The vast majority of human history has man divided up into classes via a feudal caste system; in that system, there is a tiny ruling elite, enabled by a small aristocracy, guarded by a praetorian class while the majority of the population are held down as the slave/peasant class that feeds and provides for the Elite who are like some massive, blood-sucking parasite.

In Imperial Japan, if a samurai’s honor was affronted by a peasant, he had the right to immediately strike the offender down. This was known as kiri-sute gomen, “the authorization to cut and leave”. Shockingly, even this tyrannical power had more consequences than many of today’s police precincts:

Samurai had the right to strike with sword at anyone of a lower class who compromised their honour. This applied to higher-ranked samurai, who could strike down lower-ranked samurai.
Because the right was defined as a part of self defense, the strike had to follow immediately after the offense, meaning that the striker could not attack someone for a past grievance. Also, due to the right being self-defense, it was not permissible to deliver further coup de grâce. Moreover, the samurai who exercised the right had to prove the correctness of his action in court by producing a witness. Punishment for the incorrect exercise of this right was severe. An offender could be beheaded without being allowed to commit seppuku and have his house abolished, meaning that one of his sons could not succeed the title. Due to the seriousness of the punishment, many committed seppuku to pre-empt the verdict. A samurai visiting a different feudal province had to be extremely careful, especially if it was in Edo, the seat of the Shogun. This is a dramatic contrast to the United States of America where “God made man and Sam Colt made man equal…more or less.”
But after a Revolution who’s rally cry was “No king but King Jesus!”, America again has a Ruling Elite that is feverishly working to reinstitute a feudal caste system.
In NY, radical Leftist Govern Andrew Cuomo, son of Leftist NY Governor Mario Cuomo, ram-rodded a draconian gun control bill laughingly called the “SAFE Act” through the legislature so fast, he violated the NY State Constitution which requires a 3 day “waiting period” on all legislation to allow both citizens and lawmakers ample time to review what is being voted on. In response to a lawsuit, a NY state judge claimed that he did not have the power to examine Lord Cuomo’s dictum. Tyranny was upheld.
NY state is also the home of former United States Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton who, although not a resident of the Empire state, and with no political or leadership experience was handily slipped into office. The credentials she did have were beating down her husband’s rape victims.

The U.S. military Pacific Commander, Samuel Locklear, said Tuesday that a joint humanitarian assistance and disaster relief exercise to be held this month helps improve the relationship between the United States and China.
Locklear told a news briefing that the Pacific Command’s Army component commander in Hawaii has been looking forward to the Nov. 12-14 [2013] exercise “for some time,” as the Army will host the People’s Liberation Army soldiers of China to train together in a field environment, simulating humanitarian assistance and disaster relief to a fictional third country.
Summing up his expectations for the joint exercise, Locklear said both militaries can learn something in disaster management, and “better prepared tomorrow than yesterday.”
“In relation to our ability to do this with our Chinese counterparts,” he said, “this kind of exercise gives us a place to start, and get into the rhythm of understanding and trusting each other.”
“I’m looking forward to it,” he added. “I think it will be a great exercise.”
