the Terre Haute Prison experiments and supervised Dr. Cutler in the Guatemala Syphilis Experiment. Mahoney graduated from medical school in 1914 and by 1918 was titled Assistant Surgeon at the United States Public Health Service. By 1929, Dr. Mahoney worked as the director of the Venereal Disease Research Lab is Staten island, where the Terre Haute experiments began in 1943, this is also where Cutler first assisted him. After stopping the Terre Haute experiments for lack of accurate infection of subjects with gonorrhea, Dr. Mahoney moved on to study the effects of penicillin on syphilis. His research found huge success for penicillin treatments and the U.S. army embraced it in STD prescription. Although this seemed prosperous, Mahoney and his collaborators questioned the long term effectiveness of eliminating the disease all together in individuals. Mahoney, Cutler, and other researchers, felt that a smaller, more controlled group of individuals to study would be more helpful in finding this cure. This led to the use of citizens in Guatemala as subjects. [2] Until his death, he was director of the laboratories of the municipal health authorities of New York.

Though at first, the idea of using human subjects was controversial, the support of Dr. Thomas Parran, and Executive Officer of the U.S. Army Medical Corps, Colonel John A. Rodgers allowed Dr. John F. Mahoney and Dr. Cassius J. Van Slyke to begin implementing the experiments. Dr. John Cutler, a young associate of Dr. Mahoney, helped conduct the experiments, and went on to lead the Guatemala Syphilis Experiment.

* MORE ON PARRAN

Parran volunteered at a health laboratory operated by the District of Columbia, under Dr. Joseph J. Kinyoun, founder of Public Health Service’s Hygienic Laboratory (renamed the National Institute of Health in 1930). Kinyoun recruited Parran to join a field team of young physicians under PHS’s Dr. Leslie L.
* Why would a Jesuit-trained “doctor” send another Jesuit-trained “doctor” into the South to “survey hygiene”? JESUIT-CONTROLLED ROMAN CATHOLICISM IS A MILITARY INSURGENCY

After receiving an Assistant Surgeon’s commission in September 1917, Parran continued on assignments in rural health services administration, sanitation, and the control of communicable diseases.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Parran_Jr.#Early_career

* —and we see the Roman-Luciferian focus begin

between field assignments, Parran tasted life as an administrator in Washington, DC.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Parran_Jr.#Early_career

* Jesuit-trained “doctors” with a focus on “sexually-transmitted disease” is a shoo-in for a “taste” of controlling things via Little Rome on the Potomac

* a Freemasonic sexual deviant—already, himself, empowered in the Roman bastion of New York State—took note of Parran and empowered him further and already we see the focus on “syphilis” (was Roosevelt infected and infested already?)

His talents in rural health administration would soon lead him temporarily in a new direction. A reform-minded governor, Franklin Roosevelt, requested for to Parran be loaned to the State of New York, where in April 1930 Parran took up his post as state health commissioner.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Parran_Jr.#Early_career

* Parran was Roosevelt’s Communist Catholic attack dog.

Parran became active in New Deal politics in New York and entered national politics as well. In 1934, his former supervisor, now President of the United States, Roosevelt, appointed Parran to the Committee on Economic Security, which drafted the Social Security Act of 1935; Title VI authorized millions for public health departments and for biomedical research. After Surgeon General Hugh S. Cumming’s term, President Roosevelt appointed Parran as Surgeon General of the United States; he was sworn in on 6 April 1936[2].

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Parran_Jr.#Surgeon_General

* “user-edited” Vati-pedia gives this Roman insurgent Mengele a complete and total whitewash!

Parran’s syphilis control campaign was in full swing by the fall of 1936. Title VI funds supported efforts to identify and treat syphilis, and the National Venereal Disease Control Act of 1938 made funds available for rapid treatment centers that employed the new sulfa drugs and, later, penicillin. During 1937 his book about syphilis, Shadow on the Land, was published and very well received.[3] However, unpublished essays with little and/or misleading evidence have suggested that his work against syphilis is tainted by the Tuskegee Syphilis Study (1932-1972) and the Guatemala syphilis experiments (1946-1948), which were conducted by the PHS’s Division of Venereal Diseases, partially during his tenure as Surgeon General.[1]

How American law enforcement—local, State and Federal—coddled an illegal alien serial rapist and murderer, enabling him to victimize Americans for almost 30 years.

Below are some notes for Johnny’s upcoming series on Roman Catholic serial killers and how they are carefully created and enabled by agents of the Vatican and aimed at innocent, unsuspecting citizens (much as thousands of pedophile priests are created, enabled and pointed towards your children).

* “Rafael Resendez-Ramirez”, born Ángel Leoncio Reyes Recendis was an illegal alien who popped back and forth for his rape and murder spree.
* After his near-30 year spree, United States Immigration and Naturalization Service thought it best to conduct a report.

> the supposition of proud Leftist Democrat McGowan was that the “Railroad killer”, radicalized in Roman Catholic Mexico by “Satanists”, utilized the railroad to baffle dutiful law enforcement back and forth from Mexico into border states. The truth is far more upsetting. According to the INS, Reyes-Recendis / “Resendez-Ramirez”,

* entered the U.S. and lived in Florida in 1973
* was “excluded” from San Antonio, Texas in 1976 (I guess that means he was asked to leave town for a reason undisclosed)
* arrested for trespass in Michigan on September 11th, 1976, “returned to Mexico”
* he either wasn’t “returned” or came right back because a month later he was arrested by Border Patrol in McAllen, Texas and “voluntarily returned to Mexico”

According to the media, in 2018, Border Patrol agents under orders from Donald “Build That Wall” Trump were attacking their jobs so viciously they were separating screaming, crying children from their mothers, but in 1976 they took the word of a vagrant rapist and serial killer that he would return to Mexico on his own recognizance.

[By the way, the Border Patrol is not doing their job nor will Jesuit-trained pedophile Donald Trump ever, “build that wall”. This was just another smokescreen designed to garner sympathy for Rome’s military take-over via immigrant insurgency through her agents across all levels of American government; local, State and Federal]

* one year later, he was arrested in Mississippi for destroying private property. He was convicted and asked to return to Mexico on his own (the victim was obviously happy to handle the damages themselves).
* in June of 1979, the “Railroad killer” robbed and assaulted a home owner in Miami, Florida; obviously his railroad boxcars moved far and fast
* in July, he was arrested for burglary—in Kentucky! He wasn’t charged, he was extradited to Miami. A year later in 1980, he was convicted of burglary and sentenced to 20 years in prison.
* five years later he was paroled and “deported”
* from 1985 thru 1987, “Resendez-Ramirez” was caught with false documentation three times; he was finally turned over to INS in August of 1987 and “deported” in October
* three months later he was in New Orleans, Louisiana where he was arrested and charged with defrauding an innkeeper and unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon. The charges were dismissed (because he clearly had no record and was an upstanding illegal alien).
* in November of that year he was arrested again for fraudulently applying for a Social Security Number in Saint Louis, Missouri. He was sentenced to 30 months in prison and “deported” to Mexico in May of 1991.
* ten months later “Resendez-Ramirez” was arrested for burglary in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In August of 1992, he was sentenced to three years in prison and released eight months later. INS was unsure if there was any attempt to “deport” him.
* two months later, in June of 1993, “Resendez-Ramirez” was arrested for driving a stolen vehicle in Carson County, Texas. He pled guilty and was sentenced to “time served” with no attempt to “deport” him (I guess the judges, cops and Federal agents were all tiring of the pretense).
* a year later he was arrested for driving a stolen vehicle in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was released on bond and skipped his court appearance. A bench warrant was sworn on him and his information was entered into the FBI’s “National Crime Information Center”, finally, after his 10th arrest—probably so that the FBI could help facilitate his inter-state travel.
* three months later, he was arrested for trespass in San Bernadino, California and the illegal alien found to have an illegal firearm on him (which really just means he had a firearm anywhere in California). He was sentenced to three months in prison and “voluntarily returned to Mexico” one month later; note: he was not extradited to New Mexico to appear for his stolen vehicle charge.
* eleven months later (August of 1996) the illegal alien and serial rapist, murderer was “issued a warning” for trespassing in Macon, Georgia.
* two days later he was arrested for trespassing, again in a rail yard, in Kentucky, and sentenced to three days in prison where he caught up on his meals and sleep courtesy of the taxpayer
* on August 29th, 1997, INS officially recognized his first murder; that of 21 year old college student Christopher Maier in Lexington, Kentucky. How many rapes and murders he committed before Maier were off the books. Left off the INS timeline was the fact that Maier was with his girlfriend at the time, Holly Dunn. She was bludgeoned, stabbed and raped but somehow survived.
* five months later, in January of 1998, he was arrested by Border Patrol in Del Rio, Texas and asked to voluntarily return to Mexico
* two days later he was apprehended by Border Patrol in Uvalde, Texas and asked would he please go back to Mexico?
* apparently he thought that meant return to Del Rio because that’s where he was arrested by the same Border patrol the next day. Neither his profile in the FBI’s criminal database nor his familiarity from three days before moved the Del Rio Border Patrol and they simply did the same, asked the serial killer would he please go back to Mexico?
* four months later “Resendez-Ramirez” was apprehended in Santa Teresa, New Mexico and asked would he please escort himself back across the border?
* four days later he was again arrested in Uvalde again and asked to return to Mexico
* the next day he was again arrested in Del Rio, and again asked to please go back to Mexico
* on October 1st, 1998, INS recognized his murder of Leafie Mason in Hughes Springs, Texas. The 87-year-old was living alone after her sister had passed. Resendiz entered her house through a window, grabbed a nearby antique iron, and bludgeoned the old woman to death.
* the following month he was again arrested by Santa Teresa Border Patrol in New Mexico and asked to please return on his own across the wide-open southern border
* a month later, Resendez-Ramirez raped and murdered Claudia Benton in West University Place, Texas (INS only notes murders in their timeline)

Dr. Claudia Benton, a 39-year-old Baylor College of Medicine physician, was found sexually assaulted, stabbed and beaten to death inside her Houston-area home located near railroad tracks on Dec. 17, 1998. Police found her Jeep Cherokee in San Antonio with Resendiz’ fingerprints on the steering column. ~ CBS News

* a warrant for this crime was added to his dusty profile in the FBI NCIC database. INS assures us that local, State and Federal law enforcement were dutifully communicating with each other. See citations from Michelle Malkin, below.

* on May 2nd, 1999, Resendiz/Resendez brutally murdered Church of Christ Pastor Norman Sirnic and his wife Karen. It is worth noting that Sirnic was a minority Protestant in Weimar, a Texas town that is three quarters Catholic.

Investigators later determined Resendiz raped Karen Sirnic after obliterating her face with a sledgehammer. He then stole the couple’s pickup truck. Some of their jewelry later would be found at Resendiz’s home in Rodeo, Mexico. ~ Fox News

* Fingerprints Resendiz left in the Sirnic vehicle linked him to the murder of Dr. Claudia Benton.
* on June 1st, 1999, Resendiz/Resendez was again apprehended by the Santa Teresa Border Patrol who again, asked him to please go back to Mexico
* two days later he buried a pick axe into the forehead of 73-year-old Josephine Konvicka.

She lived alone in the house where she had lived all her life, about a mile from the railroad tracks and three and a half miles from the Sirnics, just over the line in Fayette County. She usually watched TV until eleven or so and then went to bed. Sometime in the wee hours of June 4, someone broke into her house through an unlocked rear window, bashed in her head with a grubbing hoe, ransacked the place (looking in vain for her car keys, said police), and left. “She was the sweetest, dearest little old lady,” said one of her neighbors. “She would not have hurt a fly.” ~ Texas Monthly

* this time Resendiz kept his weapon of opportunity and buried it in the forehead of a Houston school teacher later that same night.

Prosecutors on Friday first focused on the beating death of 26-year-old Houston schoolteacher Noemi Dominguez, whose covered body was found in her bedroom by her brother on June 5, 1999.

“I lifted this quilt my mother made for her, and a few articles of clothing,” said Alejandro Dominguez, now a 29-year-old Arizona State University law student. “Honestly, I jumped back and I think I shrieked.”

Maturino Resendiz, 40, told a psychiatrist he killed Dominguez because of abortion rights literature in her home, though such pamphlets were never found and her brother testified she was a Roman Catholic who belonged to an anti-abortion group while attending Rice University.

Like all the crime scenes, Dominguez’s duplex unit was near a railroad line. Maturino Resendiz’s primary way to travel was riding freight trains across his native Mexico and the United States. ~ The Los Angeles Times

Again, the media was giving cover for the monster and his government enablers: Resendiz was not bouncing back and forth from Mexico to Texas, he was traveling as far as Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri and elsewhere and may or may not have been using rail lines for it all.

Apparently, the dozen or more times “Mr. Resendez-Ramirez” was in police and Border Patrol custody, no one bothered to identify him or keep a record of him; nor, apparently, did reporter Jim Yardley of the Times know that “Mr. Resendez-Ramirez” was in the FBI criminal database for anyone interested in finding him there.

* in fact, Resendiz/Resendez would strike two weeks later in Gorham, Illinois, slaughtering 79-year-old George Morber with a shotgun which he then used to bludgeon to death Morber’s daughter, 51-year-old Carolyn Frederick. The methodology of those murders implies premeditation for maximum enjoyment: kill the male (perhaps dangerous if not quickly dealt with) by shooting but leave the more helpless female for a slower, more satisfying death.

The New York Times was able to finally weigh in with a thorough breakdown of exactly who the monster was but was quick to add that it was nearly impossible for law enforcement to get their hands on him…again.

Because of his habit of staying on the move, and because the authorities’ most recent photograph of him is four years old, the challenge of finding Mr. Resendez-Ramirez is formidable. “It’s like trying to find a needle in five haystacks,” said Ron Walker, a Houston police lieutenant. Earlier this week dozens of investigators combed hundreds of railroad cars in Brazoria County, south of Houston, in a search that netted 21 people suspected of being illegal immigrants, but not Mr. Resendez-Ramirez.

The most recent clue came on Saturday, when officers in Del Rio, a border town, found the abandoned white Honda Civic of a Houston schoolteacher, Noemi Dominguez, who was discovered beaten to death in her home on June 5. Today the Houston police announced that the fingerprints of Mr. Resendez-Ramirez had been found in the car.

Investigators concede that little is known of Mr. Resendez-Ramirez. He was born in Puebla, about 115 miles southeast of Mexico City, and is 39, the investigators say.

* Four days later, the FBI decided “Ángel Maturino Reséndiz” a.k.a. “Rafael Resendez-Ramirez” should be on their “Ten Most Wanted” list.
* Three weeks later, “Rafael Resendez-Ramirez” was again in custody and, this time, not being asked to walk himself back across the border. He wasn’t captured by a combined Federal / State / local law enforcement man-hunt task force, he had turned himself in.

Two days after he was voluntarily released, Resendiz found his way across the border. First, he traveled to Houston, Texas, where he bludgeoned Noemi Dominguez in her bed; then to Weimar, where he beat Josephine Konvicka to death; then up to Gorham, Illinois, where he killed George Morber Sr., and his daughter, Carolyn.

When the Border Patrol let him go on June 1, 1999, Resendiz was the subject of three outstanding warrants for his arrest: one issued on January 5, 1999, by Houston-area law enforcement authorities related to the Benton burglary and murder; another issued by the FBI on May 27, 1999, charging Resendiz with being an unlawful fugitive from justice and describing his connection to the murders of Benton, the Sirnics, and Christopher Maier; and the old 1995 bench warrant related to burglary charges in New Mexico. In addition, he had three past deportations and nine criminal convictions on his record, including several aggravated felony convictions that should have disqualified him for voluntary departure. …

When news of Resendiz’s June 1, 1999, release by Border Patrol agents in New Mexico became public, the INS sought vainly to pin the blame on everyone and everything but itself. Some complained there hadn’t been enough money to link the IDENT system to other criminal databases. INS spokesman Russ Bergeron and others pointed the finger at police and investigators for not asking the agency to put Resendiz’s warrant information in its system. The killer’s data were missing, Bergeron explained, because “nothing has been input into IDENT at the request of the outside agencies.”32

Aside from the pass-the-buck pusillanimity, there was one other problem with that statement. It was patently false.

In the six months leading up to Resendiz’s encounter with the Border Patrol on June 1, 1999, the INS had received numerous requests from local and state investigators to put internal alerts about the fugitive serial killer in the INS’s tracking system.

After Claudia Benton’s body was discovered at the end of 1998, West University Place police officer Kenneth Macha, who worked in the slain doctor’s suburban neighborhood, contacted INS Special Agent Kelly Dozier in Houston. Macha inquired about putting a “border lookout” into the agency’s system. Such an alert would notify border officers and other INS officials that Resendiz was a wanted man and should not be released. ~ Malkin1

Top priority for government agencies at all levels is to break their oaths and not do their jobs, meaning, the borders stay wide open with virtually no oversight, allowing millions upon millions of unknown, undocumented individuals (many of them as dangerous as “Rafael Resendez-Ramirez”) stream through at will. This agenda is criticall to the Vatican because the vast majority of these illegals are Roman Catholic; many of them are indigent and almost all of them have grown up in a Third-World, socialist culture destroyed by their “social justice” ideology.2, 3, 4

Rather than address the fact that none of this would’ve happened had law enforcement officers simply done their jobs and treat all illegal aliens as law-breakers as well as strictly enforcing America’s borders, smokescreen façades are created such as the “Department of Homeland Security” and it’s “automated biometric identification system”, “IDENT”; which supposedly differentiates from criminals who have also committed violent crimes verses those who haven’t and are welcomed to come and go as they please.

Malkin avoids the entire issue and claims that the problem was with not even maintaining the façade (which is sadly, also accurate).

Also in early January 1999, a Houston police analyst contacted another INS special agent, Marco Saltarelli, who specialized in apprehending and deporting criminal aliens and was assigned the Resendiz case. The police analyst asked for Resendiz’s “A-file”—the INS cache of records that includes jail records, prior indictments, photographs, and other documents that could help track Resendiz down. Saltarelli agreed to order the file.5

There is very little information available about Immigration and Naturalization Special Agent Saltarelli. We’ll just have to take a guess based upon his name what his ethnicity and possible religious affiliations are.

As for his “specialty” of “apprehending and deporting criminal aliens”, if “Rafael Resendez-Ramirez” is any example, Special Agent Saltarelli is not so special.

Of course, his job might actually be enabling “criminal aliens” (odd that “bombastic Conservative” Michelle Malkin skips over the fact that, by their existence, an illegal alien has already broken United States Federal law, just as her far-Left counterparts do).

His extremely sparse LinkedIn profile would actually suggest that’s the case as he is now a “Senior Special Agent” at the “Department of Homeland Security”. After helping enable a monster to rape and murder Americans at will, Saltarelli was given a promotion in the border security hierarchy to insure even more of the same, much as Catholic clergy who enable child predator priests become Bishops, Cardinals and Popes.

On March 1, 1999, Texas ranger Drew Carter contacted yet another INS special agent in Houston, Albert Plasket, to obtain Resendiz’s A-file. The West University Place investigators accompanied Carter to the INS office. Plasket and other special agents discussed the case with the cops, but none ever mentioned the existence of IDFNT’s lookout capabilities. Nine days later. Carter phoned Plasket to make sure there was an “internal hold” on Resendiz—so that if the INS came into contact with him, the agency would keep him in custody. Plasket took no action to place Resendiz in the IDENT lookout system — and later claimed not to remember taking Carter’s call.37

Small wonder. Plasket was apparently busy with other matters. Barely a month after meeting with the cops. Agent Plasket was indicted in a separate matter for extortion and theft of government funds and later sentenced to one year’s probation after resigning from the agency.38 6

So a Federal Agent misrepresented himself in order to extort money from a victim—a gross breach of the public trust—and he was punished by allowing him to resign and being given probation. If anything, Albert Plasket fits right in to this scenario of United States Government corruption and it’s a wonder that he was prosecuted at all.

Malkin claims the reason “Rafael Resendez-Ramirez” was repeatedly released to rape and slaughter innocent Americans well beyond the border states was “incompetence” and “apathy” amongst multiple law enforcement agencies and dozens of officers. One wonders how she wasn’t able to see a more sinister agenda at play, especially given her reputation for “Conservative bomblast”.

Malkin’s ancestry is Filipino Roman Catholic (she attended Holy Spirit Catholic High School in Abescon, NJ) and told the Catholic Herald in 2015 that she’s so devout that her Catholicism guides the decisions she makes every day.

Is it such a leap to ask, “If your ‘journalistic research’ showed you how your Church was ultimately responsible for heinous crimes, would you decide to cover that up?”

David McGowan is more of a mystery. Very little is available about his background other than that he is a construction business owner in California who apparently moonlit as a “conspiracy theory” author, until his early death at 55 of pancreatic cancer.

As McGowan noted, “Resendez-Ramirez” surrendered by specific choice to Texas Rangers where he was at risk of execution and not to Mexican authorities where Catholic teaching had long ago obliterated the death penalty.

However, McGowan blamed a nebulous Satanic cult for the misnamed (on purpose?) “Railroad killer” when, clearly, if any agency were to blame for the 30-year spree of destruction of property, robbery, rape and murder by Mexican national Ángel Leoncio Reyes Recendis, it was all levels of American law enforcement who dutifully obey the Vatican agenda of wide-open borders to facilitate endless millions of Roman Catholic immigrants free of any fetters to come and go as they please…and, sometimes rape and slaughter Americans in the process.

We may never know if McGowan willingly covered up the obvious in subservience to Rome. If he did, he was duly rewarded for his efforts.
