On the 14th of February, “outstanding student” Steven Kazmierczak entered Cole Hall at Northern Illinois University, pulled out 2 handguns and a shotgun and started spraying the students with shot and bullets.
Before putting an end to his own worthless life, he killed 5 students and wounded 16 others.
Given that it was reported police collected 48 casings and 6 shotgun shells, it’s obvious that this individual had plenty of time to do whatever his little demon-inspired mind desired.
Of course he did. Like the vast majority of college campuses in the United States, Northern Illinois University was a “gun-free zone.”
Less than 10 months ago, a similar brutality occurred on the campus of Virginia Tech where another little social misfit, whose impotence the girls laughed at — “Seung-Hui Cho” — slaughtered thirty two students in a leisurely two hour spree.
Radio talk-show host Dennis Prager had some very insightful things to say regarding these events.
The first is that the Leftist, mainstream media always lists the little barbarian murderer with his victims. Only today’s perverted, relativist, conscience-less media talking heads have the ability to do such a thing. These little satanic geeks rate about as much consideration as say, — a jihadi throat-cutter.
Wait. Bad example, the media also treats jihadis pretty well too.
Prager goes on to remark that the words “shooter” and “gunman” always figure prominently to accent the use of a firearm in the crime. I would add to that a question you may consider; when was the last time you noticed the mainstream media reporting on a citizen who exercised their Second Amendment rights in defending themselves, their family or their property?
That’s right: NEVER. Who says the media have a Left-wing bias? Nah!
In a single issue (March of 2008) of American Rifleman magazine I found 4 quick examples—
Hygens Labidou was driving his roofing truck when he was forced off the road by 2 white men in a fit of “road rage.” One of the men waved a knife towards Labidou and shouted, “Nigger, get out of the truck!” Labidou (a black man) is a concealed-carry pistol owner and shot both men. One died at the scene and the other was jailed.
This example of the white-man’s Constitution providing for the welfare of a black man who feared for his life, threatened by racists apparently means nothing to a race-baiter like the “Reverend” Jesse Jackson who was jailed for blocking the entrance to an Illinois gun store in June of 2007.- Rob Pierce was accosted by 2 gang members who shoved him into an alley and told him they were going to kill him. Pierce, a concealed-carry permit holder, produced a revolver and wounded one of the assailants. Both were later apprehended and, in a wonderfully rare move, the PA DA took great care to laud his approval of Mr. Pierce and Pennsylvania’s concealed carry law.
- Elderly Ken Foshee was sitting on his deck with his wife and grandson when he and his wife were forced into their home by armed men. Foshee was shot in the hand. The grandson ran and alerted his uncle, Ronnie Foshee who grabbed a firearm and came to the scene to find one attack holding a knife to his mother’s throat. Foshee fired and the assailant ran. Foshee then went upstairs to find the second assailant brutally beating his father. Foshee shot and killed the second man.
- A Vicksburg Mississippi teen was in his home when three men came to his door and asked about items his parents were selling. Upon gaining entrance to the domicile the men began ransacking the house until the teen produced a .410 ga. shotgun and shot one of the intruders. All fled the scene but the injured man was found dead with a handgun in his pocket.
If you don’t read American Rifleman let me recall for you events that were covered by the mainstream press but always taking special care to give no credence to the concept of private American citizens defending themselves—
On the day before Valentine’s Day, 2007, off-duty police officer Ken Hammond drew his weapon and kept a trench-coated Sulejmen Talovic (a Bosnian muslim who emigrated to the United States in 1998 during the Clinton administration’s reign) at bay until he was stopped by Utah SWAT. Although he murdered five innocent mall-goers in cold blood, FBI special agent Patrick Kiernan assured us that jihadi tendencies were not motivating him.- Matthew Murray, after posting this sentiment on several religious web sites — “I’m coming for EVERYONE soon and I WILL be armed to the [expletive] teeth and I WILL shoot to kill. …God, I can’t wait till I can kill you people. After killing 2 sisters and wounding 2 others, Murray was met by volunteer church security guard Jeanne Assam. Assam drew her privately-owned weapon, prayed for the Holy Spirit to guide her and opened fire, ending the incident.
The issue of “gun control” is both intellectually and morally bankrupt.

You see, if you can believe that you are basically “good,” you can dodge any responsibility you may have to a “Higher Power” for living like a reprobate — hence the lie that the Left desperately needs to believe.
If you do believe that, then you will naturally think that getting rid of inanimate objects will make you safe.
In spite of police-state gun restrictions, the BBC recently reported that gun crime is on the rise in Japan. Oh, if you follow the link, stand by for the usual, outrageous, Left-leaning tilt of the BBC (it’s still the gun’s fault).
Many have tried to use Japan’s public disarmament as an example of what is needed here in the United States without telling you there is a more important reason for the lower crime rate there — the Japanese people. In Japan, being law-abiding is instilled in children from a very young age. It is woven into the cultural fabric. In sad contrast, America’s non-gun robbery rate is over 70 times that of Japan’s.
In Great Britain, another country with confiscatory gun laws, handgun-related robbery rose 200% during the past dozen years, five times as fast as the rise in the U.S.
And, um, I don’t know if you’ve noticed this or not, but criminals (by their very nature) don’t obey the law. All gun laws do is disarm future victims and make places like malls and schools virtual killing fields. The 2 school shootings listed above only bear this out more strongly.
Isn’t it fascinating that pornography and abortion are two of the most unregulated “rights” known to Americans (rights not explicitly given but were “found” in the Constitution by the Supreme Court) while the Second Amendment is very clearly written in the Bill of Rights and any putz merchant can abrogate it by making his/her store a “gun-free zone”???
So why did those dead white guys put the Second Amendment right there in a list of 10 rights that were responsible for making the states feel it was finally OK to ratify the Constitution (they sure weren’t going to ratify it otherwise)? — Because they had first-hand experience in how tyrannies work. Private firearm ownership is the mark of a free people. Those of us who know human nature are extremely cynical when we hear of Leftist politicians and millionaires who wish to take away that right. No one does something without an agenda and you can bet 2 things about well-to-do anti-gun Leftists; 1they already have plenty of personal or private security and 2they have something to gain by you not having the same.

When you think of “gun control big-mouth” who comes to mind? Rosie O’Donnell perhaps? Would you be shocked to know that her personal bodyguard applied for a concealed-carry weapons permit? So it’s OK for someone to utilize the Constitution on her behalf to protect her, her lesbian “partner” and their adopted child (God forbid) but when it comes to you we really don’t need you to be armed.
Even politicians will push to destroy your rights while living above that same standard. Senator James Webb (D-VA) recently had an aide arrested for trying to bring a handgun in to the Senate. Embarrassingly, the handgun seemed to belong to the Senator, himself.
Everyone has an angle. Do you think Hillary Clinton has a burning desire to see you get affordable healthcare?! It’s nothing more than her vehicle to power.

Beheadings, cut throats and being casually shot were the more common and merciful actions — compared to bayonet stabbings, rapes, guttings (disembowelments), numerous rifle butt beatings and a deliberate refusal to allow the prisoners food or water while keeping them continually marching for nearly a week (for the slowest survivors) in tropical heat. This is the same Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who says that there was no Jewish Holocaust, who has called for the complete obliteration of the nation of Israel, who has targeted American troops serving in Iraq, who has imprisoned journalists and scientists not to mention done the usual muslim outrages to anyone unfortunate enough to be born with ovaries. Now, after properly sanitizing the sacred and historic chapel of anything chapel-like, the faculty can offer students at William & Mary can get class credit for attending the “Sex Workers Art Show” featuring sex toys, prostitutes and “exotic dancers.” Of course, we of the great unwashed might still call them “strippers” but, when the media needs to report on it, they are “exotic dancers.”
So don’t worry, when our young men go off to school they quickly learn the ins and outs of hiring strippers. They even learn the ins and outs of the legal system when the stripper accuses them of rape at the end of the festivities. Fortunately, they may get an “exotic dancer” who was an ex-con who just gave birth to her third out-of-wedlock child and wouldn’t have much credibility in court.
So our college boys are very in tune with their bodily functions.
But as for manhood in the traditional sense, we seem to be a little lacking —

So the little geek had plenty time to “pump the shotgun,” reload and even switch weapons. He wasn’t challenged by anyone who was able to exercise their Constitutional rights to return fire, nor was he jumped by men who would rather die trying than see the 18 year old girl next to them slaughtered like a beef cow.
Why are there no more men?
Because the few institutions that raise boys into men, like the Boy Scouts, are being attacked for the crazy idea that blatant homosexuals shouldn’t be scout masters, or that the word “God” is in their oath. Wonderful apple pie groups like the ACLU have persecuted the Scouts for the past 30 years and they are gaining more and more Leftist allies every day. The ultimate example is what happened to the Scouts in the “City of Brotherly Love.” In 1928, the Scouts built their building with their own hands and turned it over to the city who, in turn, allowed them to use the building for $1 a year. Last June, the Philadelphia city council voted to up the rent to $200,000 due to the Scouts ridiculous ideas about sexuality. So what if former high-ranking Boy Scout official Douglas Sovereign Smith was found to be in possession of child pornography! Good men like alcoholic, former Boy Scout leader, former priest and convicted child molester John Hemstreet are taking point as President of the Toledo, Ohio, chapters of Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) and Scouting for All, and fighting those intolerant Scouts whether they want to be victimized or not!!
The end result is that these attacks will very soon bankrupt this non-profit American institution.
In spite of all this, some boys make it to manhood anyway.
There were men on Flight 93 who said, “Let’s roll!” rather than let some jihadi throat-cutters murder more innocents at their expense. Experts have said that their flight was headed for the White House.
