We start with what can be gleaned from McConnell’s Wikipedia entry (always a risk because of the extreme corruption in Wikipedia):

In 1944, at the age of two, McConnell’s upper left leg was paralyzed by a polio attack.

As I have shown in my latest book, The Disciples of Ra!, paralysis occurs as a result of poisoning, and has nothing to do with the fraud of “viruses”.  At this time and through the 1950’s and 60’s, children (and later adults) were attacked with paralysis through the toxicity of insecticides like “Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane”, more commonly known as “DDT”.

* McConnell’s family moved from Alabama to Louisville, Kentucky, where he then enrolled in a high school founded by Du Pont war profiteering largess.

The normal profits of a business concern in the United States are six, eight, ten, and sometimes twelve percent.  But war-time profits — ah! that is another matter — twenty, sixty, one hundred, three hundred, and even eighteen hundred per cent — the sky is the limit.  All that traffic will bear.  Uncle Sam has the money.  Let’s get it.

Of course, it isn’t put that crudely in war time.  It is dressed into speeches about patriotism, love of country, and “we must all put our shoulders to the wheel,” but the profits jump and leap and skyrocket — and are safely pocketed. Let’s just take a few examples:

Take our friends the du Ponts, the powder people — didn’t one of them testify before a Senate committee recently that their powder won the war?  Or saved the world for democracy?  Or something?  How did they do in the war?  They were a patriotic corporation.

Well, the average earnings of the du Ponts for the period 1910 to 1914 were $6,000,000 a year [$175,217,575.76 adjusted for fiat “Federal Reserve” “inflation” today].  It wasn’t much, but the du Ponts managed to get along on it.  Now let’s look at their average yearly profit during the war years, 1914 to 1918.  Fifty-eight million dollars [$1,693,769,898.99] a year profit we find!  Nearly ten times that of normal times, and the profits of normal times were pretty good.  An increase in profits of more than 950 per cent. ~ War Is A Racket, Smedley Butler1

* McConnell learned the early stages of secret-keeping and possibly/likely sexual deviancy via the University of Louisville Phi Kappa Tau fraternity.

* McConnell was barely into his 20’s when he was gifted into politics.

In 1964, at the age of 22, he … interned with Senator John Sherman Cooper.

Cooper was Yale Skull and Bones.  Father, John Sherman Cooper (Senior?) was “named after the Apostle John and ‘Civil War hero’ William Tecumseh Sherman”.

The Apostle John or John the Baptist?

Another reason why [Jesuit Boston College Dracula expert] Radu Florescu’s sister Yvonne would choose the name “John the Baptist” upon her consecration as a Benedictine nun is Johannism.

Johannism is a secret and powerful heresy within Catholic upper echelons that claims the Baptist was the true Messiah and Jesus of Nazareth was an imposter. It was Johannism that encouraged the Templars to spit upon their crucifixes, in their rites.lxxxviii  All the same, the action was enough to fuel a suppression of the Templars by the King of France, Philippe le Bel, on “unlucky” Friday the 13th in October of 1307.lxxxix ~ Romans of Mass Destruction, Cirucci2

Such a name-game is likely being played by Jorge Mario Bergoglio who, upon ascending to the so-called “Chair of Saint Peter” took upon him the new and unique name of “Francis”, supposedly to honor the founder of the Franciscans, Francis of Assisi.  Does this have a double meaning for Jesuits and hyper-devout Catholics in secretly honoring the co-founder of the Company of Loyola, Francis Xavier?

The convention of Popes taking on new names is meant to mimic Kings who take new names upon their “throne ascension” which is done by “blood right”.  Their inbred lineage has given them a “Divine Right” to tyrannize you.

William Tecumseh Sherman’s “heroism” included a vicious scorched-earth campaign of brutal punishment, burning his way across the South.  Sherman was adopted, raised Catholic (“Tecumseh” was given at his “baptism”) and married a Catholic: his sister.  His first-born son Thomas became a Jesuit Priest and gave him “Last Rites” on his deathbed.

* In 1967, McConnell continued his career in politics by becoming a lawyer: an occupation that warps power, hides behind Latin (like “Doctors”) and finances massive wealth with thievery and abuse.  It spawns the majority of politicians.

* McConnell breezed through the Roman Catholic meatgrinder that was the Vietnam War.

In March 1967, shortly before the expiration of his educational draft deferment upon graduation from law school, McConnell enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve as a private at Louisville, Kentucky.[20]  This was a coveted position because the Reserve units were mostly kept out of combat during the Vietnam War.[20][21]: 11–12   His first day of training at Fort Knox, Kentucky, was July 9, 1967, two days after taking the bar exam, and his last day was 15 August 1967.[14][20]  Shortly after his arrival, he was diagnosed with optic neuritis and was deemed medically unfit for military service.[20][22]  After five weeks at Fort Knox, he was honorably discharged.[20]  His brief time in service has repeatedly been put at issue by his political opponents during his electoral campaigns.[20][22][23] ~ Wikipedia

* McConnell danced around the periphery of power until, in 1977, he was selected as the Judge/Executive of Jefferson County, Kentucky.  In 1984, he was selected “United States Senator” (as opposed to a Roman Senator) for Kentucky.  He continues to be re-selected and his cumulative time in politics is now approaching sixty years.

* McConnell is supposedly a “Southern Baptist” yet his personal facts do not speak of Baptist considerations.  His first marriage ended in divorce after only 12 years.  His ex-wife became a “feminist scholar”.  Thirteen years later, he remarried at 51 into a very noteworthy family.

McConnell is a Southern Baptist, baptized at age 8.[202]  He was married to his first wife, Sherrill Redmon, from 1968 to 1980 and had three daughters, Porter, Eleanor (Elly), and Claire.[203][204][205]  Following her divorce from McConnell, Sherrill became a feminist scholar at Smith College and director of the Sophia Smith Collection.[206][207] His second wife, whom he married in 1993, is Elaine Chao, Secretary of Labor under President George W. Bush and Secretary of Transportation under President Donald Trump.[208] ~ Wikipedia

It is also interesting to note that Chao was forty years old when she married McConnell and, apparently, had not found “love” prior to this.

Arguably, Elaine Chao’s resume of power is even more powerful than her husband’s.

Before entering public service, Chao was vice president for syndications at Bank of America Capital Markets Group in San Francisco, and she was an International Banker at Citicorp in New York for four years from 1979 to 1983.[10]  She was granted a White House Fellowship in 1983 during the Reagan Administration[11] and was then Vice President, Syndications at Bank of America from 1984 to 1986.

In 1986, Chao became Deputy Administrator of the Maritime Administration in the U.S. Department of Transportation.  From 1988 to 1989, she served as Chairwoman of the Federal Maritime Commission.[12]  In 1989, President George H. W. Bush nominated Chao to be Deputy Secretary of Transportation; she served from 1989 to 1991.[13]  From 1991 to 1992, she was the Director of the Peace Corps.[12]

Following her service in President George H.W. Bush’s administration, Chao worked for three years from 1993 to 1996 as president and CEO of United Way of America.[16][17]

U.S. Secretary of Labor (2001–2009)

Chao was the only cabinet member in the George W. Bush administration to serve for the entirety of his eight years.[21]

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump announced on November 29, 2016, that he would nominate Chao to be Secretary of Transportation.[13]  The U.S. Senate confirmed Chao on 31 January 2017, by a vote of 93–6, with her husband, then-Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell, abstaining.[55] ~ Wikipedia

As I have covered in two separate books, Eaters of Children and The Disciples of Ra!, “Secretary of Labor” is a valuable position in that it oversees United States government human trafficking regulation (yes, “regulation”).

Notice the extreme disparity in Chao’s positions!  She has been richly rewarded as an expert in banking, labor, transportation, philanthropy and “conservative strategy” and that’s just for starters!

In 2009 Chao resumed her previous role as a Distinguished Fellow at The Heritage Foundation,[20] and she contributed to Fox News and other media outlets.[39]

She also served as a director on a number of corporate and non-profit boards,[10][40] including the Institute of Politics at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Wells Fargo,[41] New York–Presbyterian Hospital, News Corp,[42] Dole Food Company,[43] and Protective Life Corporation.[44][45][46]  According to financial disclosure forms, Chao was slated to receive $1–5 million as compensation for her service on the board of Wells Fargo.[47]  In June 2011, she was awarded the Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service.[48] ~ Wikipedia

Is Elaine Chao truly that brilliant?  Is she so dominating a leader that everyone from hospitals to health insurers, Republicans to Rupert Murdoch desperately need her sage guidance and are willing to pay millions to get it?

The Chao legacy begins with matriarch Ruth Mulan Chu(-)Chao.

Legends say that the Chu family attempted to escape a brutal Japanese occupation but back-tracked in their haste, realizing they forgot the family gold (what poor Chinese family doesn’t have such a stash?).  They decided to send back their 8-year-old little girl (named after the legendary cross-dressing heroine) back through gangs of murderers, rapists and thieves to retrieve it; which she did by cunningly sewing it into her tattered clothing.

She would go on to marry “Number One Sea Captain” James Si-Cheng Chao.

Chao was born on 29 December 1927[3] in a small, rural farming village called Malu in Jiading County (now Jiading District) outside Shanghai, Republic of China.  His parents were Yi-Ren Chao, an elementary school principal, and Yu-Chin Hsu Chao. They were farmers who “emphasized the value of education”.[4]

Chao attended schools near Shanghai, including Shanghai Jiao Tong University (formerly National Chiao Tung University) and Wusong Merchant Marine College, where he majored in navigation.  He finished his coursework in 1949 and went to sea as a cadet on a merchant vessel.  At the climax of the Chinese Civil War, Chao’s ship went to Taiwan, where it remained.[5] ~ Wikipedia

What the “user” who “edited” this Wikipedia entry means by “Chinese Civil War” is the West’s installment3, 4, 5 of one of the most brutal mass-murderers in human history, Mao Tse-tung / “Zedong” / “ze Dung”, etc. (lovingly referred to as simply “Mao”).

James Chao relocated to America and, as soon as he did, he sought out more education from a premier Roman Catholic college.

In the mid-1950s, Chao advanced through the ranks to become one of the youngest sea captains at the age of 29.[6][7]  He moved to the United States in 1958, settling in New York City the same year.[8][9]  He received a master’s degree in management from St. John’s University in 1964.[5] ~ Wikipedia

When Chao landed at St. John’s, he made his home there.  The Captain came onboard the Board of Trustees at St. John’s.  When his wife, Ruth Mulan Chu(-)Chao decided at 51 to return to school to learn “Asian Literature”, she learned it from the Priests and Nuns at St. John’s.

Disappointed that they missed him, other Catholic institutions rushed to honor the Number One Captain.

Roman Catholic (but public-sounding) Niagara University gave Chao an “honorary Doctorate of Law”.

Roman Catholic (but non-descriptive) Nyack College gave him an “honorary Doctorate of Letters”.

Missing from his Foremost Group bio, was the honorary Doctorate given him in 2016 by “Jesuit affiliated” Fu Jen Catholic University of Beijing.  Daughter “Honorable Elaine L. Chao” accompanied her father to receive an “outstanding public service achievement award” (she was given an honorary Doctorate by the “affiliated Jesuits” in 2013).

Supposed “Evangelical Christian” guru and secret “Templar Freemason” Norman Vincent Peale (a man idolized by Billy Graham6) created the “Horatio Alger” award to “honor Americans who succeed in spite of adversity”.

Alger was a “brilliant author of young adult stories” (an endeavor easy to make “classic” or laud as “brilliant” with little to criticize) but the young boys who were encouraged to adore Alger and his stories were also being encouraged to follow him in his Unitarian heresy of denying the Divinity of Jesus Christ—as most “Templar Freemasons” who believe that John the Baptist was the true Messiah already do.

In 2009, James Chao was given the Horatio Alger Award to commemorate the adversity his millions of dollars brought him.  To tacitly imply U.S. government approval, it was given on the steps of the Supreme Court.

Interestingly, the Horatio Alger Association chose 23 September 2015 as the date to upload the James Chao commemoration to its YouTube channel.

By “coincidence”, this was the same date that the first Jesuit Pope was making the Vatican’s very first victory tour of Rome’s secretly-controlled United States government and it’s teleprompter-reading figurehead, Barack Hussein Obama.

The United States Department of “Homeland Security” isn’t known for giving accolades but when it came to James Chao, he was thanked for being an “Outstanding American by Choice” in 2008.

Just what was it that made the Vatican and the United States government so excited about Number One Captain James Chao?

In 2014, The Nation published a story disclosing how Chao’s “Foremost Maritime” (also known as “Foremost Shipping”) Corporation was being investigated for having a vessel found with a secret hold filled with cocaine.  The article was taken down, but has been archived here.

How successful have the Chao’s been?  A dowry of as much as $25 million was gifted to Senator McConnell for taking the 40-year-old spinster Elaine into his heart and hearth making him one of the richest men in Congress.

After the 2007 death of Ruth Mulan Chu Chao, husband James named a 2012 gift to Harvard after her, totaling $40 million.

The Chao children all did very well for themselves.  Besides Elaine, there were 5 other girls and all married bankers and stockbrokers.  Angela Chao would go on to chair her father’s “Foremost Group” in New York City.

There was an exception: Jeanette Chao, a devoted Christian, died at 52 in 2008 of an “undisclosed cause”.  It is of interest to this author that she had made Lebanon, Pennsylvania her home.  I was living in Lebanon when I became aware of the Jesuit/Roman Catholic menace through the work of Eric Jon Phelps.  After meeting Phelps (who just so happened to live 12 minutes away!) and hearing him promote Jesuit futurism and discredit himself with “white separatism”, I became convinced that he was an agent on their behalf.

However, as powerful as the Chaos are, there is one cold, clammy clutch they could not escape.

In 2015, when Mitch McConnel was sworn in by then-Vice President Joe Biden, Elaine’s sister Xiaomei “May” Chao(-)Hwang and her husband James Hwang, founder of United Orient Bank, were there with their young daughter Jessica.

  • Katherine Hollister says:

You have proven to be the main source of information that I trust. It has been quite the process weeding through the mass of lies out there. It’s been depressing, to say the least, learning the level of corruption in our government, media, culture and religious organizations. I see it clearly now, thanks to you and thanks to God for leading me to your work. May God continue to protect you and bless you for your work exposing truth. People will find your work eventually as I have. Thank you Johnny Cirucci.

    • I totally agree. Johnny has done some deep digging and performed an accurate ‘connect the dots’. Few researchers go into this level of detail in their research to arrive at these astute conclusions.
