Instead of an Amendment to the Constitution to protect the flag and an Amendment to the Constitution to protect marriage and any other unwieldy odds-against stopgap to individual issues, what we need is an Amendment to the Constitution that states the Senate can over-rule a Supreme Court decision on legislation with a Super Majority.
