A good friend of mine recently sent me this question in an e-mail:
Johnny’s friend Eric: What is your opinion on Agenda 21? I do not want to be one of those guys that believes all conspiracy theories from Chem Trails to Aliens on the moon. So many theories out there.
Well, first of all, aliens ARE on the moon. I saw that in a Transformers movie.
On second thought, I’m not so sure we’ve been on the moon.
But that’s the subject for another column.
More seriously, I believe that the answer to the question, “Is the United States government impregnating our atmosphere with metal particulate in order to enable a devastating weather-control weapon like HAARP?” is “Almost certainly.”

I consider myself well-read when it comes to “conspiracies” and, before I give you my knee-jerk reaction to the “Agenda 21 conspiracy” let me first mitigate the emotionalism that comes from the very word “conspiracy”.
CONSPIRACY THEORY
If you are a Jew or a Christian who takes your Scriptures seriously, then you have a world view that sees man as basically evil, selfish, lust-driven and self-centered:
“The heart is more deceitful than all else, and is desperately sick; Who can understand it?” ~Jeremiah 17:9
Peter said to Him, “Explain the parable to us.” Jesus said, “Are you still lacking in understanding also? Do you not understand that everything that goes into the mouth passes into the stomach, and is eliminated? But the things that proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and those defile the man. For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, slanders. These are the things which defile the man; but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile the man.” ~ Matthew 15:15-20
These tendencies can sometimes be mitigated by values learned from up-brining or, more potently, by a dedicated religious conversion and faith.
Now take a human who behaves like that and give them massive amounts of wealth and/or power, what do you think they will do with it?
Then tell that same person that humans are over-crowding and polluting the planet (regardless of the level of truth in the statement—just because you’re rich, doesn’t mean you’re brilliant). What you will get is a satanic agenda of malignancy and evil pointed at the average person, which is why I call their likes “Luciferians”: because they serve Lucifer and many of them don’t even know they are doing it.
Napoleon and Hitler were the last in recent memory to attempt world domination via a single empire. They couldn’t get it done. Luciferians have found that there was power to be had in joining forces for a common satanic goal. Although this tactic isn’t a new one, it has become more important to them in recent times.

Just a few billionaires getting together for drinks and dinner and a friendly chat about how to promote charitable giving.
There was no agenda, we were told. And no plan for a follow-up meeting.
Now what do you think the average person would do if they found out that a very under-publicized meeting of some of the wealthiest people in the world was on the subject of there being too many of them around? Why do you think such a meeting was “under-publicized”? Could it be that such wealth easily manipulated the “truth” that was allowed to trickle down to the average citizen via mainstream media?
Suddenly the word “conspiracy” normalizes into the malignancy of human nature.
AGENDA 21
My initial reaction to my friend’s question was (not to surprise you) one of skepticism. Although I have no problem believing—as a Christian—in a powerful, world-wide “conspiracy” to do us harm on a spiritual level, I was hesitant to subscribe to the idea that there was a concerted agenda of world-domination and harm via the United Nations. My understanding to date has been that, what we have come to call “The New World Order” (a philosophy of unification and utopia creating a fascist structure of Super Elite rulers dictating their whims to a greatly-reduced feudal peasant caste) has been pushed via several different disunited ruling factions. Those factions still compete with each other and, despite having made disgusting gains in the last bastion of freedom around the world—the United States of America—are far from “unified”.

25 June, 2012It is now widely known that the Obama administration, with the help of its allies, is planning to launch an offensive against the Assad regime in Syria. The attack on Iranian nuclear facilities, with the help Israel, also seems to be on the cards. In such a situation, where Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya have proven to be clear fiascos, the dwindling world economic scene can least afford another major conflict.
But wanting to get a good foundation, I stopped by the user-edited site “Wikipedia”. Hey, I’m a one-man show doing this as an unpaid hobby, whaddaya want?!
I was shocked to see that, not only was “Agenda 21” referenced, but it was given a very legitimate, professional level of respect.
Agenda 21 is a non-binding and voluntarily implemented action plan of the United Nations (UN) related to sustainable development. It was a core work produce from the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992. Succinctly, Agenda 21 is a comprehensive blueprint of action to be taken globally, nationally, and locally by organizations of the UN, governments, and major groups in every area in which humans directly affect the environment. A quick perusal of the “blueprint” sections makes a cynical Patriotic Christian’s blood run cold:
Section I: Social and Economic Dimensions—deals with combating poverty, especially for developing country, changing consumption patterns, promoting health, change population and sustainable settlement in decision making.
Section II: Conservation and Management of Resources for Development—Includes atmospheric protection, combating deforestation, protecting fragile environments, conservation of biological diversity (biodiversity), control of pollution and management of biotechnology and radioactive wastes.
Section III: Strengthening the Role of Major Groups—Includes the roles of children and youth, women, NGOs, local authorities, business and workers and strengthening the role of indigenous peoples, their community and farmers.
Section IV: Means of Implementation—Implementation includes science, technology transfer, education, international institutions and financial mechanisms.
The intent is sinisterly stated in the preamble:
Humanity stands at a defining moment in history. We are confronted with a perpetuation of disparities between and within nations, a worsening of poverty, hunger, ill health and illiteracy, and the continuing deterioration of the ecosystems on which we depend for our well-being. However, integration of environment and development concerns and greater attention to them will lead to the fulfilment [sic] of basic needs, improved living standards for all, better protected and managed ecosystems and a safer, more prosperous future. No nation can achieve this on its own; but together we can – in a global partnership for sustainable development.
Social and Economic Dimensions
Whenever you see rich, powerful people prattling on about “combating poverty” know that there is a hidden agenda—because they sure as hell don’t have a track record of success:

People here remember it quite differently.
“I heard people being beaten, so I ran outside,” said Emmanuel Cyicyima, 33. “The houses were being burnt down.”
Other villagers described gun-toting soldiers and an 8-year-old child burning to death when his home was set ablaze by security officers.
“They said if we hesitated they would shoot us,” said William Bakeshisha, adding that he hid in his coffee plantation, watching his house burn down. “Smoke and fire.”
According to a report released by the aid group Oxfam on Wednesday, more than 20,000 people say they were evicted from their homes here in recent years to make way for a tree plantation run by a British forestry company, emblematic of a global scramble for arable land.
Obviously, poor Ugandans are a great “target audience” to start with. I’m sure my readers have seen this story everywhere. Hmm? No? Something as outrageous as poor villagers having their land ripped from them, their children burned to death in their homes, all for the “green” 21st Century Agenda?
It was truly like something out of a Hollywood epic: men showing up in trucks with guns (my guess is that they were white mercenaries—local blacks may have had second thoughts) hired by the mega-bank HSBC to literally burn them out of their homes. Prison Planet’s Paul Joseph Watson had more:

The company is backed by the World Bank and HSBC. Its Board of Directors includes HSBC Managing Director Sajjad Sabur, as well as other former Goldman Sachs investment bankers.
The company claims residents of Kicucula left in a “peaceful” and “voluntary” manner, and yet the people tell a story of terror and bloodshed.
Villagers told of how armed “security forces” stormed their village and torched houses, burning an eight-year-child to death as they threatened to murder anyone who resisted while beating others.
“We were in church,” recalled Jean-Marie Tushabe, 26, a father of two. “I heard bullets being shot into the air.”
“Cars were coming with police,” Mr. Tushabe said, sitting among the ruins of his old home. “They headed straight to the houses. They took our plates, cups, mattresses, bed, pillows. Then we saw them getting a matchbox out of their pockets.”
“But in this case, the government and the company said the settlers were illegal and evicted for a good cause: to protect the environment and help fight global warming…”
—And they were Christian blacks. Even better!
Of course HSBC would NEVER do anything that wasn’t COMPLETELY above board!
But rest assured, the United States has not been spared this agenda.
Snapping Up, Locking Down The Land

08 May 2012 at 9:12 PMIn a commentary published in Forbes, author Brian Sussman argues that every American is heir to an “unfathomable fortune” in natural resources on nationally owned land but is condemned to bankruptcy by a government that won’t let them use it.
Sussman says it’s the deliberate policy of a government “beholden to the green agenda.”
He reports that “the feds now own nearly 700 million acres of property” that contain huge amounts of natural resources the country could use in difficult economic times, including oil, natural gas, minerals, timber and water.
Instead, the federal government has permanently removed these lands from economic development, deliberately harming the interests of the country to please environmentalists.
Now, Sussman reports, “the Obama administration … seeks to sell low-valued federal land, void of natural resources, and purchase more lucrative private property to cobble together a colossal new federal estate, which will not only be off-limits to development of natural resources, but off-limits to you.”
And it doesn’t end with being able to develop your own land. This agenda is extending to areas you used to rely on for recreation, as well. Audrey Hudson writing for Human Events noted that
…the National Park Service wants to set aside a large swath of the pristine area as a marine reserve zone, so you might have to leave the fishing poles at home. And the boat…
Beachcombers along specific stretches of those legendary shores are seeing signs telling them to leave their kites and pets at home, and to watch where they step.
“Leave no footprints behind. Walk in water where footprints wash away,” read the signs posted in February by federal officials…
In California, Republican Rep. Devin Nunes says that by eliminating horseback rides to the backcountry, the National Park Service has essentially blocked the only access that many Americans, including those with disabilities and the elderly, have to wilderness areas. The new restrictions are the result of a lawsuit brought by environmentalists who say the activity may be a threat to nature.
Losing the permits means that at least 15 companies that provided horseback rides are out of work this summer, along with an estimated 500 employees.
“This is just another example of the Obama administration actively killing jobs,” Nunes said. “They have the authority to seek permission from the courts to put these folks back to work, yet they have so far refused to entertain the option.”
Pretty soon, there’ll be no place left for you to go except a city—which is exactly where they want you: cramped, bereft of your freedom of movement (won’t be needing those nasty polluting SUVs anymore) and quite thoroughly controlled.

Michail Fragkias, chief scientist for the UIN’s “Planet Under Pressure” wants populations to be confined to mega-cities, locked up so they are easily controlled and mitigate further population growth.
Fragkias says: “If cities can develop in height rather than in width that would be much more preferable and environmentally not as harmful.”
According to the globalists at America2050, “metropolitan regions will be an interlocking economic system, shared natural resources and ecosystems, and common transportation systems link these population centers together.”

By this the Luciferians mean, “Big Business” and, more specifically, “corporatism”.
“Competition is a sin,” John D. Rockefeller is quoted as having said. And it should shock you to learn that the chief enablers of capitalism-killing collectivist movements like Communism are…mega-capitalists.
The biggest problem I have with “conservative” bloviators like the Three Musketeers of Right-wing Talk—Limbaugh, Hannity and Levin—are that they’re busy teaching 1st grade Adam Smith when massive corporations are teaching us doctorate-level Machiavelli.
The war on small family farms and the healthy foodstuffs they produce is a great example of this
Mega-corporations bleeding the American taxpayer into a complete fiscal collapse was the impetus for the “Occupy Wall Street” movement. Clear skies and pleasant temperatures made for a picnic-like atmosphere as a mix of Ron Paul supporters, members of the 9/11 truth movement and a smattering of Occupy protesters gathered outside the Westfield Marriott hotel in Chantilly, Virginia where members of the Bilderberg group are meeting.

Chris McCarron stood outside the fence surrounding the Marriott with a 99% flag, an overt nod to the Occupy movement.
For McCarron, who participated in Occupy protests in Colorado, the motivation for attending the rally was simple: “A shadowy group of rich people gathering together, making their plans for the world; I’m not going to sit on my ass and let them do it. They’re gonna hear my voice.”
McCarton hoped the movements could find common ground and come together.
“It was funny, earlier today me and a Tea Party guy, we threw our arms over each other like ‘Hey, here we are, we’re working together on this.”
“We’re all kind of protesting the same thing, just different segments of it,” he said. “Whenever we can we should get together.”

Let me ask you; when was the last time you went to the dentist and they told you, “You’re about to develop a cavity on that back molar. Better down a full glass of fluoride. Here ya go, drink it all up!”?
The last time I went, I received a topical treatment of fluoride gel and was immediately told to “RINSE AND SPIT”.
That’s because fluoride is a toxin frequently used in pesticides and should never be ingested.
But not only are we ingesting it thanks to thousands of municipalities putting it into our water supply, the Federal Government is PAYING THEM TO DO IT.

Vaccines, not too long ago, were responsible for the eradication of some of mankind’s worst ailments, from smallpox to polio. Sadly, Luciferians quickly seized upon them as vectors for death and destruction just for that reason: people trusted their doctors and their schools and they knew that they needed their children to be vaccinated. Now vaccines are actually the cause of polio and other even more bizarre ailments but the New York Times warns us that the only way to stop the spike is…more vaccines!
Earlier, we’ve already discussed the extent to which our food has been turned into another vector of vitriol for us and you don’t even have to spend inordinate amounts of time in research to prove it. All you have to do is ask yourself a simple question: How expensive is it to eat healthy?
The results? In the “civilized” West, cancer has skyrocketed out of control.
One could make the case for the incidences being a result of the unseen hazards of “modern living”, except that there is a multi-billion dollar industry that is banking on you not getting better, and they have the coercive force of government behind them.

In the sobering documentary Cut Poison Burn, filmmaker Wayne Chesler brings to light the sinister nature of the multi-billion dollar cancer industry, its suppression of any real pursuit of a cure, and its stranglehold on medicine that restricts individuals from choosing their own personalized, alternative forms of treatment.
The documentary follows the journey of the Navarro family, whose young son Thomas, then four years old, was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a highly-malignant form of brain cancer that typically afflicts children. Rather than undergo conventional chemotherapy and radiation, the Navarros instead wanted to pursue an alternative route, which in their case was Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski’s non-toxic antineoplaston treatment, which has been shown to be particularly effective at treating brain cancers.
But unless a child is of a proper age to make his own medical treatment decisions, which Thomas clearly was not, then he is required by the medical mafia to undergo the prescribed treatment regimen, which in Thomas’ case was chemotherapy and radiation. Even though these forms of treatment are virtually useless at treating medulloblastoma, the state threatened Thomas’ parents that if they did not subject him to these barbaric poisons, they would remove him from their custody.
After a long, drawn-out legal battle with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the ringleader of the phony cancer industry, and thousands of dollars in legal expenses, the Navarros were finally permitted to have their son see Dr. Burzynski. But by this point, Thomas had already had his life destroyed by many months of chemotherapy and radiation, which led to his death at the young age of six.

A very excellent but short-lived series of documentaries was put out by TruTV called “Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura”. A third season has already been filmed but, for some reason, is now approaching its 7th month of unexplained delays.
During the first season, an episode was cut titled “Secret Societies” where the population control agenda was discussed. Though these programs have all but disappeared, there are still remnants on YouTube (for now). At approximately 24:20 of this posting, investigator June Sarpong interviews conspiracy expert David Icke and he lets the cat out of the bag on the biggest reason they want to kill you: they’re afraid of you.
