A mass shooting occurred at Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport in Broward County, Florida, United States, on January 6, 2017.  The attack occurred at about 12:55 EST (UTC-5) near the baggage claim in Terminal 2.  Five people were killed, eight others were taken to the hospital, and a suspect was taken into custody.

The assailant opened fire with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun^[1][2] in the airport at about 12:55 p.m. EST, in the baggage claim area of Terminal 2,^[3] which is the host terminal for Delta Air Lines and Air Canada.^[4]  Video showed travelers rushing out of the airport and hundreds of people waiting on the tarmac as numerous law enforcement officers rushed to the scene.^[4]

The Broward County Sheriff’s Office reported that five people were killed, and eight people were taken to the hospital.^[3]  Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel stated that law enforcement officers did not fire shots and that the gunman was arrested without incident.^[4] ~ Wikipedia

Interestingly, the Press Secretary for George W. Bush (President #43, Yale Skull and Bones ’68, not to be confused with father George Herbert Walker Bush, President #41, Yale Skull and Bones ‘48) Ari Fleisher was on the scene to do what he does best: give a statement to the press:

Suspect Esteban Santiago was born in New Jersey then moved to Puerto Rico (sort of “immigration in reverse”) where he joined the National Guard, served in Iraq, then somehow ended up in Alaska.

When he came home from Iraq, Santiago’s aunt Maria Ruiz said he was “different” and that he “acted strangely”.

In Anchorage, Santiago did what so many involved in mass crimes or terrorism do; had a relationship with the FBI.  As reporter Glenn Greenwald is fond of noting, whenever a cell of three terrorists is found plotting death and mayhem, two are usually on the FBI payroll.  After the event, the FBI is quick to “tidy things up” Mafioso style.

—Which is ironic given that it took decades for the Federal Bureau of (terror) Instigation and its powerful cross-dressing Director to even admit there was such a thing as “organized crime”.

The events that led up to the shooting are nothing less than astounding as is currently summarized by frequently-“updated” Wikipedia:

Suspect

Federal law enforcement sources identified the suspect as Esteban Santiago-Ruiz (born March 16, 1990), a 26-year-old resident of Alaska and a military veteran.^[8]  The suspect reportedly flew from Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport in Anchorage on a Delta flight, connecting through Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, and checked a declared 9mm pistol in his baggage before retrieving it in Fort Lauderdale and loading the gun in an airport bathroom just before the attack.^[9][10][2]  According to law enforcement officials, he had purchased Glock 9mm and .40 caliber pistols in the past, but it was unknown whether these were the firearms used in the attack.^[11]  Santiago was reported to be carrying military identification at the time of the shooting.^[12]

Santiago was reportedly born in New Jersey in 1990, having moved to Puerto Rico two years later.^[13]  He joined the Puerto Rico National Guard on December 14, 2007, and served in the Iraq War from April 23, 2010, to February 19, 2011, as a combat engineer and later served in the Alaska Army National Guard from November 21, 2014, until receiving a general discharge on August 16, 2016, apparently for unsatisfactory performance.^[13]  He was a Private First Class and received ten awards during his time in the military.^[14]  An ex-girlfriend alleged that, on January 10, 2016, in Anchorage, Alaska, Santiago attempted to strangle her; the case resulted in a deferred prosecution agreement.^[15]

Officials told The New York Times that Santiago had visited the FBI office in Anchorage in November 2016 and reported hearing voices in his head telling him to commit acts of violence but also saying that he was in control and did not intend to hurt anyone.  Other officials stated that he had viewed material by terrorist groups on the internet and it was too early to tell whether he had been inspired by them.^[4]  Officials later told The Associated Press that during his visit, he had also claimed that the US government was controlling his mind and making him watch videos by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.^[16]  He had also reportedly stated that the CIA was forcing him to join the group.^[17]  Authorities urged the man to seek mental health treatment.^[4]  Local media in Alaska reported that the Qupqugiaq Inn, a motel in midtown Anchorage, was evacuated as part of the investigation into Santiago.  Authorities would not specify what connection the suspect had to the lodge.^[18]  His family members stated that he had become mentally ill after his tour in Iraq and had recently received psychological treatment following a number of incidents.^[19]

Alaska is a surprising stronghold of Papal control in America with highly-publicized figures like former Governor Sarah Palin being baptized and raised Roman Catholic (although this information has been expunged from all sites—even Jesuit James Martin’s sources are now gone).  The state continues to be controlled by aristocratic Jesuit-trained Catholic elites like the Murkowskis—and when upstarts like Frank Miller attempt to interrupt the handing of daddy Frank Murkowski’s Senate seat to daughter Lisa, we just go ahead and take it from him (by hook or by crook).  Examples abound of hard-Left and faux-Right Papal families ruling off and on for generations in America from the Dodds in Connecticut to the Cuomos in New York.  If they live long enough they simply get recycled like California’s current re-Governor, Jerry Moonbeam Brown, a trained Jesuit priest.

For that matter, the dominant religion in Puerto Rico is Roman Catholicism—which is probably why Rome’s puppets in American government made Puerto Rico an “unincorporated territory” in 1950.  Overnight, 3 million Hispanic Roman Catholic illegal immigrants were legalized and they never had to leave home!

Yet, as with all such plans of secret subversion, there is an insurgency within the insurgency:

What made Fort Lauderdale such a fertile field for a false flag?  Being controlled by the insidiously-named Sheriff, Scott Israel, certainly didn’t hurt.

Sheriff Israel is a pro-gun control Democrat who was swept back into office just a couple months ago.  Although he likes to give the front that he’s a “man of the people”, he knows how to party.

It does seem like Sheriff Israel pulled off a “deal with the devil” to be in power.

Israel has such a reputation for corruption it warrants his own blog on the matter.

It’s always helpful to use both carrot and stick when coaxing players to go the direction you want and in April of last year, Israel was hit by a car while jogging, though escaped with minor injuries.

Either despite being a team player or because of it, Sheriff Israel corroborated the narrative that Esteban Santiago had met with the FBI and had complained that he was being subjected to government mind-control.

Is it a diversion?  “This is exactly what the tin-foil crowd want to see.”

Is it an arrogant show of power by the secret Elite?  “We know that you know and we want you to know that we know.”

Is it a message to other insiders, “Yeah, this was us, too”?

Certainly, if planned and plotted by an Orwellian Machine, striking at the currently-legal transport of firearms in aircraft baggage was the logical next step in the ever-tightening of private firearm wielding.

Tragically, it does appear that, unlike the sophistry of Sandy Hook, the deaths and casualties were real this time.

Sadly, Sandy Hook victim Noah Pozner died again in Pakistan.

Perhaps they’re getting a little desperate.

What put him on the map, however, was a series of profanity-laced YouTube videos that Chief Mark Kessler recorded and uploaded which featured the constable shouting obscenities at America’s foes and shooting off exotic automatic weapons.

Clearly, this was not the behavior of a law enforcement professional but I excused it as the rough actions of a red neck taking a stand for what he thought was right.

Yes, Kessler appeared to be unstable—the kind of guy who would mishandle a firearm and shoot himself in the hand—but that’s what you get when a coal miner becomes a small town police chief.

I traveled north, met Kessler in person, interviewed him and presented what I thought was a sincere individual to my readers.

I continued to support Kessler when his antics had their natural outcome and he was fired by the Gilberton Board. I advised him to pack his bags and find a precinct where his outspoken support of the Constitution was appreciated, even if it meant moving to another state. Instead, he stayed put and attempted an ill-advised last-minute run for county Sheriff. He called me on a Sunday afternoon and asked me to support his campaign with a column which I kindly did.

Examples abound of disciplined professionals who didn’t need outrageous antics to take a stand for the Constitution.

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke warned that a 2^nd American Revolution would ensue if laws were enacted that included gun bans and door-to-door confiscations. He also vowed never to enforce such laws.

Clarke then went toe-to-toe with vehement gun-grabber, Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn. The fight went before the United States Senate.

Flynn responded, “My message to my troops is if you see anybody carrying a gun on the streets of Milwaukee, we’ll put them on the ground, take the gun away and then decide whether you have a right to carry it.”

The police chief was just as aggressive at a Senate judiciary hearing last week. He testified in support of an “assault weapons” ban, saying most innocent people do not use such weapons to defend themselves.

Now, Clarke is apologizing for Flynn’s behavior “on behalf of my constituents.” On Tuesday, Clarke revealed the contents of a letter to judiciary committee member Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C. In the letter, the sheriff accuses Flynn of being “embarrassing” and “rude.”

This is proof that all top law enforcement officials and all judges should be held accountable to the electorate and not appointed by co-opted, corrupt and Elite-controlled politicians.

After the Aurora, Colorado false flag theater shooting, an insane rush was on by Colorado Democrats to enact as many draconian gun control laws as possible. The Democrat governor quickly signed them into law before Coloradans realized what had happened. In the aftermath, a coalition of Colorado sheriffs sued over what they had done.

When the U.S. Justice Department attempted to subpoena Indiana raw dairy farmer Richard Hochstetler on accusations by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration that his products were poisoning locals, Elkhart County, Indiana Sheriff Brad Rogers said, “not in my jurisdiction.”

Frank Szabo—a candidate for sheriff in Hillsborough County, Massachusetts—stated that, if elected, he would take the stand against abortion no one else had the courage to take and close down any abattoirs in his jurisdiction even if it took deadly force to do so. It’s shocking that such a man was even allowed to run for sheriff in Massachusetts.

Local sheriffs are arguably the most powerful bulwark against central government tyranny and there are clearly professional ways to take a stand but Mark Kessler wasn’t being professional. Was he just a country bumpkin desperate for attention or was something more sinister at play?

In the summer of 2013, Kessler entertained Tea Party presidential candidate Robby Wells. I drove up to take notes and write a column. We all sat together and spoke over breakfast in a local Frackville, PA diner. Afterwards, we removed to a remote location where Kessler did his target shooting.

At the time, I remember being amazed at the array of weaponry that Kessler and his posse of supporters were able to brandish. I was equally amazed at the ammo-cans of rounds present. How was the police chief of a town of less than 1,000 citizens able to acquire it all? I was curious but I didn’t dig.

Personally, if I intended to make a brash video of personal opinion, I would never have included weapons, equipment and/or uniform items that belonged to my place of employment. But, again, I didn’t dig.

I still saw Kessler as sincere and he continued to feed me inside information. Kessler disclosed to me that Pima County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arapio was running a rigged game over their investigation of Barack Obama’s long form birth certificate. His lead detective, former NJ used car salesman Mike Zullo, told Kessler he was not allowed to see the Cold Case Posse brief without signing a non-disclosure agreement.

Red flags began to arise in regard to Kessler’s associations; particularly that of Pete Santilli.

Santilli’s background is shady at best. He has been accused of making false claims about his past.

Santilli was a principle backer behind the 2013 “Truckers’ Ride for the Constitution”. He frequently made grandiose and inflammatory claims that Washington DC would be overwhelmed by protestors who would refuse to leave until all politicians resigned. At the time, I wrote that the concept was far more harmful than helpful. Much like the diseased protests of the Westboro Baptist Church holding obnoxious signs at soldier funerals to “protest” U.S. government policies, those harmed by the event had nothing to do with the original misdeeds and those guilty were left completely untouched. Further clogging the already outrageous traffic flow of the DC area would not win the Patriot or Truth movement any new allies.

Somehow, Santilli had access to funds donated to promote the event and he was later accused of having embezzled half a million dollars of them.

A document found online purports to depict Santilli decrying the Sacramento, California FBI office for their lack of support in shielding Santilli from his role in sabotaging the event.

Santilli promotes himself as the Howard Stern of the Truth Movement and his short-lived radio show featured co-host Susannah Cole whose on-air voice and persona immediately harkens to Stern’s co-host, Robin Quivers.

Interestingly, many of the accusations about Santilli’s corrupt past come from a domain featuring Cole’s name.

If it is Cole, herself, she’s not the only jaded, former Santilli partner.

Both alternative media columnist Susanne Posel and successful alternative media talkshow host, New Zealander Vinny Eastwood, have bad things to say about Santilli, including how Santilli stole material, domain names and money from them.

There appears to be or have been quite a vicious legal battle between Posel, Posel’s family and Santilli.

A Santilli/Kessler connection is, indeed, not a good sign.

Finally, on Fox News Radio, Kessler made it official.

Tuesday on “The Alan Colmes Show,” former police chief Mark Kessler made one of the most shocking revelations Alan had ever heard, and Kessler said he was exposing it for the first time anywhere.

Kessler, who infamously made online videos insulting liberals and firing his gun, claimed that the federal government put him up to making the videos in order to attract “the worst of the worst” and said the videos even led to arrests of “lone wolf” terrorists.

It calls to mind another “Patriot” bomb-thrower, Adam Kokesh.

The summer of 2013 seemed to the big push for COINTELPRO operations.

Kokesh is another “Truther” with a past littered by failed endeavors. He frequently committed pro-Marijuana stunts in the nation’s capital that got him arrested. After one of these arrests, he began to implore his video/radio audiences to join him in an armed protest at the Washington DC Mall. Washington DC is a municipality that notoriously flaunts both the Constitution and judicial decisions regarding it’s tyrannical proscriptions against firearm ownership and carry. It was a clear case of disaster waiting to happen.

Being a “Constable on Patrol” is not an easy job. But it does provide the officer with an exceptional amount of power over his fellow man. Most of the time, that power is unchecked.

Combine a typical self-centered human with a treasonous or malignant Chain of Command and you have an environment that harkens back to Soviet Russia or Nazi Germany where government officials enact staggering abuses with impunity.

DON’T TAZE ME, BRO

The earmarks of many cases of police malfeasance are cowardice and lack of training. If a flawed officer feels in any way threatened, triggers are pulled instantly. Most times on a tazer but sometimes on a firearm.

And tazers are far from harmless.

In November of last year, I gave two examples of such abuse, starting with a young autistic girl in Ashland, Oregon:

According to her father, she loves cars. She slipped out of her specially-secured room and out of her clothes and began running happily along the highway.

A cab driver saw her and called the police but when a female officer showed up, the care-free little girl got two warnings and then a tazer shot into her back.

Although police and media described her as a “young woman”, she is only 11 years old.

In an interview with David Knight of InfoWars, her father Aram Hampson said the testimony he received from cab driver Adam Bednar was much more damning. Badnar stated the female officer had no reason to tazer the little girl.

Although tazers are the instrument of choice for purposely under-educated officers, they carry severe consequences.

As the eye witness stated, the little autistic girl froze in her induced convulsions and smacked brutally into the pavement.

In Florida, a 267 lb. police officer chose to tazer 20 year old Danielle Maudsley, who was already handcuffed when she tried to run, rather than break a sweat and chase her. She screamed, went into convulsions and hit the pavement.

Now she’s brain dead.

Again, the officer was cleared of misconduct.

In Texas, when a police officer responded to a fight between two teenage girls in a high school (the disgusting state of public education aside), 17 year old Neo de Rivera got in the way. He was immediately tazed without any regard for his surroundings, cracked his skull and is now unresponsive and comatose.

In another example rife with culture refuse, single mother Charlene Bratton took her 12 year old daughter into “Victoria’s Secret” in a St. Louis mall. An officer was dispatched when it was discovered that Bratton had an outstanding warrant. As the officer confronted Bratton, her daughter (identified as Dejamon Baker) ended up being tazed. Was it necessary? Perhaps. In light of other incidents, perhaps not.

San Francisco “Bay Area Rapid Transit” police—which I believe receive the same crack training as park rangers—were seen viciously tazering another citizen who didn’t scream “How high!” when the “officers” said “JUMP!”

At Honeymoon Island State Park, Florida, Pinellas County Sheriff’s Deputy Kenneth Kubler got into a struggle with 37 year old James Barnes. The Deputy shot Barnes three times with his tazer, now Barnes is dead. Was this caused by Kubler being undertrained in how to deescalate a confrontation?

In Tacoma, Washington, a deaf woman—Lashonn White—used a special video-equipped phone to call for help when a guest attacked her in her home but when police arrived, she was tazed for being “unresponsive”. Local KIRO TV7 reported:

After months of digging, investigative reporter Chris Halsne found significant discrepancies in the official police version of events leading up to Lashonn White’s arrest.

I’m always inclined to give an officer the benefit of the doubt but, as KIRO’s Halsne noted:

Instead of an apology, she ended up bloody and in jail for nearly three days without an interpreter before a prosecutor declined to press charges.

Deaf Los Angeles resident Jonathan Meister was removing his belongings in boxes when a neighbor claimed he was acting suspiciously because he failed to acknowledge their questions. Responding police immediately grabbed Meister by his wrists (which kept him from communicating with them) and then brutalized him. A suit is being brought by the Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness which, according to Steve Watson of InfoWars depicts a harrowing experience:

“Because he is deaf, Mr. Meister depends on using his hands while facing a person to communicate,” the complaint states. “The officers’ sudden aggression, which both caused pain and interfered with his ability to communicate, caused Mr. Meister reflexively to pull his hands away, hop back over the fence and step toward the gate … to create some space so that he could communicate.”

The suit then notes that Meister began to panic and resist being handcuffed. That was when one of the officers shot him twice with a taser. Another officer then deployed a second taser, delivering a “drive stun” to his abdomen.

The report notes that officers “struck Meister with fists and feet, and forcibly took him to the ground.” The cops then kicked and punched him in the back and stomach, while another choked him around the neck. The suit also alleges that the cops delivered “punishing shocks” with the tasers, intentionally “burning his flesh.”

Perhaps most disturbing are the cases of Police brutality that can only be explained by demonic frenzy and lust to cause harm on a vulnerable victim.

Such may have been the case for Kelly Thomas, a mentally-ill homeless man from Fullerton, California. After 6 Fullerton police officers finished with him, he had been tazed and beaten into a vegetative state. He was described as “gentle” and bystanders said he offered no resistance. The before and after pictures of Thomas as shown by the UK Daily Mail are absolutely gruesome. Although Fullerton PD claimed Thomas was being investigated as a possible car thief who resisted when questioned, Thomas’ father (a former law enforcement officer) is outraged at what the 6 on 1 incident did to his son and claims it was clearly excessive force. Kelly eventually died from his wounds.

As you think over the “Left/Right paradigm” you’d imagine the overwhelmingly Leftist media would hammer Police abuse but that is actually not the case.

The corporate media represents “the Machine” and “the Machine” represents control. Alexander Higgins wrote for the Examiner that most representations of what happened to Kelly Thomas glossed over the glaring brutality.

During the manhunt for renegade police officer Christopher Dorner, cops sprayed a truck with two women in it with over 100 rounds of bullets. Nothing in the description of large black male Dorner matched the two hispanic females save that they were in a pickup truck.

As is true in all cases of police malfeseance, the taxpayer footed the bill to the two women who managed to survive (thanks to amazingly poor marksmanship by the Keystone Cops) and hit the jackpot for an astounding $4.2 million.

Poor thin white male David Perdue must not have had expensive LA lawyers. He only received $20,000 after he was shot being confused for the stocky, bald black Dorner. Certainly, Dorner meant business and you should “spray & pray” first, then let the taxpayers clean up the mess, later.

What happened to the trigger-happy hooligans in badges? At least one blogger is concluding that nothing has resulted from the investigation but the entirety of corporate media are headlining that the “officers violated policy.” For that, they face extreme measures perhaps as serious as retraining.

This is all without even going down the rabbit hole of what really happened during the Dorner incident. While police and media were reporting that Dorner’s last hideout was accidentally torched, later evidence showed it was a premeditated and calculated killing with cops playing Judge Dredd: judge, jury and executioners.

I would be remiss if I chose to use “don’t taze me, bro” as a subtitle and didn’t address the incident because it shows how law enforcement has become the thug enforcement arm of the New World Order.

As I noted in my column Democracy in America: THE BIG LIE, the “choice” for Americans in who was running for President in 2004 was no choice at all.

The fact that, in 2004, the American people were given the choice for president of sitting Bonesman George W. Bush, son of former CIA Director, former president and Bonesman George H.W. Bush, and United States Senator and Bonesman John Forbes Kerry, married to Teresa Heinz Kerry, widow of United States Senator H. John Heinz III, son of Bonesman H.J. Heinz II, finally elicited a minor stirring from the corporate media.

It was in questioning Kerry’s secretive associations that University of Florida student Andrew Meyer was immediately “sedated” by law enforcement.

On Jan. 4 of last year, a local narcotics strike force conducted a raid on the Ogden, Utah, home of Matthew David Stewart at 8:40 p.m. The 12 officers were acting on a tip from Mr. Stewart’s former girlfriend, who said that he was growing marijuana in his basement. Mr. Stewart awoke, naked, to the sound of a battering ram taking down his door. Thinking that he was being invaded by criminals, as he later claimed, he grabbed his 9-millimeter Beretta pistol.

The police say that they knocked and identified themselves, though Mr. Stewart and his neighbors said they heard no such announcement. Mr. Stewart fired 31 rounds, the police more than 250. Six of the officers were wounded, and Officer Jared Francom was killed. Mr. Stewart himself was shot twice before he was arrested. He was charged with several crimes, including the murder of Officer Francom.

The police found 16 small marijuana plants in Mr. Stewart’s basement. There was no evidence that Mr. Stewart, a U.S. military veteran with no prior criminal record, was selling marijuana. Mr. Stewart’s father said that his son suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder and may have smoked the marijuana to self-medicate.

Early this year, the Ogden city council heard complaints from dozens of citizens about the way drug warrants are served in the city. As for Mr. Stewart, his trial was scheduled for next April, and prosecutors were seeking the death penalty. But after losing a hearing last May on the legality of the search warrant, Mr. Stewart hanged himself in his jail cell.

The police tactics at issue in the Stewart case are no anomaly. Since the 1960s, in response to a range of perceived threats, law-enforcement agencies across the U.S., at every level of government, have been blurring the line between police officer and soldier. Driven by martial rhetoric and the availability of military-style equipment—from bayonets and M-16 rifles to armored personnel carriers—American police forces have often adopted a mind-set previously reserved for the battlefield. The war on drugs and, more recently, post-9/11 antiterrorism efforts have created a new figure on the U.S. scene: the warrior cop—armed to the teeth, ready to deal harshly with targeted wrongdoers, and a growing threat to familiar American liberties.* ~ Rise of the Warrior Cop, Radley Balko, Wall Street Journal

With unaccountable cops already capable of committing crime in the name of the law, the militarization of police becomes that much more disconcerting.

As I’ve already noted, it takes very little cause to have cops “tac up” and go full SWAT team to present a warrant or seek information from citizens.

And, as the Daily Caller noted, accessing supposedly private firearms licenses is all part of the process. Serving a warrant for credit card fraud but a family member has a concealed carry permit? Time to go full SWAT.

The problem for homeowners is that the SOP (“Standard Operating Procedure”) seems to be:

• Kick in door.
• Kill family dog.
• Maybe announce yourself.

It happened to a 75 year old grandmother in Macedon, NY.

“The dog hadn’t even barked, yet I heard one of them say, he’s aggressive, shoot him! I’ll never forget the sound of that gunshot and the blood flying everywhere. They did all this while forcing me to lay on the bathroom floor, screaming at me to stay down, and holding me at gunpoint. I couldn’t get up if I wanted to. I’m 75 years old, had three strokes and knee replacement, and can hardly walk. There was nothing I could do to help my pet.”

Simply barking at a police officer is enough to get a dog riddled with bullets, as was the sad case for this Idaho family.

It’s tough to make the case for “the officer felt endangered” when a prize miniature bull terrier puppy is near but that was enough of a stretch for one Chicago cop. Miniature bull terrier puppies may be small but they have been known to do as much damage as a medieval rabbit.

This tactic is even more upsetting when hapless cops pull it on the innocent families instead of drug dealers, as was the case in St. Paul, Minnesota. The Francos got the pleasure of having their kids sit at gunpoint and stare at the bloody corpse of their family pet while tough men dressed in military battle armor figured out they were in the wrong house.

It’s become such an epidemic, an appeal has been made to Barack Obama, himself to require police take a nanosecond or two to ascertain if discharging a firearm is really necessary.

The Most Merciful Messiah is well known for his compassion so I’m sure we’ll have action on this in no time.

SMILE, YOU’RE ON CANDID CAMERA

One solution that is easily available with “off the shelf” technology is to take squad car cameras and put them on police officers, along with passive microphones. Not only would such coverage give investigators the whole story but it may even give civilians an understanding of the real dangers officers face. Juries and boards should take all circumstances into consideration and more information is better.

As it stands, however, cops go into Stasi mode when they realize that citizens are recording their actions.

This is in spite of court rulings which state public officials have no expectation of privacy when conducting government business.

* In Austin, Texas, Antonio Buehler began filming Austin police when he saw they were man-handling a woman at a local gas station. He was subsequently arrested for resisting and “felony harassment of a public servant”—which is a great tool to keep in the bag of “I’ll take you in and we’ll just find something to charge you with.”
* In Torrance, California, Daniel Saulmon was arrested and jailed for 4 days because he filmed police during a routine traffic stop then refused to produce identification. Again, charges of resisting were preferred but not substantiated.

* In Dallas, Texas, a police officer attempted to confiscate a motorcyclist’s helmet camera to track down bikers. When the rider refused, he was arrested.
* Subsequent to an investigation he was conducting in a New Hampshire police brutality case for his popular web site CopBlock.org, Adam Mueller now faces an astounding 21 years in prison for having recorded interviews with officers even though they were aware they were being recorded. This charge is called “wiretapping”.
* In Illinois, Michael Allison faces life in prison for “wire tapping” local law enforcement there. Police in Illionis do not need a citizen’s consent to record them and use the evidence against them.

One example that is truly amazing is that of Nancy Genovese, arrested in Southampton, New York when an off-duty police officer noticed her taking pictures of a National Guard facility. During the arrest, it was noted that she had firearms in her vehicle which damned her even more.

The media portrayed her as an hysterical nut-case, though it appears the NY Post was more hysterical in describing one of her “scary firearms” as an “XM-15”. Having never heard of such a thing I’m guessing it was perhaps a laser weapon stolen from a research facility.

The Personal Liberty Digest painted a different picture of Genovese taking pictures for her web site then being terrorized in jail as a “tea bagger” (a perverse homosexual term used to slander the Tea Party).

Genovese’s car was searched without her consent. Officers found an unloaded rifle in a locked case in her trunk (she had been target shooting that morning, and it is perfectly legal to keep an unloaded rifle in the trunk of a car). For the next five or six hours, Genovese was interrogated, taunted, harangued, threatened, belittled, abused, humiliated and harassed by members of the Sheriff’s Office. During this time, officers noticed she was limping from an ankle injury she had received earlier in the day. Officers made her show them the injury, which was bleeding, then threatened to charge her for not reporting a knife wound. Deputy Robert Carlock repeatedly called her a “right winger” and a “teabagger,” and he threatened to charge her with terrorism to make an example of her for other “right wingers” and “teabaggers.”

Sometime around midnight, airport officials and Federal agents determined Genovese posed no terrorist or security threat and left. But Carlock ordered Genovese handcuffed. When Genovese’s children tried to get her purse, which contained a large amount of cash, deputies threatened them with arrest.

Genovese was then taken to a holding cell at the Sheriff’s Office. On the way there, Carlock continued to taunt Genovese, telling her she would pay and admitting they had nothing to charge her with, but that he would “find something in order to teach all right wingers and teabaggers a lesson.”

The author, Bob Livingston, closed with this:

Her camera memory card was not returned to her. More than $5,000 in cash was missing from her purse. The contents of her car’s glove box were removed.

Genovese has filed a $70 million lawsuit against the Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, Iberger, Caracappa, Carlock and other members of the Sheriff’s Office. The lawsuit is ongoing.

On May 1, [Southampton Town Police Lt. Robert Iberger] Iberger retired from the Sheriff’s Office. He got a $215,483 payout, a full pension and lifetime medical benefits. It pays to be a government terrorist.

This case began more than a year ago. I’ll bet you haven’t heard about this on ABC News, CNN or Fox, et al., or read about it in The New York Times or any other newspaper of record. It doesn’t jibe with their agenda.

I, however, have a very entertaining update.

Apparently, the Southampton Town Council Supervisor—a hyphenated career woman, “Anna Throne-Holst”—never bothered to bring the town’s case to court and missed the filing saying that she had a death in the family and it was “frivolous” anyway. They are now on the hook for nearly their entire year’s budget to Genovese.

BAD COP, GOOD COP

Like the many soldiers who are taking courageous stands in defense of America, her Constitution and the citizenry, there are courageous and conscientious peace officers doing the same.

In South Florida, Officer Ericson Harrell was arrested while off duty because he was wearing a Guy Fawkes mask in public protest. Harrell refused to seek preferential treatment as a police officer and, although charges were dropped, he continues to be persecuted on the force with graveyard shifts and “retraining”.

In Colorado, Sheriffs sued to void draconian gun laws they found to be both unconstitutional and unenforceable. Other Sheriffs in the state flat-out refused to try.

Linn County, Oregon, Sheriff Tim Mueller said he would also refuse to enforce unconstitutional gun laws.

In Elkhart County, Indiana, a local Sheriff protected raw dairy farmer Richard Hochstetler from harassment by FDA officials.

In Florida, Liberty County Sheriff Nick Finch released a citizen he felt a deputy had wrongly arrested on firearm charges. Finch was then, himself, charged with misconduct and stripped of his credentials—an order that came all the way from Republican governor Rick Scott. A jury acquitted Finch of wrongdoing and he was reinstated after great hardship and stress.

There is a common thread to these inspiring stories: each good cop has been beat down or harassed by his own government. If you know one in your area, they need your support, badly.

One effort that trumps all others, is when people rise en masse to stop injustice. They become an irresistible and unstoppable force.

SUNSHINE WARRIORS

As soon as an institution becomes powerful, it gets controlled by those already in power.

Such is “the land of make believe” we know as “Hollywood”.

One of the few enterprises bigger than making movies is making war…with much more money to be made by those pulling the strings.

The problem is that, in a representative republic, the citizens can still get in the way, so keeping them anesthetized with sports or celebrity gossip usually takes care of that.

But some pesky upstarts may still awaken from their stupor to ask some vexing questions and then it’s time for Plan B: convince them that what you are doing is “patriotic” —it’s actually in their own best interest for you to use the bodies of their sons to enrich yourself.

For that, you’ll need a little movie magic.

I know what you’re thinking, punk. Hollywood is filled with radical Leftists who hate America and hate her military even more.

With directors like Oliver Stone who sympathize with Nazis, worship Communists and lambast “Conservatives” along with actors like Danny Glover and Sean Penn who go out of their way to do the same, your assessment would be spot on (Hugo Chavez just makes them get all gooey inside).

But, just like politics, what puppets are allowed to do in front of the cameras has nothing to do with the real power behind them and that power really likes war.

Ergo, war is what get’s the lion’s share of propaganda. The LA Times says the relationship between Hollywood and the military is far more incestuous than you know:

The Department of Defense regularly cooperates with Hollywood on projects large and small, from Lifetime’s fictional Army base-set series “Army Wives” and CBS’ naval police procedural “NCIS” to Paramount Pictures’ warring robots franchise “Transformers” and Sony’s Columbia Pictures film “Battle: Los Angeles,” about Marines fighting an alien invasion. The military has allowed Universal Pictures to film its upcoming action movie “Battleship” on the battleship Missouri and permitted Navy SEALs to appear in Relativity Media’s February thriller “Act of Valor.”

If you’re really on the ball you’ll notice that each new film highlights the particular piece of military hardware that’s under fire at the time. Transformers rewrote a key villain, “Starscream”, into an F-22. In fact, you’d think the Air Force had no other interceptors available just by watching that movie but it is a system that is plagued with problems to this very day.

More recently, in Man of Steel, the hot machine to highlight was the F-35, also made by Lockheed and also a costly taxpayer lemon.

As a patriotic American I mention this with sadness. I’ve seen the F-22 up close and it is an impressive thing to look at and hear. All real Americans are thrilled at seeing their military excel and be intimidating.

But is it “our” military? I submit to you that it has been generations since the United States military has been used in the best interests of American people and that the bloodsucking Elites who have been calling the shots these past several decades hate both America and her military. Yet they are riding them both as surely as the Whore of Babylon rides her Beast in Revelation 17.

The synchronicity of all these agendas can best be seen in the story of Jessica Lynch. Lynch was a motor transportation Specialist in the Army on a convoy through Nassiriya, Iraq when that convoy made a wrong turn.

That’s all we were told at the time.

Then the official story came out that, yes, her 9 other comrades were killed but she made a valiant stand, holding off jihadi hordes until she ran out of ammo and was then captured.

What actually happened was far less inspiring and far more disturbing; Lynch was taken without having ever fired a shot, witnessed the execution of fellow soldiers like Lori Piestewa and then was repeatedly tortured, raped and sodomized by her captors.

But that doesn’t play well when you have an agenda to feed the Machine of War with new recruits and simultaneously weaken the American military by encouraging a massive influx of women and homosexuals into the warrior ranks. It is actually a well-known subversive tactic that is corroborated by former Communists like David Horowitz:

“The military is a linchpin for all of society. It is a bastion of traditional values. Former communist David Horowitz recalls that during the ‘60s, radical Leftists determined that if they could destroy the U.S. military, they could destabilize the rest of capitalist America. Two things could accomplish this, they said: Putting women into combat, and opening the armed forces to homosexuality.”

So when it came time to rescue Jessica the military/entertainment complex sought the very best in make believe via Hollywood Director Jerry Bruckheimer. Although Lynch ended up in a safe hospital bed with good care in a town deserted by Iraqi fighters, the military put on a show worthy of Tinsletown. The U.K. Guardian reported of the event:

The doctors told us [Dr. Harith al-Houssona] that the day before the special forces swooped on the hospital the Iraqi military had fled. Hassam Hamoud, a waiter at a local restaurant, said he saw the American advance party land in the town. He said the team’s Arabic interpreter asked him where the hospital was. “He asked: ‘Are there any Fedayeen over there?’ and I said, ‘No’.” All the same, the next day “America’s finest warriors” descended on the building.

“We heard the noise of helicopters,” says Dr Anmar Uday. He says that they must have known there would be no resistance. “We were surprised. Why do this? There was no military, there were no soldiers in the hospital.”

“It was like a Hollywood film. They cried, ‘Go, go, go’, with guns and blanks and the sound of explosions. They made a show – an action movie like Sylvester Stallone or Jackie Chan, with jumping and shouting, breaking down doors.” All the time with the camera rolling. The Americans took no chances, restraining doctors and a patient who was handcuffed to a bed frame.

SPECIAL FORCED

I’ve trained with the Special Forces. Many (perhaps even most) truly are a breed apart. Most of those who deploy come back to be the literal embodiment of the moniker “quiet professionals”. Having been there and done that, they have nothing to prove. With few exceptions, they’ve’ been a pleasure to work with and talk to.

They’re also good at thinking outside the box. If there’s a bureaucrat or a regulation in between an operator and his goal they usually disappear or are circumvented. There is a low threshold for getting “stuck on stupid”.

The good news for the Special Forces community is that, in today’s conflicts, they are logarithmically more important to governments than a regular Infantryman because much of what they do can be hidden from the public and, although Special Forces teams are outmanned everywhere they go, they pack a surprising punch and usually get the best in support.

The bad news is that the people giving the orders are malicious, malignant traitors who care only for their own aggrandizement. The generals, admirals and politicians who never wore a Special Forces tab (and some who did) wouldn’t think twice about betraying every last one of them.

You need not look past the “death” of CIA asset Tim Osmond for proof of that. He was known to the rest of the world as “Osama bin Laden”.

As I’ve already chronicled, Barack Obama is, himself, an asset of the CIA who’s fabricated past is his Achilles’ heel, thanks to Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution requiring “natural-born citizenship” of all presidential candidates.

The timing of the raid that supposedly killed Osama bin Laden was no coincidence. The White House released the Obama long-form birth certificate on April 27^th, 2011. Four days later, the media cycle was radically changed by the story that Navy SEAL Team 6 had “bagged bin Laden”.

Last Wednesday, President Obama concluded his remarks about the release of his birth certificate by chiding his critics — and the press — with words that now seem far more ominous after the United States raid that killed Osama bin Laden.

“We do not have time for this kind of silliness,” Mr. Obama said. “We’ve got better stuff to do. I’ve got better stuff to do. We’ve got big problems to solve. And I’m confident we can solve them, but we’re going to have to focus on them — not on this.”

The fact that the most valuable intelligence asset of the decades-long “War on Terror” was killed on sight and then dumped in the ocean wasn’t the slightest bit difficult for corporate news anchors to swallow.

The conundrum didn’t matter to Democrats like former NM governor Bill Richardson who saw the killing of bin Laden as the political clout to further destroy American quality of life (and enrich the “global warming” crowd) via “climate change” restrictions.

The news of bin Laden’s demise was given on the Communist worker’s festival of “May Day”, the same date the death of Hitler was announced. As Illuminati watchdog blogger “Vigilant Citizen” noted, it has no small significance for pagans and occultists (which is what comprises the Elite).

But questions over the raid began immediately.

The Obama Administration released a dramatic photograph of the most powerful people in the world watching in real-time everything that happened during the raid. It was like a scene out of a movie.

And, like a movie, it was found out to have been completely staged.

The head of the CIA admitted yesterday that there was no live video footage of the raid on Osama bin Laden’s compound as further doubts emerged about the U.S. version of events.

Leon Panetta, director of the CIA, revealed there was a 25 minute blackout during which the live feed from cameras mounted on the helmets of the U.S. special forces was cut off.

A photograph released by the White House appeared to show President Barack Obama and his aides in the situation room watching the action as it unfolded. In fact they had little knowledge of what was happening in the compound.

In an interview with PBS, Mr. Panetta said: “Once those teams went into the compound I can tell you that there was a time period of almost 20 or 25 minutes where we really didn’t know just exactly what was going on. And there were some very tense moments as we were waiting for information.”

The Associated Press released a photograph of the dead terror mastermind…and then retracted it on the grounds that its veracity could not be verified.

NBC “News” assured us that just the photographic evidence was fake. Everything else the government told us was absolutely true.

But if a terrorist falls in Pakistan and there’s no evidence, does he make a sound?

THE LEGEND CONTINUES

Immediately, the entertainment industry jumped to trumpeting this momentous achievement with the gutsy “docu-drama” Zero Dark Thirty, which the National Board of Review and the New York Film Critics Circle quickly labeled “best film of the year” although even the Associated Press had to admit the accolades were a tad “early” for the award cycle.

It was all so exciting! Why, you could almost imagine Barack Obama taking the fatal shots himself! Crazed college students were giddy in orgies of celebratory glee!

But it did seem a bit odd that such a Left-leaning community would be all aflutter with America’s military victory over the nemesis of 9/11.

And such attention detail was shown! Why it was almost as if Hollywood and the government were working hand-in-hand.

It turns out, that’s exactly what happened.

Judicial Watch Obtains DOD and CIA Records Detailing Meetings with bin Laden Raid Filmmakers — Judicial Watch Press Release

Judicial Watch, the organization that investigates and fights government corruption, announced today that it has obtained records from the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) regarding meetings and communications between government agencies and Kathryn Bigelow, Academy Award-winning director of The Hurt Locker, and screenwriter Mark Boal. According to the records, the Obama Defense Department granted Bigelow and Boal access to a “planner, Operator and Commander of SEAL Team Six,” which was responsible for the capture and killing of Osama bin Laden, to assist Bigelow prepare her upcoming feature film.

Working to keep the lid on this secretive event seemed impossible for our dedicated government officials.

Apparently, the normally air-tight operational security sensors were caught completely off guard when former SEAL Mark Owen snuck out an “unauthorized account” of the raid. It was so embarrassing! The Pentagon had to issue special rules regarding the tell-all book. If any soldier were to get it as a gift, they were to immediately throw it away lest they read anything that might compromise the Homeland.

Would a Navy SEAL allow himself to be used to spread disinformation to the American people on behalf of an antagonistic administration? It depends on what you tell him. If you tell him, “Here’s the target, terminate on sight”, and then you tell him to “leak” a book about it, does he think it’s really “disinformation”? What if it wasn’t bin Laden, but it looked like him (a double or patsy)?

Operators should’ve sensed the red laser dot on their backs when one of their top secret helicopters crashed during the raid. It turned out to be an excellent opportunity for America’s enemies, like China, to get up to speed on her technology.

It was not the first time that America’s Chief Executive gifted her advantages to her enemies.

Once a SEAL becomes super-famous, you can use him for just about anything you’re able to sell to him. Take “the most lethal sniper in U.S. military history”, Chris Kyle. If you were to convince him that outspoken government skeptic and former Navy SEAL Jesse Ventura was being a nuisance then fabricating a story about Ventura celebrating the deaths of fellow SEALs wouldn’t be too much to ask.

The greatest champion of underground media—Glenn Beck—(who would never attack a source of real news or fellow “Truther” just to wave the flag or aggrandize himself) had his web site report with gusto Kyle’s story of having “punched out” the 6’4” former Minnesota Governor at a wake for fallen comrades. The story started to lose traction once it was found out that, not only did Ventura deny the incident ever happened, he was gathering other SEALs as witnesses for a defamation lawsuit.

Maybe it wasn’t such a good idea after all.

And, come to think of it, maybe exploiting Kyle’s fame wasn’t working out, either. Turns out, Kyle wasn’t a fan of Barack Obama or his gun control efforts.

It would be real inconvenient if Kyle were to go Tea Party and start spilling the beans. It would be better for all involved if he just disappeared.

—or got shot in the back at a gun range by someone with “Post Traumatic Stress Disorder”. An anonymous but verified source in the Marine Corps sent information to Alex Jones’ Prison Planet calling the official story on the suspect into question.

But what happened to Chris Kyle pales in comparison to the operators from “the Team that got bin Laden.”

DEAD SEALS TELL NO TALES (BUT THEY MAKE SAUDIS SMILE)

Less than 4 months after the announced death of Osama bin Laden, the Special Forces community was rocked by terrible news. As the Navy Times would put it: the biggest single loss ever suffered by the NSW community or in the 24-year history of U.S. Special Operations Command, occurred when a CH-47 Chinook helicopter with 22 SEALS from the bin Laden raid Team 6 along with 8 other Americans and a working dog went down.

Again, immediately questions arose as to the circumstances.

The official story was that the aircraft was downed by an insurgent firing an unguided rocket-propelled grenade that was able to single-handedly fell the massive helicopter although even ABC “News” had to admit:

On July 25 [earlier that year], a Chinook was hit by a rocket propelled grenade fired by the Taliban. It launched in the belly of the aircraft which made a hard landing and only two soldiers were injured in that attack but this time all on board were killed.

The most vociferous critics of the mission were the families of the fallen. Soon a star-studded panel was put together, including current and former Congressmen like Louie Gohmert and Allen West, retired Major General Paul Vallely and others, to examine the facts and some shocking allegations were made.

* instead of the top-of-the-line MH-47 Special Operations helicopter being used for the mission (as was Special Operations standard operating procedure), a National Guard Chinook was chosen whose airframe was near 50 years old.
* the Tangi Valley of Wardak Province in Afghanistan was a known Taliban stronghold, yet, again, standard operating procedures were abrogated and no attempts were made to suppress enemy actions.
* the mission was so high-priority and so dangerous that no one in-theater was allowed to make the call; it came from Washington, DC.
* Afghan commandos were pulled from the aircraft just prior to the flight without changing the manifest.
* customary over-watch flights by surveillance aircraft were cancelled or denied.
* the bodies of the victims were immediately cremated without the consent of the families with no proof that what was in each casket was the remains of the stated soldier or sailor. Autopsy reports were mistakenly leaked to family members proving that bodies being “burned or dismembered beyond recognition” as cause for the cremation was a lie.
* the aircraft black box was “lost” which is highly improbable.

Perhaps the most upsetting revelation to come to the bereaved was that an Islamic imam was appointed during the interning of the fallen who actually used the opportunity to curse them.

Maybe it’s too much a stretch to say that Barack Obama hates America and her military that much to order they be thrown into the teeth of the enemy the way David ordered Uriah, the husband of Bathsheba, to die at the walls of Rabbah.

Maybe it’s too much to believe that the SEALs were killed to keep them from giving up secrets about a raid that was scripted to take out a man who was already dead.

But what isn’t too hard for me to believe is that there is a long-standing relationship between the Royal House of Saud and the power brokers in American government based upon the “petro/dollar”. This relationship has been strengthened dramatically by the presidency of Barack Obama and his newest director of the CIA, John Brennan; a man who has converted to Islam in Saudi Arabia and who has already been on the Hajj to Mecca. It is not too far a stretch for me to believe that Barack Obama offered America’s brave sons to the Royal Family as payment for the loss in prestige through the public announcement of the death of the Saudi son of blood.

You’d think that after all of this, Special operators would be wary of getting in bed with Hollywood or blindly trusting their chain of command.

THE LEGEND CONTINUES FURTHER, BUT YOU WON’T LIKE WHERE IT’S HEADED

In 2005, Operation Red Wings was initiated in an attempt by U.S. Coalition forces to debilitate resistance in Afghanistan’s Kunar Province via killing or capturing Taliban leader Ahmad Shah. A 4-man Navy SEAL team consisting of Lieutenant Michael Murphy, Petty Officer Marcus Luttrell, Petty Officer Second Class Matt Axelson, and Petty Officer Second Class Danny Dietz was selected for the job but was compromised by roving shepherds during their infiltration. The team released the local nationals and were very quickly surrounded by Taliban forces as a result. They fought their way to extraction but only Marcus Luttrell survived the ordeal. Luttrell went on to write a book on the mission that turned in to another Hollywood major production starring Mark Wahlberg of the same title: Lone Survivor.

The movie has been a flashpoint of controversy across the blogosphere as the usual and unusual sources sing its praises while a handful of critics either timidly or arrogantly speak against it.

Again, Glenn Beck felt the need to sanctimoniously wade in to the arena with glowing praise for Luttrell and withering accusation of one of the movie’s admittedly “Libtard” detractors, Amy Nicholson. As reported by Beck’s web site:

In her article, Nicholson describes “Lone Survivor” as an embellished “jingoistic snuff film” with an attitude of “brown people bad, American people good.” She also claims the SEALs only faced around 10 enemy Taliban fighters, and seems to belittle the fact that Patrick Robinson helped write the book on which the film is based, because Luttrell was serving another tour of duty.

In addition to calling her a “vile, repugnant, and ignorant liar,” Beck took issue with the film critic’s “sanctimonious” attitude that somehow writing a book is more important than actually “living the story.”

“I mean this sincerely – I will fly you first class,” Beck said. “I will put you up at the Four Seasons … You will dine on the finest possible food, and you will come in here and you will sit down and speak these words to Marcus Luttrell. If you have the balls to say what you just said to Marcus Luttrell and back it up, go for it.”

All of this hype aside, we must again ask the question: why is the government/Hollywood complex so excited to have Americans puff up over the exploits of their Special Operators?

Award-winning journalist and editor Nick Turse recently did an exposé that was buried by all but Middle East Online regarding the disturbing increase in Special Operations proliferation around the world, particularly their use within the Continental United States under the combined combatant command known as “NORTHCOM”.

SOCOM is weaving a complex web of alliances with government agencies at home and militaries abroad to ensure that it’s at the center of every conceivable global hotspot and power center. …

Bringing the War Home

This year, Special Operations Command has plans to make major inroads into yet another country—the United States. The establishment of SOCNORTH in 2014, according to the command, is intended to help “defend North America by outpacing all threats, maintaining faith with our people, and supporting them in their times of greatest need.” Under the auspices of U.S. Northern Command, SOCNORTH will have responsibility for the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and portions of the Caribbean. …

“I have folks in every agency here in Washington, D.C. — from the CIA, to the FBI, to the National Security Agency, to the National Geospatial Agency, to the Defense Intelligence Agency,” [Special Operations Command head Admiral William] McRaven said during a panel discussion at Washington’s Wilson Center in 2013. Referring to the acronyms of the many agencies with which SOCOM has forged ties, McRaven continued: “If there are three letters, and in some cases four, I have a person there. And they have had a reciprocal agreement with us. I have somebody in my headquarters at Tampa.” Speaking at Ronald Reagan Library in November, he put the number of agencies where SOCOM is currently embedded at 38.

This is the same Willie McRaven who has so deftly avoided giving any assistance to the families of the fallen members of SEAL Team 6.

Alana Goodman of the Washington Free Beacon reported:

Karen Vaughn [mother of slain SEAL Aaron Vaughn] said military officials withheld information about the imam’s prayer ceremony and lied to her repeatedly about the investigation. She also said Admiral William McRaven, commander at U.S. Special Operations Command, blew up at her when she questioned him about withholding information.

“[McRaven] made the statement to [my husband and I] … that the military will never withhold any truth from the parents of a fallen soldiers,” said Karen Vaughn. “And I quickly said, not meaning any disrespect, ‘What about [fallen soldier, Corporal] Pat Tillman?’ And he nearly came across the table at me, flashed with anger, vessels popped out of his neck, and he said ‘What about Pat Tillman? That was simply a case of friendly fire.’”

“We knew at that point, our discussion was over,” she added. “And it was embarrassing that this was one of the highest ranking admirals in our Navy.”

Given that storybook hero Pat Tillman had become disillusioned with the war in Afghanistan shortly after arriving, and that the official story was proven to be fabricated contrivances (with the actual means of death being an M4 three-round-burst at close range into Tillman’s face), it’s no wonder the big, tough Admiral would attack a grieving mother. He was only defending himself!

Past examples of the use of Special Forces within the United States give little comfort.

In 1969, six year old Dennis Martin disappeared from the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. Special Forces (then known more commonly as “Green Berets”) arrived to assist in the search. When investigative journalist, author and former law enforcement officer David Paulides looked in to the disappearance for his recent book, he was stonewalled as to why the SF was used for a single missing child.

HOPE FOR THE FUTURE

The Special Forces are like any other powerful system in the military arsenal; when used by conscientious leaders, careful to employ them in the best interests of the American people they are without peer.

But when abused by traitors in leadership against United States citizens they can be an intimidating foe—perhaps helped in their ends by Right-minded rebels allowing such abuse because SF soldiers are so idolized.

Despite treachery from the top down, however, the Special Forces community can not be readily relied upon to carry out treasonous orders.

It has been my experience that those warriors closest to the tip of the spear—Marine Infantry, Army Rangers and Green Berets, Navy SEALs and Air Force TAC-Ps and Parajumpers—are most likely to take their responsibilities to the Constitution and to Americans seriously.

As I’ve shown, there are too many (especially in high office) who are willing to follow a malignant agenda. But if problems in America finally reach a boiling point, Patriots shouldn’t be surprised to find a quiet professional standing with them.

The immortal words of President Dwight D. Eisenhower during his Farewell Address have become the rallying cry for awakened Americans sick of being drained by war.

After over a decade, citizens of the United States have nothing to show from their participation in the “War on Terror” except lighter wallets, horrifying humiliation at the airport terminal…and sons without arms, legs and faces. Many are left with no son at all.

But an increasingly-oppressive corporatized government has been reaping massive rewards in the science of population control.

“Drones” (known in the military as “Unmanned Arial Vehicles” or “UAVs”) are easily dealt with by determined nation-states. Russian-equipped Iranians downing a top secret U.S. Stealth drone towards the end of 2011, bears this out. It was a drone overloaded with the best in American military technology and Barack Obama gifted it to them.

Even modestly-knowledgeable and little-funded operations like those of the University of Texas can hijack a flying robot.

But for the common citizen, a drone can be a terrifying eavesdropper (and remote killer) and their use in the continental United States is now an Orwellian fact.

Some of the personalities engineering this new age of death from above are right out of a science fiction movie.

Feeding the government war machine is so lucrative and so vast that contractors have their own contractor to help them land that big contract.

One such “source for competitive solutions” (always need the term “solutions” in your business catch-phrase) is the firm “Washington Technology”. They put out an interesting article explaining the latest push in citizen identification: “biometrics”.

As the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) drives an ever-increasing demand for effective identification technology, biometric systems are being used to deliver these capabilities to the battlefield.

Biometric data includes measurable physical or behavioral characteristics used to uniquely identify an individual, such as handwritten signatures, iris scans, fingerprints, facial recognition, voice recognition, thermal signatures and DNA samples. The value of biometric systems lies in their ability to reliably and consistently identify an individual – thereby denying a terrorist or enemy the power of anonymity. To date, more than 16,000 individuals have been placed on the Department of Defense (DoD) Biometrics Watchlist (a list of identities of interest to the Department), including more than 1,800 high value targets; more than 1,600 insurgents have been placed on “security hold” – significant milestones in force protection.

The military has now amassed extensive knowledge in the use of biometrics as well as built a staggering database of “terrorists”. Ellen Messmer of Network World noted:

When it comes to biometrics, the U.S. Department of Defense has gained vast experience during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, where the military has captured millions of fingerprints, facial images and iris scans in order to identify and collect details about terrorists and dangerous insurgents.

…Suspects are tracked down based on fingerprints found on exploded bomb fragments, for instance, that are matched against a database in the United States in less than three minutes using satellite communications.

…The Department of Defense is … eager to expand its biometrics efforts into new areas that include DNA, as well as what’s called “multi-modal biometrics” that fuse various types, like fingerprint or iris, in order to obtain a more perfect match on subjects.

The science of biometrics “strips away the ambiguity of a person’s identity,” said Dr. Myra Gray, director of the Biometrics Task Force. In “high-target tracking,” biometrics is a tool that will “deny anonymity to adversaries” and is now being used in Iraq and Afghanistan on detainees and suspected terrorists, Gray told attendees at the Biometric Consortium Conference going on in Tampa this week.

“We have 3.5 million records stored” on 2.3 million total identities, Gray said.

All of this sounds really patriotic and inspiring…until you start redefining just who a “terrorist” is.

In 2009, then Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano put out a report which stated you, Patriotic Americans, were the next “terror threat”; Pro Lifers, Christians, Libertarians, Tea Partiers and veterans returning from war. It is your face they wish to scan and record, and they’re doing it now.

The UK has been the premier test bed for the Surveillance State and now, even grocery chains are getting in on the action with facial recognition scanners mapping customers who just need their milk and bread.

COMING TO AMERICA

In San Diego County, California, police are now cataloging anyone they arrest via biometrics and a new “Tactical Identification System”. Your permission is neither wanted nor asked.

The local Bay Area NBC affiliate reported the story with this headline:

The quick and quiet roll-out of battlefield technology in the hands of local law enforcement has more than a few rattled;

The use of this technology was rolled out without any public hearings or notice. The secrecy of the program has alarmed privacy experts and raised questions about whether San Diego is the leading edge of an alarming future – one in which few people escape cataloging in a government database.

Perhaps, you’re thinking, “Don’t get arrested” and everything will be OK.

In Texas, random citizens are corralled and intimidated into participating in a Federal “DNA screening” where they are asked to give saliva or blood.

The local Dallas/Ft. Worth news channel seemed to have some trouble getting details from either the contractor or the government:

NBC DFW confirmed that the survey was done by a government contractor, the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation, which is based in Calverton, Md.

A company spokeswoman referred questions to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

An agency spokeswoman sent an email confirming the government is conducting the surveys in 30 cities across the country in an effort to reduce impaired-driving accidents.

She did not respond to another email from NBC DFW asking specific questions about the program.

DNA is a powerful, personal signature. It is all too easy to contrive a story about testing for impaired drivers as a ruse to have access to a citizen’s blood or saliva.

In Tennessee, drivers stopped at “check points” don’t get asked.

It’s bad enough to see militarized police at such a “check point” but when you add a soldier into the mix, you get that twisting sensation in the pit of your stomach.

Federal, state and local governments try to put you at ease (or acclimate you?) by using National Guard soldiers instead of Active Duty. This gives the appearance of adhering to the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act which restricts the use of full-time military for domestic operations.

However, those same Guardsmen have been slowly assimilated into a Federal force structure via some disturbing precedents.

Many of us have seen the toll long deployments have taken on the National Guard serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. You have to stretch “citizen safety” pretty far to defend sending part-time Guardsmen to participate in the “War on Terror”.

But you may not know that the “state militias” have extended their reach far beyond the Middle East.

* The New Jersey National Guard has deployed to Botswana.

* The South Carolina National Guard recently deployed in support of Bill Clinton’s war in Kosovo (yes, there are still rotations to Kosovo, Bosnia and Serbia, all invisible to the mainstream media).

* The Tennessee National Guard is “partnering” with Uganda.

* Two years after Lithuania declared her independence, she partnered with American military: the Pennsylvania National Guard.

* A Missouri National Guardsman was killed in Guatemala.

The Guard is stretched so thin bouncing all over the world that, when they’re needed at home, they aren’t there.

The culmination of this migration has been centralizing the National Guard and giving the Guard’s highest-ranking officer a seat on the Active Duty Joint Chiefs of Staff. It is a move that left James Joyner of Outside the Beltway baffled:

In a move that makes no sense whatsoever, Air National Guard General Craig McKinley has become a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. …

The National Guard Bureau’s top officer is now a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. A provision in the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, signed into law Dec. 31 by President Obama, adds the Guard leader to the nation’s highest military advisory group.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff advises the president on national security matters.

Its members voiced firm opposition during a hearing on Capitol Hill in November as lawmakers pushed to create a seat for the Guard.

During the Nov. 10 hearing of the Senate Armed Services Committee, the six four-star generals voiced opposition to the proposal, saying it would create needless confusion and reduce their authority.

“There is no compelling military need for this change,” Army Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs, said at the time. …

So, the entire Joint Chiefs and the Secretary of Defense opposed this move and yet it was made anyway? Why?

—Baffled, unless you have plans for those National Guard soldiers to carry out an important Presidential mission.

You had to attack civilians, the people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple. They were supposed to force these people, the Italian public to turn to the State to ask for greater security. ~ Insider terror operative Vincenzo Vinciguerra explaining why he murdered innocent Italian civilians in a brutal bombing campaign as part of the CIA’s “Operation Gladio”.

At 2:50 PM on April 15^th 2013 an explosion rocked the finish line at the Boston Marathon. A few seconds later, a second explosion followed. Quickly the reports started coming in of mass carnage. Body parts were everywhere…we were told.

Had this terrible event occurred 10 years ago it would’ve galvanized the nation.

But times have changed.

Americans are starting to become overwhelmingly distrustful of their own government and increasing numbers now look at terrible tragedies broadcast to them with high pomp from syndicated media with skepticism.

“Truth” and “reality” begin to blur behind an agenda-driven government/media complex that, should one question the existence of which, they would be immediately castigated as a “conspiracy theorist” and wearer of “tinfoil hats”.

But emotion driven ad homonym attacks are the tools of propagandists, not journalists. Journalists ask questions. Propagandists create alternative realities for a hidden elite.

One such example could be this video of CNN apparently interviewing one woman on two different occasions, one after the bombing in Boston proper, the other after police cornered a suspect in the suburb of Watertown.

Certainly, not the first time CNN has been caught manufacturing “news”.

But the suspect who was captured that day—Dzhokhar Tsarnaev—was not the first suspect the police went after. Nor was his now-dead brother, Tamerlan.

In fact, while the explosions were still ringing in the ears of runners, media sources were, themselves, running to blame “right-wing extremists”.

Salon.com lead with its muslim empathy special Let’s Hope the Boston Marathon Bomber is a White American while MSNBC’s Chris Matthews was linking to the bombing to a supposed Tax Day protest (not that hard working Americans would have any reason for anger at their overwhelming tax burden).

In Boston, the Marathon is traditionally run on “Patriots’ Day”, a solemn occasion marking America’s first experience with “gun control” when British regulars stormed the armories at Lexington and Concord but were delayed by gallant fighting of the colonial militia, enough to secure many Patriot supplies. Leftist propaganda hub “Mediaite” felt this would be instructive as to who the bombing suspects would turn out to be.

The furor climaxed in a Constitution-hating crescendo of taxpayer-funded “National Public Radio” suggesting the slaughter of innocent civilians was likely the work of a right-wing fanatic celebrating the birthday of Adolph Hitler.

We now know that the government’s lead suspects are not crazed Tea Partiers. But did massive levels of skepticism make this possible? Were government and media sources looking to blame Patriots and did they get derailed by the failure of all citizens to watch with glazed eyes at whatever CNN told them?

In uncharacteristic hesitation, official government sources hedged their bets. Barack Obama warned Americans not to “jump to conclusions” while the Department of Homeland Security felt it best not to issue any terror warnings until all the data was collected. It appears that the waters were tested in somewhat plausible deniability by Obama’s “advisor” David Axlerod claiming the perpetrators could be related to a “Tax Day” protest, but this was quickly abandoned.

This was a sharp contrast to the death of media personality Andrew Breitbart. In February of 2012, Breitbart made the announcement that his organization had shocking new information on the mysterious background of Barack Obama. But the conservative blogger never made the announcement. Before the month was out, he was dead at the tender age of 43. Breitbart was pronounced dead at midnight on the 29^th of February. At 7:20 AM the next day, the LA Times definitively reported “natural causes”.

Were one to be cynical of what goes on behind the closed doors of government, one could imagine a meeting where secretive clandestine Elites decided, “OK, the Patriot angle isn’t going to swing. Move back to old faithful.”

As far as New World Order enablers go, “fundamentalist” muslims have been the soup du jour for decades. They are the wild card of chaos who appear to be unfettered by any semblance of compassion or decency. Muslims used as pawns for power players is a little-disputed fact.

But what may come as a bitter, horrifying surprise to most Americans, is that it is an agenda whose ace-in-the-hole has been for intelligence agencies and puppet masters to murder their own citizens to further a political agenda.

False flag (or black flag) describes covert military or paramilitary operations designed to deceive in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by other entities, groups or nations than those who actually planned and executed them. ~ Wikipedia

The historical examples are legion.

• In 64 AD, Rome suffered a terrible fire that burned for nearly a week and destroyed 75% of the proud city. Citizens suspected that brutal emperor Nero had started it but instead, he scapegoated the troubling and burgeoning population of new Christians.
• At the turn of the century, Cuba was an allure to American business for trade in sugar and iron. The Elite were eager to rid the hemisphere of Spanish influence, and the death of the U.S.S. Maine (along with 266 sailors) was the catalyst for war. However, controversy swirls around the grave of the warship to this day and the original government explanation of a Spanish mine no-longer holds water.
• In May of 1915, a German U-boat sank the ocean liner RMS Lusitania and she lost an astounding 1,195 passengers to the icy waters of the Atlantic. It was an outrage that echoed repeatedly until America joined WWI less than 2 years later. What was discovered much later, was that it was the American and British governments that put those passengers at risk by loading the Lusitanian with arms for the war.
• In 1932, Germany’s political landscape was strewn with schisms caused by competing parties and interests. In January of the following year, German President Paul von Hindenburg appointed the powerful Nazi Party’s Adolph Hitler, Chancellor. Hitler was extremely ambitious but had learned from his attempted strong-arm coup of a decade earlier. Less than two months after becoming Chancellor, Germany’s building of parliament—the Reichstag—burned to the ground. German communists were blamed and the furor was a wave of emotion that Hitler rode into becoming Führer. Few now dispute that Nazis started the blaze.
• Success breeds success and 6 years later der Führer had his eyes on Poland. In late August of 1939, the German Secret Police (Gestapo) located an isolated radio outpost along the Silesian border near the town of Gleiwitz. The three operators were subdued by “Poles”, the radio station taken over, broadcasting a message of Polish resistance that likely no one heard because it was only a relay station, and Polish sympathizer was dragged by the Gestapo in a drugged state to the location where he was executed as “proof” of the “aggression”. A few days later, in September, Germany invaded Poland.
• At the close of WWII, an ugly skeleton lay hidden in the closets of Britain and America: their two respective governments had created the Soviet beast that threatened to engulf Europe. It was the greatest general America had ever created—George S. Patton—who threatened to disclose the annoying fact. Author Robert Wilcox made the chilling accusation that America’s new intelligence service, the Office of Strategic Services (precursor to the Central Intelligence Agency) grievously wounded him in a staged car accident and then enabled Soviet Army Intelligence (the NKVD, precursor to the KGB) to finish the job.
• “Remember the Maine!” In 1962, members of the United States military recommended to President John F. Kennedy that innocent Americans be murdered and Communist Cubans could be blamed as provocation for war with Cuba. In the most perverse sense of irony they even offered to blow up a U.S. warship in Guantanamo Bay, creating a new take on Spanish philosopher Jorge Santayana, “Those who are oblivious to real history are doomed to repeat it.” Some have pondered whether Kennedy’s refusal contributed to his assassination.
• In 1964, American aid to South Vietnam was only in the form of “advisors” and Special Operations units. After a series of attacks on the Navy destroyer U.S.S. Maddox in the Gulf of Tonkin, Congress gave Lyndon Johnson carte blanche to send tens of thousands of young men to be maimed and killed for a massive new “military/industrial complex”. Later it was found, no such attacks ever occurred.
• In 1967, Johnson would again be implicated in the Israeli attack on the U.S.S. Liberty—an intelligence-gathering vessel busy keeping tabs on Egypt/Israel “6-day war”. On June 8^th the Liberty was attacked by both Israeli aircraft and torpedo boats. Over the course of the attack, 34 sailors were killed and 174 were wounded. Plenty of firepower was nearby but ordered to “stand down”. Later, an astounding accusation surfaced that Lyndon Johnson had ordered the men of the Liberty be sacrificed so that he could plunge the nation into a nuclear war with Egypt and her surrounding allies. It was averted with only minutes to spare when it became apparent that too many other nations (such as the Soviet Union) were aware of Israel having caused the damage to the Liberty.
• In 2005 a group of contractors from the Zapata Corporation fired at a United States Marine Corps outpost in Fallujah, Iraq. This odd occurrence was chalked up to the “fog of war”…until one digs deep enough to find that the “Zapata Corporation” is a CIA front company founded by former CIA Director George H.W. Bush.
• Allies shooting at allies may come as an awful shock, but a very high-profile example cropped up later that same year when two British operatives were apprehended by Iraqi police for shooting up the police station in Basra. The two commandos were dressed as Iraqi civilians and at least one Iraqi minister accused them of fomenting sectarian violence in the Shiite-dominated southern province that bears the same name. Basra police suddenly became crazed “militia” requiring an astounding force of tanks and helicopters to quickly rescue the two offenders. This was in sharp contrast to the 15 sailors and Marines captured by the Iranian navy whom British Elites felt were no high priority.

With incidents like these all well-established in the historical record, my recent claim that current Attorney General Eric Holder sits as the most powerful law enforcement officer in the world because he is a gatekeeper of similar treasons tracing all the way back through Oklahoma City to Waco, isn’t quite so unbelievable. Nor is it any wonder that the Attorney General (a man who alerted the public in 1995 to his desire towards anti-gun “brainwashing”) was found to have visited the Leftist Democrat Connecticut governor only two weeks ahead of the Newtown School shooting to talk about “gun control”.

SCRIPTED

As a further twist of “coincidence” straining credulity, the very place where the bombs went off was a memorial to Sandy Hook victims.

“Conspiracy Theorists” would tell you that treasonous government insider Elites meticulously planned the details as a best-guess trial run for their agenda. Soon, witnesses began to speak of drills and bomb-sniffing dogs along the route. Drills are very convenient to insiders when murdering your citizens; they dull the reactions of first-responders and increase the chances that the professionals you conscripted to do the actual killing don’t get netted along with the patsies.

Nothing happens in a vacuum. The scenario of a “disaster” at the Boston Marathon has been played out before.

One of the benefits of the technological surveillance society is that, currently, surveillance works both ways and some very interesting citizen photos began streaming in to alternative news sources (those unfettered by certain influences). Apparently, government security contractors (the kind that would be way outside Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick’s league) littered the finish line. Even more disturbing is that they were all wearing backpacks that looked just like what we were told what the pressure-cooker bombs were left in.

At the bare minimum, authorities knew of a risk that they kept to themselves. This should’ve caused immediate resignations and even prosecutions throughout Boston’s law enforcement leadership and as high as the mayor’s office. Rumor has it that the Justice Department will get on it as soon as Congressman Darrell Issa finishes with Eric Holder. Judging by how long it’s taking for Issa to make Holder “own” giving guns to a vicious Mexican drug cartel for the government’s piece of the drug trade while simultaneously slandering the Second Amendment (this threat made back in 2011), we may be waiting a bit.

But a much more troubling scenario is that mercenary operatives were used in Boston to facilitate the bombing.

As crazy as that may sound, the good people of Boston didn’t help in the way they reacted to total martial law over the search for the bombing suspects.

MARTIAL LAW

“Police” were indistinguishable from soldiers on patrol in Iraq or Afghanistan (to include “up-armored” Humm-Vs and “MRAP”-style armored trucks) and, whether you cynically believe that the decade-plus “War on Terror” was also a proving ground for the One World Order, the fact is that Washington D.C. now has a complete infrastructure and wealth of information regarding how to control entire populations of people.

That knowledge appears to be getting used on American citizens in direct contravention of Federal law.

After having real “assault weapons” (semi-automatic rifles capable of automatic fire) shoved in their faces and many of them pulled from their homes like Jews by the Gestapo without any due process—there was a 19 year old who may have been involved in a crime on the loose—Bostonians said “THANK YOU!”

“Test bed”, indeed. This was an impressive show of force that wasn’t built up in a few hours: it was ready.

The Central government is adding fuel to the fire by having a military aircraft circle the Boston suburb of Quincy in a slow, repeated fashion and refuses to give citizens and their local representatives any explanation, heightening their fear.

When it came to putting a cutsie spin on martial law, the government/media complex was ready with a photo op of a black-clad, assault-weapon-wielding stormtrooper delivering milk to one of the lucky slave households. I’m sure they ALL cut milk delivered to them in their “lock-down”…with cookies in the shape of the faces of Deval Patrick and Barack Obama.

And politicians were quick to finish the job.

U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R, SC)—a career politician who hasn’t seen the private sector in almost 20 years—lamented that there wasn’t a drone or two to help track down this desperate teenager, and then went on to encourage Barack Obama to forget Constitutional protections for the accused because our safety was at stake! Republican perennial power Elites like Graham who masquerade as “loyal opposition” to the state juggernaught while simultaneously stoking the steam furnace of suffocating government authority are finally getting to people. Washington Times reporter Tiffany Madison who wrote the article linked in this paragraph noted;

Senator Graham is a known proponent of military-style detention for American suspects merely accused of terrorism. During debates regarding indefinite detainment provisions in 2011, which effectively invalidated the Bill of Rights, he notoriously bellowed that Americans accused of a terrorist-related crime should be denied Due Process. “When they say I want a lawyer you say, ‘Shut up! You don’t get a lawyer’.”

He was also a most vocal critic of Senator Rand Paul’s 13-hour filibuster designed to demand answers regarding the Obama administration’s domestic drone program. When the tide of public opinion turned against him, he stopped vocally defending the “homeland battlefield” ideology, but Graham never lets a crisis go to waste.

In fact, Lindsey Graham tows the Machine line so well, you’d think he were being blackmailed over some deep, dark secret.

Another member of the “loyal opposition”, 20 year Congressman Peter King (R, NY) recommended that law enforcement start keeping track of the sale of ball bearings, nails and pressure cookers because that is what we were told the bombs were composed of—as if anyone in the government needed encouragement to gather more information on law-abiding Americans.

With Republicans like these guys, who needs two Parties? We can get pure, raw totalitarian Marxism from the likes of Frank Lautenberg (D, NJ). After retiring from his 20 year stint as a United States Senator, the aging machine politician was pulled from the grave to be anointed back into office to replace disgraced Democrat Robert Torricelli after he ran afoul of some inconvenient campaign finance rules. The 89 year old woke from his noon nap long enough to announce that he would re-introduce a previous attempt of his to require background checks for the purchase of black powder.

Boston’s Police Commissioner Edward Davis used the occasion to push for NYC-level surveillance of citizens which, I’m sure, makes Lord-Mayor Michael Bloomberg (the bane of salt and soda) just blush with pride. Bloomberg, currently presiding over a city where any unlucky pedestrian can be randomly stopped and frisked by his own private army without due process or probable cause is already working on his own plan to make the City a massive glass bowl where no one can escape his all-seeing eye.

Commissioner Davis’ request for more surveillance is surprising in light of how Boston already has cameras on every streetcorner. Perhaps this was a reference towards how, despite copious video coverage, no evidence was released of the Tsarnaev brothers actually committing a crime.

SUSPECTED

Once the razor-sharp machine of Homeland Security began to bring its multi-billion dollar assets to bear, we received quick results. They just weren’t accurate results.

The first two suspects targeted—Yassine Zaimi and Salaheddin Barhoum—turned out to be innocent athletes but, hey, they looked like terrorists!

The next young foreigner fingered for the bombing turned out to be…dead. The body of Sunil Tripathi was pulled from the Providence River less than a week after the bombing. It was an eerie harbinger of how subsequent suspects would be treated.

Before we even knew who the next victim…er…suspect was, we were told he was shot by police. After the body of Tamerlan Tsarnaev was examined, it became clear that he was also hit and run over by a motor vehicle. We were then told that his 19 year old brother, Dzhokhar, did that as he evaded police. Fortunate that a hunted fugitive should be killed by his own teen-age brother—a young man who seemed to have the wile and ruthlessness of James Bond.

Interestingly, getting Tamerlan buried has proven to be no small feat.

Had it come out that law enforcement brutally ran over a suspect, unconvicted of any crime by due process–execution-style—it would’ve been as sensational as finding out that police would be willing to burn alive a fellow officer who had purportedly gone on a cop-killing rampage. Police officers executing a “kill on sight” order of a suspect couldn’t possibly happen in America. That could only happen in some Orwellian police state.

Soldiers…I mean cops, had to go in blazing, we were told. The brothers were desperate and armed with both guns and explosives. One officer was wounded, another killed. Later it would come out that Transit Officer Richard Donohue was wounded by other officers who were shooting weapons like they were in the OK Corral. Certainly, big city police officers are not known for their disciplined professionalism when it comes to precisely pulling triggers only at perps, as two innocent women in Los Angeles can tell you. Nine New York City citizens can tell you the same thing about NYPD’s “spray and pray” tactics. One would think we were dealing more with the Iraqi Army than experienced American cops.

This chilling video appears to show cops slowly pounding away at the Tsarnaev brothers as they scream “Chill out! We didn’t do it!” No return fire can be heard.

A few days later, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was located in the suburb of Watertown, hiding in a boat. After riddling the boat with bullets, Tsarnaev can be seen emerging under his own power.

Suddenly, Tsarnaev is on the ground with a terrible wound to his throat; a “botched” attempt at suicide, we were told. Later it was revealed that Tsarnaev was unarmed when arrested. The teenager apparently slipped and fell on a bullet which happened to go off and hit him in exactly the perfect place that would keep him from saying anything inconvenient…sort of like how a mob witness can slip and fall on a knife 14 times before having a chance to testify. Everyone seemed to forget that, if Tsarnaev was unarmed there remained the question of who killed MIT security guard Sean Collier? Details…details…they were proving as troublesome as reading a suspect their rights.

DIPPING INTO THE WELL OF AL SAUD

A Saudi national by the name of Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi was reportedly tackled and injured in Boston for “acting suspiciously”. The official story was that, in order to question him, the Obama government and Janet Napolitano’s Department of Homeland Security decided it was best to place him on the “no-fly list” just as a routine precaution. As a routine side-effect to the routine precaution, Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi would be summarily deported.

Fortunately, the Department of Homeland Security was thoroughly on the job and quickly certified Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi as a person of disinterest.

Heck, it was obvious to everyone except Representative Jeff Duncan (R, SC) that there was nothing to see here. Can you blame the Madame Secretary for refusing to even acknowledge the useless representation of his office?!

Just because Ali Alharbi has ties to radical terror groups and comes from a very well-placed family in Saudi Arabia, there’s nothing to bother with.

Just because Barack Obama had an emergency meeting with the Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Saud al-Faisal, “to discuss Syria”, there’s no cause for concern.

Just because Mr. Ali Alharbi received a special visit in the hospital from Michelle Obama is no reason to make a fuss.

And just because, previous to this, Mr. Ali Alharbi was a frequent visitor to the White House, Tea Party crazies want to get crazy.

If I were a really cynical conspiracy theorist, I would try to do something ridiculous like say that House of Saud has been the prime mover in American policy since former CIA Director George H.W. Bush took office, that a perverse relationship exists with Elites (especially in the CIA) where Saudi Arabia provides jihadis to slaughter Americans and treasonous American Elites reap the political rewards. And that Barack Obama helping Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi to escape interrogation quickly after the Boston Marathon bombing was no different than Bush #43 enabling the bin Laden family to be ferried out of America by presidential aircraft shortly after 9/11.

But I’m not saying that.

WHAT DOES BLOOD LOOK LIKE?

Again, if we were to be particularly cynical, we could imagine a thought process going something like, “We aren’t playing the COINTELPRO card, so let’s return to the ‘War on Terror’. It’s been a great cash cow for over a decade. Let’s bring 9/11 back to the forefront.”

Should such a war-room meeting have taken place, both media, politicians and even victims helped tow the line.

As if on cue, a piece of aircraft wreckage from the 2001 World Trade Center attack was found and not just anywhere but at the site of the planned muslim Conquest Community Center.

Intrepid reporter Diane Sawyer helped George Bush 43 connect both the Marathon bombing and the explosion of the fertilizer plant in West, Texas to 9/11. We’ll go out West a little later in the column.

And now that developer Larry Silverstein is reaping billions of dollars in the destruction of his World Trade Center, it’s replacement is ready. Surprisingly, the ceremonial finishing touch came a little over two weeks after the bombing in Boston. The flag-adorned spire will cap the total height of the new monstrosity to a patriotic 1776 feet! But before you dust off your John Philip Sousa marches and set your Tivo to record the fortuitously-timed resurrection of “24”, understand that the name of this Tower of Babel is the “One World Center” and there could be another reason why 1776 was an important number to evil people with lots of money, power and brainrot. May 1, 1776 is the “birthdate” of the original “Illuminati” secret society. By the way, they really enjoy getting you excited about one thing while secretly honoring something demonic behind your back.

Bombing survivor Heather Abbott also drew a line from Boston to NYC. For her trouble, Abbott was visited by Aviva Drescher, star of “Real Housewives of New York” as well as Michelle Obama who seems to be busy in between vacations.

I was concerned that many of the early pictures of Heather did not show her injury. When dealing with master manipulators, it’s hard to judge what’s real. Sadly, Heather does appear to be missing part of her left leg. However, there is such a thing as “amputee crisis actors” and the government is already using them.

It’s a tough call when you see Hollywood actors responding to the victims of high-profile, politically-charged tragedies because you want to believe the best of make-believe but you also know just how thoroughly controlled they all are.

Jeff Baum is one of those victims. Charged as the man who was instrumental in the FBI identifying the Tsarnaev brothers, Bauman also had high-profile well-wishers (which always makes good copy when in the tragedy business).

However, some of the graphic pictures (WARNING) surrounding Jeff’s injuries show a substance on the ground more akin to what goes on a fire engine or picnic table rather than what comes out of a horribly-injured human being. Some have presumed that Bauman was being portrayed by Afghan veteran and double-amputee Nick Vogt but this appears to have been put to rest apparently due to Nick missing a finger on his left hand where Bauman is not.

Real bombs went off. People did get hurt. But anomalies in the evidence we are given requires us to do the job reporters won’t do.

The most effective disinformation is to take a real tragedy and litter it with insider plants to help steer the dialogue. Then, when the moles are discovered, truth-seekers jump to the conclusion that all victims are plants and are laughably dismissed as paranoid kooks.

When the father of a Sandy Hook victim (a little girl who, at one point, was in the running to become the next JonBenét Ramsey) jovially waltzes out to a press conference and asks, “Read the card? OK.” before visibly working himself into an alternate emotion, you dig deeper into events that so help the Leviathan of government.

A SPECIAL GOVERNMENT FAMILY

The Tsarnaevs quickly proved to be tougher and more vocal than those of previous mass-killing suspects.

The brothers’ aunt, an attorney, claimed that no one in law enforcement contacted her in any investigations, she was forced to call the FBI hotline, herself. She went even further accusing government authorities with setting the boys up (this is after being coached by a so-called “reporter” that she didn’t mean the authorities, did she?). Sounding more like Alex Jones, Maret Tsarnaev told the so-called reporters “You do the math.”:

Maret is already paying for her frankness.

The mother, Zubeidat Tsarnaev claimed that she was close to her sons and that neither gave any indication of them preparing to do this. She admitted that Tamerlan began to take his muslim faith more seriously but not to the point of jihad. But what is really interesting is her assertion that U.S. government authorities were not only tracking Tamerlan but in constant contact with him and her:

Evidence is quickly mounting to back up Zubeidat Tsarnaev’s accusation. For instance there’s this clip of the Tsarnaev brothers walking through the Marathon crowd in very close proximity to official-looking security personnel (humorously, the government warning against only using materials the government has approved in searching for suspects):

A YouTube channel authored by “Tamerlan Tsarnaev” has a start-up date of a mere 8 months before the bombing (to include two deleted videos labeled “Terrorists”). I was surprised when my researcher and reporter Allie Ross sent me this to see the account still standing and still active.

Disbelief is suspended even further when we look at the citizenship of Dzokhar Tsarnaev. He was naturalized on 9/11 (a process that takes no small government involvement).

Unfortunately for him, Tsarnaev’s American citizenship seemed to be the most minor of speedbumps for government officials. Barack Obama sent his “High Value Interrogation Group” to the teenager who could no-longer talk and the “public safety ‘exemption’” of the rights of the accused was being enacted. Even though Dzokhar was shot in the throat, he did not have “the right to remain silent”.

One relative who wasn’t screaming “False flag!” and “Set-up!” was Uncle Ruslan. Uncle Ruslan had a very fiery press conference where he commanded Dzokhar to turn himself in and ask forgiveness because he has shamed the family and all Chechens.

Uncle Ruslan wasn’t always “Ruslan Tsarni”. He was once “Ruslan Tsarnaev”.

Neither did he take his wife’s name although, interestingly, he was once married to Samantha Fuller, the daughter of former Deputy Director of the CIA’s National Council on Intelligence, Graham Fuller.

Fuller wasn’t just any CIA Deputy Director, he is a powerful player with ties to radical Islam who once stated—

The policy of guiding the evolution of Islam and of helping them against our adversaries worked marvelously well in Afghanistan against [the Russians]. The same doctrines can still be used to destabilize what remains of Russian power, and especially to counter the Chinese influence in Central Asia.

A radical Imam by the name of Fethullah Gulen left his native Turkey in 1998 to avoid prosecution for attempting to overthrow the secular Turkish government. The Fethullah Gulen movement boasts an astounding 600 schools and 4 million followers. He could’ve gone anywhere in the world.

He ended up in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania with the help of Graham Fuller.

When questioned about these links, Graham Fuller called it “absurd”.

Perhaps a quick geography lesson is called for. “Chechnya” is not a country. It is satellite Russian protectorate in the best Soviet sense that has spent generations fighting for its independence.

You may recall the school hostage crisis of a decade ago that took place in Beslan, a town in the Pravoberezhny District of the Republic of North Ossetia, Russia, just west of Chechnya. Russian government forces gave a textbook example of how to rescue hostages by using complete disregard for the hostages—331 of whom were killed, 186 of those were school children. Chechen Islamists were blamed.

South of Chechnya is Georgia. South of Georgia is Turkey.

Now make sure you’re sitting down: the apparent mastermind behind the hostage-taking crisis in Beslan was a Saudi named Abu Farukh.

Isn’t this just cozy?!

It would seem that, when it comes to Islamic Fundamentalist terror, some surprisingly anti-Islamist faces appear behind the Chechen effort to destabilize southern Russia. As the U.K. Guardian put it (so grateful for others doing the job American journalists just won’t do):

…in the U.S., the leading group which pleads the Chechen cause is the American Committee for Peace in Chechnya (ACPC). The list of the self-styled “distinguished Americans” who are its members is a rollcall of the most prominent neoconservatives who so enthusastically [sic] support the “war on terror”.

They include Richard Perle, the notorious Pentagon adviser; Elliott Abrams of Iran-Contra fame; Kenneth Adelman, the former U.S. ambassador to the U.N. who egged on the invasion of Iraq by predicting it would be “a cakewalk”; Midge Decter, biographer of Donald Rumsfeld and a director of the rightwing Heritage Foundation; Frank Gaffney of the militarist Centre for Security Policy; Bruce Jackson, former U.S. military intelligence officer and one-time vice-president of Lockheed Martin, now president of the U.S. Committee on NATO; Michael Ledeen of the American Enterprise Institute, a former admirer of Italian fascism and now a leading proponent of regime change in Iran; and R James Woolsey, the former CIA director who is one of the leading cheerleaders behind George Bush’s plans to re-model the Muslim world along pro-U.S. lines.

I’ve never been a fan of the descriptor “neocon” but rightly can it be used to describe the rogue’s gallery of pseudo-right strategists.

The U.K. Daily Mail reported that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was “radicalized” by a jihadi from Dagestan named Doku Umarov and that the FBI had been tracking him for 5 years, corroborating what Zubeidat Tsarnaev (the mother of the accused) told Russia Today. Both the Tsarnaevs and their friends seemed to be living well above their means.

The NY Times claimed this was all information the Feds kept from their friends in Massachusetts but when citizen journalist Dan Bidondi snuck in to a Deval Patrick press event and asked if the obvious prior warning officials had was proof of a false flag, Governor Deval seemed more interested in having security shut Bidondi up than defending his lack of knowledge of Federal machinations.

Perhaps Governor Deval was distracted from the stress of having supported the Islamic Society of Boston, whose Imam Abdullah Faarooq young Dzhokhar is reported to have listened to on occasion.

Before we leave Uncle Ruslan, it’s worth noting that he’s a savvy investor. Knowing that war is business and the “War on Terror” is big business, he’s made some friends in a mega-contracting corporation you may have heard of: Halliburton.

A DEAL WITH THE DEVIL

Barack Hussein Obama appears to be on a mad dash through the Middle East, and his agenda seems to be—by an amazing coincidence—exactly the same agenda that the CIA has: using radical Islamists to effect drastic changes for the benefit of the Elite. In this agenda, the American people bear the burden with their tax dollars and blood but receive none of the reward.

First a coup in Egypt, then a bloody war in Libya which culminated in the brutal death of that nation’s sovereign. And now Syria.

Syria, however, appears to be where Russia and China stop the fall of Islamic dominoes.

How bloody inconvenient.

When a competitor tells you that you’re being a pig and you can’t have what’s on their plate, you offer them a cookie. Or some tea.

Boston tea.

If the Boston bombing was engineered by powerful Elites secretly manipulating America, why pick fall guys who help the very country the entire supposed proxy war is against?

As Paul Roderick Gregory of Forbes noted:

Boston extremism should plague Barack Obama throughout his second term as it raises legitimate question about his handling of the war on terror. It will help Vladimir Putin remove the last vestiges of democracy and free press from his totalitarian Russia without a peep from the U.S.

In an astounding reversal, the Bear has ceased weapons shipments to her ally and claims that she has a mutual interest in “stabilizing Syria”.

RICIN SHINE

How fast did all of this happen? —Fast.

The banker-driven, CIA-empowered Machine of globalism is losing ground. The genie has been let out of the bottle. As much as government agencies use the internet to spy on citizens abroad and at home, people hungry for real, unfiltered news were proving themselves just as effective.

Almost immediately information started coming in that questioned the official story and awake Patriots across the country and rebels against the “New World Order” across the globe were outraged and digging for themselves. The era of taking in whatever Walter Cronkite said with complete mesmerized faith was over.

A day after the bombing, letters laced with the highly toxic substance “ricin” were found having been addressed to Senator Roger Wicker (R, MS) and to the Messiah in Chief, himself, Barack Hussein Obama.

Very quickly, there was an arrest and quietly, the suspect was released. Anyone who took a mild interest in the story will tell you that Paul Kevin Curtis was an Elvis impersonator. Silly distraction. Next story.

But as you dig a little deeper, an interesting tidbit comes to light: Curtis was obsessed with the conspiracy of an illicit organ trafficking trade. A fascinating narrative of intrigue develops. According to the Atlantic Wire, Curtis was fired from working at a Tupelo, Mississippi hospital but he claims it was because he saw things he shouldn’t have seen—a “refrigerator full of dismembered body parts and organs wrapped in plastic in the morgue.” All destined to be used illegally for profit. He claims he is a “person of interest” to the FBI and the government. At one point, he attempted to alert the authorities to what he knew, namely, Senator Roger Wicker.

As you dig a little deeper into the organ trade, you find some things that are grotesque, disturbing and even nightmarish.

The organ trade is an unregulated world-wide endeavor where the very wealthy are able to order whatever they want.

A key player in the game is China.

Recently, a symposium regarding the outrages of “organ harvesting” occurred in Israel with extreme pressure being put on the organizers by both the Israeli and Chinese governments. China is so efficient it sends roving “death vans” to quickly rip out the vital organs of “criminals” after their execution.

You see, the problem with organ harvesting is that useable organs can only come from living bodies. This can make the field of volunteers depressingly narrow. So, in 1968, Harvard University created the “loss of personhood” protocols that allowed for a person to quickly be diagnosed “brain-dead” when their heart is still beating. As medicine has advanced, these protocols (along with the term “brain-dead”) have proven ethically problematic for doctors. Patience pronounced “dead” can sometimes not stay that way.

Even more annoying, “dead” donors react to doctors carving their organs out. As Board-Certified Neonatologist and Pediatrician Dr. Paul Byrne put it:

Try to imagine an incision down the center of your own body from neck to chest to pubic area. Then, an electric saw splits your sternum to open your chest. Your beating heart is right there in full view for everyone on the transplant team to see. This is done without anesthetic, but only a paralyzing drug to be sure that no one in the operating room is too uncomfortable, should there be any response of your body besides the increase in heart rate and blood pressure that commonly occurs during transplantation.

Rather than taking medical advances and curtailing this industry, medicine is enlarging it, now saying the Harvard protocols are too strict.

Any of this making you uncomfortable? Don’t worry, James Everett Dutschke was picked up by the FBI from Tupelo, MS and Reuters says it was just a personal spat amongst local martial arts aficionados. Fox News says he’s a child molester, too. I think, at one point, he even made some derogatory statements about Santa Claus.

Certainly, when someone ticks me off, the first thing I do is whip up a batch of ricin and send it off to a Senator that they just happen to be trying to warn about abuses in a multi-billion dollar organ trade.

It is interesting that Reuters noted how the letters heightened the culture of fear that emanated out of Boston:

Discovery of the letters fueled more national anxiety in the days after the bombing at the Boston Marathon.

Eccentric computer guru and wealthy developer of the virus protection that bears his name, John McAfee had an even more astounding accusation to level against the United States government: Mexican drug cartels were working with Islamic terror groups to develop ricin as a threat and the U.S. government was tacitly letting it happen.

According to McAfee, computers he had “gifted” the Belize police as part of a revenge scheme for their rousting him netted some shocking intelligence. According to McAffee:

…the State Department either does not understand the depth of the treat or for some bizarre reason does not want anyone to know the depth of the threat. In fact, they don’t even want people to know that Belize is sending terrorists into America at all. All official reports claim that the passports that people have been caught with are in fact forgeries and that the Government of Belize is not involved in creating false identities. Unfortunately, they are. And the threat is of an enormous magnitude. The substance being created in Nicaragua is being created by the ton.

Experts say that distilling ricin from castor beans is a very involved process that no one should worry about…really.

Previous to Boston, the incident that seems to have divided Americans most about the possibility that insiders within their own government would murder them to further a political agenda of enrichment for them and enslavement for us was 9/11.

A week after the attacks which claimed the lives of nearly 3,000 Americans, letters laced with Anthrax spores were sent to Congress and the media. 5 were killed, 17 were sickened.

After 7 years, crack investigators at the FBI finally tracked down the suspect—Dr. Bruce Ivins, a scientist who worked at the United States Army’s biological warfare facility, Fort Detrick, MD. Interesting that such would be the source, given the supposed decommissioning of U.S. biological research. It would seem that Dr. Ivins, unbeknownst to everyone else at Fort Detrick was dabbling in the forbidden.

Really. It’s not that hard to hide weaponized Anthrax amongst all those test-tubes and volunteers. Fortunately for us, the government was able to see the light and pick right back up where they left off.

And fortunately for the FBI, Dr. Ivins became very depressed and they never needed to take their evidence to court—something that would’ve been problematic given that the Justice Department at first contradicted their findings and then counter-contradicted when they realized just how guilty Bruce Ivins was. It was getting so messy, even Congressmen and Senators began doubting the G-Men.

The only thing left was to quiet down the families of the dead who wanted to know how weaponized Anthrax came from a government facility that supposedly doesn’t do biological warfare anymore to kill their loved ones. A cool $2.5 million should do the trick…as long as they agreed to destroy the evidence.

MEANWHILE…

It was precisely because the government/media complex was losing the InfoWar that efforts to crackdown on internet freedom arose in the form of “copyright protection”.

In November of 2012, Harry Reid’s “Cyber Security” bill (passed by the Republican-controlled House) was shot down by his own Democrat Senate, we were told, once and for all.

But bad legislation is like acid reflux from a clam and anchovy pizza with extra sauce…it keeps coming back.

This time, when Son of CISPA re-passed the again-willing “Opposition Party” in the House, it was shortly after the Boston bombing when few were thinking about the fount of information on their laptops drying up and growing eyes. This time, it was “new and improved!” Representative Sheila Jackson (no hyphen) Lee invited her friend Janet (no known gender) Napolitano to join the fun…for safety reasons, of course.

Representative Mike Rogers (R, MI), Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, was all for it and was pushing hard for success this time around. This was getting to be such a cozy “bi-partisan” effort to reign in that damn inconvenient internet. Hell, even Independents have been clamoring for some restraint on information!

He had just gone on “Meet the Press” to assure us that the Tsarnaev’s had probably been to Russia and that the FBI had done a stupendous job if they hadn’t been tripped up by an unnamed “intelligence service”.

And we all know what a bang-up job the FBI has been doing to protect us.

Of course it doesn’t hurt Mike Rogers that the bill he’s pushing would slide a modest amount of cash towards a company connected to his wife. From Mike Masnick of TechDirt:

…it seems rather interesting to note that Rogers’ wife, Kristi Clemens [no hyphen] Rogers, was, until recently, the president and CEO of Aegis LLC a “security” defense contractor company, whom she helped to secure a $10 billion (with a b) contract with the State Department. The company describes itself as “a leading private security company, provides government and corporate clients with a full spectrum of intelligence-led, culturally-sensitive security solutions to operational and development challenges around the world.”

War is business but cyber-war is big business.

Rather than doing the dance again this time, the Senate has chosen to not see CISPA and instead break it up into smaller, less obvious bills—each of which has a better chance of being missed during the next distracting crisis.

OUT WEST, QUESTIONS REMAIN

A lot has changed since 9/11. In almost direct proportion to the growth of the internet has been citizen distrust of the government.

On April 15^th the bombs went off in Boston.

On April 16^th the ricin letters were found.

On April 18^th an explosion took place in West, Texas just outside of Waco that nearly went unnoticed…except for those killed and injured. At a fertilizer plant in the small town that boasts a mere 2,800 residents and explosion took place that registered as a 2.1 earthquake.

What we were originally told is that a fire was started in a storehouse and that lead to the explosion that flattened or damaged acres of property.

In the wake of Boston, few were giving much attention to mushroom clouds in Texas. The fact that ammonium nitrate requires a detonator to explode only bothered a few.

Even alternative media and conspiracy specialists weren’t pushing hard on this one. Why? Was it just too crazy to say that there were multiple tragedies being engineered by treasonous insiders across the country? Were people going to doubt your veracity because you looked to be saying that every single event was “staged”?

Journalists report. We don’t give a damn about what things “look like”. Until there’s evidence like this—where a light-source can clearly be seen traveling through the smoke of the fire an instant before the explosion.

Even more disturbing was this clip with sound that was eerily similar to that of an incoming bomb or missile.

Of course you would expect that, had an aircraft launched a missile it would’ve been seen. But remember drones now launch munitions of all kinds and they can get pretty small from long distances. And we certainly can count on drones we thought relegated to the skies over Baghdad coming home with a vengeance.

And there are some interesting facts surrounding what happened in West, near Waco…such as when it happened.

April 19^th is an epicenter for a great many weighty events, most of them terrible:

• April 19^th 1775 the shot “heard ‘round the world” was fired on Lexington Common.
• First blood of the Civil War is shed during the Baltimore Riot of April 19^th
• Adolph Hitler was born on April 20^th
• The first American marathon was run in Boston on April 19^th
• April 19^th 1933, Franklin Roosevelt tells Americans to turn in their gold for Federal Reserve paper.
• Charles Manson sentenced to be executed for the murder of Sharon Tate on April 19^th, 1971, sentence commuted, CA abrogates capital punishment.
• S.S.R. detonates two nuclear devices as part of PROJECT: Helium, April 19^th 1987 (April 19^th repeats as a Soviet nuclear test date).
• April 19^th 1989, 47 sailors die in an explosion aboard the U.S.S. Iowa, circumstances still mired in disinformation.
• 168 people, including 19 children were murdered in Oklahoma City on April 19^th
• Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris murdered 12 students and one teacher on April 20^th
• April 20^th 2010, 11 dead along with thousands of animals when a BP oil rig explodes.

And on April 19^th 1993, a mass of flames engulfed the Branch Davidian compound killing some 80 men, women and children. It was a “rescue” enacted by William Jefferson Clinton and Janet Napolitano’s distant cousin; Janet Reno. Even mainstream news media noted its fiery 20 year “anniversary”.

It took some time, but people are starting to ask questions. Barbara Boxer (D, CA) wants to investigate safety hazards (sounds like a very effective way to show official involvement that is completely devoid of substance what-so-ever).

Local police have made an arrest that they say is “unrelated” but clearly related: an EMT first responder, Bryce Reed, was arrested for being in possession of “bomb-making material”, namely, a “pipe bomb”.

We have been assured that, even though someone connected to the plant as a first-responder, and having illegal explosives has been arrested, it has nothing to do with the criminal investigation also started by the local police.

Again, if one wanted to be particularly cynical, one would imagine public scrutiny driving the very late criminal investigation more than government officials pushing to put all these anomalies together.

What makes the arrest of Bryce Reed particularly interesting is something he’s been quoted to have said to residents and blast survivors:

I will avenge this. This will get right. I don’t care what it takes. I will get square…There’s one thing about Texas, that Texans understand: People talk about law and order. Well, welcome to Texas. We believe in justice. I’m going to get my justice. Period.

I wonder if his subsequent arrest has changed his mind any.

What is less well-known about what happened in West, Texas is what happened before the fire and explosion. West Fertilizer used to be Texas Grain Storage Inc. Texas Grain Storage was pursuing a possibly very costly class-action lawsuit against mega genetic manipulator Monsanto, charging that the GMO giant had artificially inflated prices for its herbicide Roundup through anti-competitive actions.

How powerful is Monsanto?

Powerful enough to have the Democrat Governor of Connecticut single-handedly sabotage a bill that would’ve required Genetically-Modified food be labeled in the Constitution State.

Monsanto was able to get the Illinois Department of Agriculture to confiscate a bee-keeper’s bees along with 15 years of research showing what their “Roundup” has been causing the devastating honey bee dysfunction Colony Collapse Disorder.

Monsanto has both the Left and Right covered on the Supreme Court having been represented by Elena Kagan as well as Clarence Thomas.

Congress has just handed Barack Obama a bill that is so deferential and protective of genetically-modified poison food it has been wryly renamed “the Monsanto Protection Act”.

But the most telling example is when, in 2009, the partner of the Health-Food Crusader appointed former Monsanto vice president Michael Taylor to be his “Food Safety Czar”! This stunned even Obama sycophants who are still waiting for the terror detention jail cells at Guantanamo Bay to be closed. What they don’t understand is that Mr. Obama thinks his malignancy towards Americans is funny. The individual who dismissed a child’s confession that he was being sodomized by an adult man, Obama made the “Safe Schools Czar”. The woman who is so viciously anti-baby and anti-woman she gave safe harbor to Third-Trimester abortionist ghoul George Tiller “the Baby-Killer”, Obama made the Secretary of Health and Human Services (and she was promptly given the “OK” by the “Opposition Party”). Oh I could just laugh for hours.

CAN’T GET THERE FROM HERE

Personally, I think the United States has become unrecognizable. Since the bloodletting of the 60s where the CIA has been implicated murdering a sitting president in broad daylight, later to have similar questions be raised about the murder of Kennedy’s Attorney General and brother Robert—America has had a government of shadows.

This legislation appears to be a watershed event in the fight against overwhelming government tyranny and, not surprisingly, there has been zero positive media coverage of it.

In my research, I have been forced to rely on the Governor’s own official description of the Bill and his decision to sign it:

After close inspection, I have decided to sign Senate Enrolled Act 1. Contrary to some impressions, the bill strengthens the protection of Indiana law enforcement officers by narrowing the situations in which someone would be justified in using force against them. Senate Enrolled Act 1 puts into place a two-part test before a person can use deadly force against a law enforcement officer: First, it clarifies and restates the current requirement that a person reasonably believe the law enforcement officer is acting unlawfully. Second, it adds that the force must be reasonably necessary to prevent serious bodily injury to the citizen. This second requirement is not part of the current law.

No small credit goes also to the Indiana State Legislature for writing, passing through committee and handing the bill to the courageous Governor.

It was a response to two disturbing decisions handed down by the Indiana Supreme Court.

Simon Black of SovereignMan.com wrote a scathing exposé of those decisions.

[The Magna Carta] was one of the more important antecedents to the U.S. Constitution; its proclamations ended the absolutism of England’s monarchy and spelled out very clear rights and freedoms, including, among others, the right of a man to enjoy his private property without trespass from government officials.

Over 550 years later, the framers of the Constitution codified this right in the 4th Amendment to be secure in one’s private property. Last week, the Indiana Supreme Court effectively rejected both documents in two separate cases.

In the first case of Lacey v. State of Indiana, the Court ruled that police officers serving a warrant on a private home may simply walk right in without knocking.

The second case of Barnes v. State of Indiana is far more startling. The case deals with one Richard Barnes, a regular Joe citizen of Indiana, who was in the midst of marital problems with his wife one evening in 2007. The couple was arguing when police arrived to the scene and attempted to enter the home.

Barnes made it very clear to the officers that they were not to enter his home. The officers did not have a warrant, and they did not have probably cause to believe that anything illegal was happening. But they entered regardless.

Barnes tried to block the door, and as the police officers muscled their way past him, he shoved one of them against the wall in defense of his property. Barnes was choked and tasered in his own home, subsequently hospitalized, then charged with misdemeanor battery on a police officer.

The case went to court, and the Barnes defense team cited a private citizen’s right to resist unlawful entry into one’s home. They lost. The case was appealed, all the way up to the Indiana Supreme Court. …

The Court agreed that the police officers entered the Barnes home illegally. The Court further agreed that one’s right to resist illegal entry has existed since the Magna Carta. The Court further agreed that the US Supreme Court has reaffirmed this right to resist unlawful entry in numerous court cases. …

Yet, in summarizing the court’s opinion, Justice Steven David writes, “We hold that there is -no right- to reasonably resist unlawful entry by police officers.”

It could be said with no hyperbole that SEA 1 brought Indiana back from the precipice of Medieval Feudalism.

—It is a direction the world elites are very intent upon taking us.

Having found no positive media coverage of these events (save the few freedom-minded independents who became aware of the travesty known as Barnes v. State of Indiana), I have taken it upon myself to write Governor Daniels’ office commending him for signing SEA 1 and would recommend other Patriots do the same.
