In the “War on Terror^m” it would seem that “intelligence-gathering” only works one way in the United States—whatever harms the American people the most.

Prior to 9/11, a listening operation known as Able Danger kept tabs on Osama bin Laden and anything he had plans for. Georgetown’s own George Tenet, then Director of the CIA, was perfectly positioned to keep that intelligence buried.³⁹⁰

As the 9/11 Commission was continuing its sophistry, Bill Clinton’s National Security Advisor, Samuel “Sandy” Berger used his clearance to enter the National Security Archives and stuff wads of highly-classified documents pertaining to terrorist plots down his pants and into his socks to later be destroyed. He claimed he was trying to “help the Commission³⁹¹” and the funny thing is, he wasn’t lying—they both had the same agenda.

When held to account by officials for obfuscating an ongoing investigation into the most deadly terror attack on United States soil, Berger had his security clearance revoked for three years by the Bush administration.³⁹²

I ask again: how is such bold treason spanning both well-kept political parties possible?

9 days after 9/11, President George W. Bush mocked the American people in an address to Congress:

The real terrorists were the ones giving Bush his marching orders and, if there were ever any “freedom of religion”, “freedom of speech” or “freedom to vote” before 9/11 they died in the onslaught of anti-terror legislation that followed.

“Freedom of Religion”?

It was George Bush’s Attorney General John Ashcroft who helped seize the Indianapolis Baptist Temple on tax evasion after a decision rendered by Federal Judge Sarah Evens-Barker.^399,n

Many in the Bush family have been vetted by the Luciferian Elite via Yale’s Skull and Bones secret society while Ashcroft would accomplish the same process via the parallel secret society, also at Yale, of “Saint Elmo”.⁴⁰⁰

“Freedom of Speech”?

In response to the staged false flag shooting that resulted in the death of Federal Judge John Roll and wounding of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Tucson, Arizona (see Down the Rabbit Hole, p. 347), the Republican House handed Barack Obama the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011, which he quickly signed into law.  The bill creates purposefully-misnamed “free speech zones” that quell the right of protest around America’s Elite political class.  Essentially, wherever the United States Secret Service is deployed, citizens are stripped of their First Amendment rights.⁴⁰¹

One would assume that such a clear violation of the Bill of Rights would quickly be nullified in a court of law. To date, no such ruling has been rendered, nor is it likely to be.

“Freedom to Vote”?

In 2010 the Tea Party Revolution in response to the election of Barack Obama and the surly passage of the “Affordable Healthcare Act” (written behind closed doors) was crushed by the Republican leadership in the House of Representatives.  The handful of upstarts who were elected that year were completely marginalized and the Republican Party actively sought out existing fiscal hawks for punitive action, insuring that the financial destruction of the United States would continue unabated.⁴⁰²

Pre-Planned

On August 2nd, 1990, Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait.

Iraq had been suffering heavily from war with Iran.  In a surprising move of betrayal, several Middle East neighbors were worsening the cost by taking a loss in their oil output through over-production to hammer Hussein. Saddam was mystified as to why Arab brothers would subvert their own self-interests to help crush the Iraqi economy.

During the Arab League Summit, held in Baghdad, in late May 1990, the Iraqi President … demanded $27 billion from Kuwait, while blaming Kuwaiti and Saudi greed for oil, and equating them with an act of war against Iraq. Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates (UAE) responded that they would lower their oil output, but – in essence – all the corresponding Iraqi demands were in vain: Arab countries continued producing more oil than assigned to them by the OPEC, thus lowering the price. This same tactic is being used today to focus on another target of the One-World Elite; Russia.⁴⁰⁴

Kuwait was further provoking her neighbor by illegally tapping in to Iraqi deposits via slant-drilling and border disputes.⁴⁰⁵

In July of 1990, the United States ambassador to Iraq was told to assure Saddam Hussein that the United States would keep “hands off” as the Iraqis did what they needed to keep afloat.

The record of the meeting on 27 July 1990 between Saddam Hussein and U.S. Ambassador to Iraq April Glaspie is now available. Saddam initiated the meeting, at which Glaspie thought she was going to see Iraqi Foreign Minister Tariq Aziz.  Still Glaspie gave Saddam something he had not expected. She told him, in clear terms, that America did not object to raising the dollar price of oil to a figure in the mind-twenties and described the Kuwaiti-Iraqi border dispute as an inter-Arab affair in which America did not wish to interfere.

The Saddam-Glaspie meeting was followed by considerable inter-Arab activity which culminated in a meeting in Riyadh between Kuwait, Iraq and Saudi Arabia on 31 July 1990. Iraq, emboldened by Glaspie’s green light and friendly letter of 27 July 1990 from George Bush to Saddam, made much of the fact that it was being bled to death economically. ~ The Rise, Corruption and Coming Fall of the House of Saud, Saïd Aburish⁴⁰⁶

Many considered George H.W. Bush sending a woman as an ambassador to a conservative Middle Eastern nation as inept at best and self-destructive at worst.  In hindsight, however, Glaspie’s gender may have made it much easier for her to be marginalized if the wrong questions were asked.

When April C. Glaspie was named U.S. ambassador to Iraq in 1987, she was, it seemed, a rising diplomatic star. Only 45, and one of a handful of U.S. experts on the Arab world, she was the first woman to head an American embassy in the Middle East.

Today, Glaspie is a bureaucratic non-person. Although the State Department maintains that she is handling important special assignments, Glaspie is effectively being held incommunicado—forbidden to talk either to the press or to Congress.

The ambassador’s dramatic slide began last July 27 when, according to an Iraqi transcript that leaked out later, she told Iraqi President Saddam Hussein that the United States would not take a position in the growing border dispute between Iraq and Kuwait. ~ Norman Kempster, LA Times [emphasis mine]⁴⁰⁷

Within a month of the Hussein/Glaspie meeting, Iraq would invade Kuwait.

Citizens in all nations were distraught over the chaos. Americans were concerned that the battle would precipitate a world war.

Before a joint session of Congress, George H.W. Bush struck a discordant tone, speaking as if the turmoil was of no concern because an outcome was already determined—and world leaders from East to West were all onboard.

The date was September 11th, 1990.

As President George Bush #41 was speaking to Congress, military men at the Pentagon were putting the finishing touches on a plan already worked out to invade Iraq.  The facilities there were working flawlessly as proof of how well-designed the notorious 5-sided structure was. It’s foundation was precipitously laid just a few months before America was dragged into World War II; on September 11th, 1941.⁴⁰⁹

“They don’t want to be bound to any candidate, or even be forced to vote for the nominee,” Richard Gilbert, of Gilbert & Marlowe, attorney for the delegates, told Courthouse News.

Specifically, the lawsuit charges Republican officials and operatives have used threats of violence, certified unlawful slates of delegates, demanded affidavits of loyalty to Romney under penalty of perjury and have even altered ballot results to make sure the national convention is stacked with delegates who will vote for Romney.

If you haven’t been following, I will sum it up for you: It would seem that by some miraculous Touch of the Holy Spirit, America is riding a wave of conservatism that has elected a “majority” of “conservatives” to Congress as well as putting a “conservative” in the White House. Given that, you would think some great changes would be taking place in a country that has grown as decadent as this one. One could go on forever listing our “accomplishments”—four thousand abortions occurring each day, homosexuals being married by the state governments and then adopting innocent children to warp and scar, helpless victims of crime being tortured to death rather than avenged (as Terri Schiavo was), sexual predators running rampant through our cities and towns taking our children, using them and murdering them like discarded play-things, spurred on by a culture of lust from the movie screen to the TV to the “Adult Book store”…on and on and on. Maybe, just maybe the new stalwart conservatives could make a dent.

Unfortunately, they have proved neither stalwart, nor conservative. The only ideological passion to be found comes from the radical left—of which there seems to be no end of representatives both old and new, from Chappaquiddick Ted Kennedy to Diane (not so) Feinstein to Nancy Pelosi to “Dingy” Harry Reid [nod to Limbaugh for the humorous monikers]. All rabidly dogmatic in their defense of everything that is destroying this country and her Judeo/Christian heritage.

Despite the electoral successes from the Right, these rabid radicals have found a chokehold to insure their doctrines continue to spread—even without popular support. Through the judiciary.

That’s right. Courts across the country are becoming “super legislatures” making laws without any fear of accountability or response due to public displeasure. Within days (sometimes minutes) of a law being passed that has the slightest hint of turning back the heathen tide, a judge is there to obliterate it. One of the most egregious examples is the “partial-birth abortion” debacle. A procedure that is beyond anything Wes Craven could come up with—where the child is ripped from the womb (but not all the way because that would legally constitute infanticide) and scissors are used to shear her neck open and remove her brain. As hard as it is to get controversial legislation properly written, through the various committees, through the House, through the Senate and signed by the president, just such a bill was passed…only to be struck down by a prima donna in a black robe:

U.S. District Judge Richard Kopf ruled that the ban fell outside of a 2000 Supreme Court decision requiring bans on the gruesome procedure to have a health exception—even though many doctors groups say women would never need a three-day long abortion procedure in an emergency situation.

Dr. Curtis Cook, an OB/GYN and Michigan State University professor who specializes in high-risk pregnancies and pregnancies with complications, told the court he didn’t believe partial-birth abortions were ever medically necessary.

Overcome with guilt at his blatant and shameful activism on behalf of a medieval procedure, Kopf blathered:

“According to responsible medical opinion, there are times when the banned procedure is medically necessary to preserve the health of a woman and a respectful reading of the congressional record proves that point,’’ Kopf wrote. “No reasonable and unbiased person could come to a different conclusion.’’

“Reasonable and unbiased.” Right. Did you ever notice how guilty people proudly proclaim innocence over the very thing that weighs heaviest on their conscience?

THAT is the reason judicial nominations are so crucial right now. And a cabal of political insiders lead by John McCain and John Warner (R-VA) just made sure that a political minority of rabid radicals will continue to get their way. Because they are a minority, they do not have the numbers to simply vote down any decent judges George W. might somehow have the inspiration to nominate. So they use the “Filibuster.”

From the Spanish filibustero, a filibuster was a mercenary who tries to destabilize a government. A filibuster occurs most plainly on the Senate floor when efforts to end debate fail, either by objection to unanimous consent or defeat of a cloture motion. During the 108th Congress, Senate Democrats defeated ten majority-supported nominations to the U.S. Court of Appeals by objecting to every unanimous consent request and defeating every cloture motion. This tactic made good on then-Democratic Leader Tom Daschle’s February 2001 vow to use “whatever means necessary” to defeat judicial nominations. These filibusters are unprecedented, unfair, dangerous, partisan, and unconstitutional.

These are the first filibusters in American history to defeat majority supported judicial nominations. Before the 108th Congress, 13 of the 14 judicial nominations on which the Senate took a cloture vote were confirmed. President Johnson withdrew the 1968 nomination of Abe Fortas to be Supreme Court chief justice the day after a failed cloture vote showed the nomination did not have clear majority support. And there is another amazing point—the last time Republicans even thought about sticking to their ideological guns was THIRTY SEVEN YEARS AGO. I was born in ‘68 and haven’t seen another Republican stand like that in my lifetime.

In stark contrast is the appointment of one “Ruth Bader Ginsberg.”

Nominated by one of the most unethical, immoral individuals to ever dis-grace the White House, here are some of the things she stood for (then and now)

• There is a constitutional right to prostitution as well as a constitutional right to polygamy.
• Attacked the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts as organizations that perpetuate stereotyped sex roles.
• Proposed abolishing Mother’s Day and Father’s Day and replacing them with a single androgynous Parent’s Day.
• Called for an end to single-sex prisons on the theory that if male prisoners are going to return to a community in which men and women function as equal partners, prison is just the place for them to get prepared to deal with women.
• Opined that a manifest imbalance in the racial composition of an employer’s work force justified court-ordered quotas even in the absence of any intentional discrimination on the part of the employer (however, while operating an office for over a decade in a city that was majority-black, Ginsberg never had a single black person among more than 50 hires).

What were the results of the McCain/Warner sell-out (besides a schizophrenic veteran fantasizing about riding in Air Force One)? We will be able to at long-last get an “up or down” vote on THREE nominees. There are as many as SEVEN others who seem to have been abandoned. The Republicans, lead by majority leader Bill Frist (R-TN), WERE going to legally change the rules of the Senate disallowing the use of the filibuster. Thanks to McCain, that didn’t happen.

What does it all fall down to? —Abortion. It’s all about the judicially-dictated “right” to slaughtering the unborn. Ever since Harry Blackmun wrote the opinion in 1973 that tolled the death knell for MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of innocent children in tragic and horrible ways. I’m shaking my head in disbelief and disgust as I write this because I forever will not be able to fathom the depth of human depravity—EVERYWHERE.

The more times change, the more human nature stays the same. But the sad tragedy is the blessings that were bestowed upon this country in stewardship are being horrifically squandered.
