I have a possible addition to the Sammy Davis story but can not get a firm footnote. Supposedly, late in his life Sammy Davis sought deliverance from demonization and he was successfully freed, at least temporarily, under the tutelage of Dr. Erica Shepherd. Dr. Erica is based out of South Carolina. She has appeared frequently on Omega Man Radio which is on soundcloud, blogtalk, and youtube.
