Former Clinton Chief of Staff, former Director of the CIA, now current Secretary of Defense and perennial power apparatchik Leon Panetta recently told Senator Jeff Sessions that he and Barack Obama will continue to wield the might of the United States military as they see fit, first seeking “international permission” and then telling Congress as they deem necessary.
This is in direct violation of Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the United States Constitution:
The Congress shall have Power To…declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water…
But why Jeff Sessions acts “breathless” is beyond me. The reason this has been escalated to the treasonous level it has is because Barack Hussein Obama just conducted an entire war, to include the brutal public execution of the state’s leader (designed to send a message to all those who don’t play ball with Western Intelligence), for no vested American interest what-so-ever, far beyond the 90 days allowed by the War Powers Act, with nothing more than a letter of announcement to Congress.

Pine is head of Faith, Action, Counseling, and Education (FACE), which offers pregnancy tests and post-pregnancy assistance to expectant mothers, among other services. Since 2001, she has counseled outside the Presidential Women’s Center (PWC) in West Palm Beach, Florida.
On November 19, 2009 – the anniversary of her own abortion – Pine offered a driver entering the abortion clinic pro-life literature, which was accepted. Couple Wins $3 Million In “Wrongful Birth” Suit: Would Have Aborted Daughter With Down Syndrome
LifeSiteNews.com: An Oregon couple has won $3 million from a hospital because doctors there didn’t diagnose their daughter’s Down syndrome in the womb, making the couple miss their opportunity to have her killed by abortion.
Ariel and Deborah Levy argued that they would have ended the life of their daughter Kalanit in the womb if Legacy Health hospital in Portland had let them know of their daughter’s disability before birth, the Oregonian reported on Friday. Kalanit, now 4 years old, has two older brothers.
I am beyond words. My opinion is that a loving couple be given custody of this beautiful little girl and the two animals that are now 3 million dollars richer because a hospital “burdened” them with her should be summarily sterilized (that should happen just based on the name they saddled her with).
The very thought process that begins with “We missed the chance to kill her, let’s sue the hospital” is mind-boggling.

Murder Charges Dropped Against Abortionists in Maryland
The New American: A Maryland prosecutor has dropped murder charges against two abortionists accused of killing viable pre-born babies, explaining that he had no way to prove whether the aborted babies were killed in Maryland or in New Jersey, as the defendants’ attorneys claim. State’s Attorney Edward Rollins dropped the charges against abortionist Steven C. Brigham and his assistant, Nicola I. Riley, who had both been indicted under Maryland’s fetal homicide law for the murders of pre-born babies who were considered viable outside the womb.
“We know what the doctors did,” Rollins told the Baltimore Sun. “We just don’t know where they did it.” He emphasized that the charges could be reinstated if evidence emerges that the two killed the pre-born babies in Maryland.
